Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou otevřených dat. Konkrétně se snaží určitým způsobem podpořit publikaci otevřených dat v obcích. Práce má definované tři cíle a to analyzovat problematiku otevřených a propojených dat, analyzovat a vybrat data vhodná k otevření a vytvořit aplikaci usnadňující otevírání a vizualizaci dat. Každý z cílů přináší určitý dílčí přínos, avšak hlavním a největším přínosem práce, je ověření standardizovaného procesu otevírání a publikace dat v malé obci. Struktura práce částečně vychází z definovaných cílů. Skládá se z Úvodu, teoretické části, praktické části a závěru. Úvodní část se zabývá základním seznámením s prací, vymezením cílů a komentovanou rešerší zdrojů. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti otevřených a propojených dat, dále jsou představeny přínosy a rizika spojená s otevíráním dat, následně je představen standardizovaný proces otevírání a publikace dat a v závěru části je zhodnocena současná situace otevřených dat v ČR a zahraničí. Praktická část se dle stanovených cílů dále dělí na popsaný proces otevírání a publikace dat ve vybrané obci a na popsaný proces návrhu a tvorby aplikace využívající otevřená data z předchozího procesu. Závěr shrnuje celou práci a popisuje, zda a jak byly stanovené cíle dosaženy. This thesis deals with so-called open data. Specifically, it aims to support the publication of open data in municipalities. The work has three defined objectives - to analyze the issue of open and linked data, to analyze and select data suitable for opening, and to create an application to facilitate the opening and visualization of data. Each goal provides some partial benefit, but the main and the biggest benefit is the verification of standardized process that allow for opening and publication of data in a small village. The structure of the work is partly based on defined goals. It consists of an introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The introductory part deals with basic introduction to the work, defining goals and present searches resources. In the theoretical part basic concepts of open and linked data are defined, then presents the benefits and risks associated with the opening of data are presented. Then, a standardized process of opening and publication of data is introduced as well as the evaluation of the current situation of open data in the Czech Republic and in other countries. The practical part sets objectives subdivided to the described process of opening and publication of data in the selected municipality and describes the process of designing and creating applications using open data from the previous process. The conclusion summarizes the whole work, and discusses whether and how the objectives are reached.
