On the ground of the research in 1948 we present the material culture and confirm the dating of the location typicaly into classical phase of Maďarovce-Věteřov culture. Besides the typological-chronological analysis of ceramics was also characterized pottery technology. The whole work is based on interdisciplinary approach towards material culture. Thanks to this we could focus on archaeological contact studies. We conducted micropetrographical analysis of wide amount of ceramical artefacts. From the provenance research point of view we provided following: determinded the ceramics made Banov settlement (heavy clay ware and fine ware); proved local production of some vessels of "foreign style". Based on the detailed analysis of imported ceramic material, we provided a model hypothesis about the existance of two basic interaction levels, in which was fortified settlement in Banov naturally engaged. We mean the economical contacts (represented by exchange of goods) and social contacts (represented by gift exchange).

Microbiology of unfiltered beers from craft breweries and the possibility of shelf life extending
Janíková, Jolana ; Rada, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Chládek, Ladislav (referee)
In the last ten years can be recorded a multiple number of minibreweries, called sometimes craft breweries I tis not caused only by demand of kinds of beer characterised by special types of beer styles, but as well by the fact, that they are not anyway regulated and keep their natural taste and smell. The problém of unregulated (unfiltered and unpasteurized) beers starts by the contamination during their production and it may cause their relatively fast spoiling. Shelf life of these beers is e few weeks only. The time of their minimal shelf life is influenced by a lot of factors content of alcohol, rest extract and mentioned extent of contamination. The breweries called as industrial or commercional treat their beers by pasteurization or filtration which cause inactivation or killing of the microorganisms or their elimination. These beers are microbiologically stabile, they are not liable to quick spiling and i tis possible to insure their longer shelf life. Pasteurized a filterd beers show changes in their sensorial character. The aim of this diploma thesis was to determinate the condition of flash pasteurization of unfiltered beers with the aim of microbiological stability and simultaneously no changes of their sensorial quality. The experiment is finally in treatment unfiltered beer by differnt dosing of pasteurization units and following microbiological analysis, able to demonstrate the stability effect. The analysis were used with unfiltered and unpasteurized beers and with unfiltered beers where the pasteurization doses 20 PU, 30 PU, 40 PU, 60 PU, 80 PU and 100 PU were used. The idividual parameters were watched within the horizont of 4 months. The part of these tests was even microbiological analysis of the rinse water. Another task was to find out the dates from the microbiological controls of beer in selected small breweries, which use in order to heighten of microbiological stability, different kinds of filtration, to verify their effectivity and to appreciate their acceptability for minibreweries. The test showed the effectiveness of pasteurization of unfiltered beer with the rations 40 PU minimally. Where higher ratins were used could be seen apparent sensorial changes. The pasteurization of unfiltered beers are for craft breweries useful only in case of higher production of bottled beer or beer for export, because the financial expenses bound with provision flash pasteurizer are to big and for minibreweries mostly limiting. The kieselguhr filtration as well the ultrafiltration are for minibreweries unusefull, as they could not be able to insure such conditions that provide their proper affectiveness.

Glass Finds of the Roman Period in Bohemia
Kacl, Pavel ; Košnar, Lubomír (advisor) ; Venclová, Natalie (referee)
The thesis is focused on the finds of glass and faience which are to be found in the form of beads and pendants, vessels, inlays, game pieces, bracelets and a "window" in the bottom of a ceramic urn. The most common are glass and faience beads. Their occurrence increases in the Late Roman Period substantially when new ornament styles come into being as well. Because of the predominant cremation rite, the knowledge is limited for the poor condition as a large amount of glass artefacts was deformed. In view of the fact that the majority of the beads originates from the classical antiquity world, they represent a vast number of imported goods, which may have been traded in Barbaricum as well. The long necklaces reflect obviously the higher social status of buried women. Nevertheless, the same statement cannot be considered to be applicable for lower numbers of beads in graves. Even some male graves with beads are known. The elite milieus are indicated also by the glass vessels, rather rare in the Roman Period Bohemia, the inlays on brooches or rings, as well as the game pieces. The Roman glass bracelets represent a rare sort of artefacts in Barbaricum. It is also possible to encounter some residues of the Iron Age glass, mostly on the settlements. Keywords glass - faience - Roman Period - imports - Bohemia

Auxin Transport in Arabidopsis thaliana: From the whole plant to suspension cultured cells
Seifertová, Daniela ; Zažímalová, Eva (advisor) ; Opatrný, Zdeněk (referee) ; Hejátko, Jan (referee)
in English Plants with their sessile life-style are exposed to many stimuli from environment. They have developed mechanisms how to coordinate their growth and development, which allows them to survive sometimes in very difficult conditions. Plant hormones are one of the most important regulators of this signal transduction. Auxins, as the oldest known group of plant hormones, play important role in many physiological processes in plants. To allow perceiving the information in every single cell, auxin molecule is transported by cell-to-cell manner. Auxin molecules enter the cell by passive diffusion or by active uptake by auxin influx carriers. To reach the next cell, they are transported actively out of the cell by auxin efflux carriers. Athough active auxin transport has been studied for almost four decades, past two decades contributed to the identification and characterization of particular auxin carriers remarkably. This thesis contributes to the knowledge on the auxin efflux and influx carriers and their involvement in the processes occurring from a single cell level to the level of a whole plant. Firstly, it brings detailed description of auxin transport characteristics in Arabidopsis thaliana cell suspension cells (Ath cells). Secondly, it shows that the overproduction of PIN1 auxin efflux...

Characteristic are simple sentences and complex sentences with adverbial clauses. Texts are extensively structured either into chapters (automobile texts) or paragraphs with colour coding (banking texts). Further characteristic advertising properties that can be found here are titles, slogans and logos typical for either the company or the product. With...
