This Diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the economic performance of the company C SYSTEM CZ a.s. in years 2009 – 2013. In theoretical part is described methodology of financial analyses and strategic approach to evaluation of the company which is followed by financial analyses of the chosen company in terms of financial indicators and market position. Practical part is focused on using of the information system as a tool to mediate chosen results of the financial analysis for reporting and benchmarking.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals For Its Improvement

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current financial and economic situation of the company. To evaluate the current financial situation has been used financial analysis, analysis of internal and external environment of the company. The thesis sets out proposals that make possible to improve the current financial and economic situation of the company. After reviewing the current financial situation has been suggested recommendations. One of the ways to improve the position of the completion of the merger of the company. To increase efficiency and reduce demands on working capital, it was recommended narrowing the range offered by trees and introduction of new technologies for bonding wood slats in the surface layer. This operation is important for society in terms of quality and productivity of the entire production process.
Mobile IPv6 handover analysis

This master’s thesis is focused on IP mobility support for mobile users and their devices in IPv6-based wireless networks. Then the Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) protocol was proposed for this purpose and that is also the main objective of the thesis. This consists of several basic sections and is organized as follows: The first one deals with the overview of the function of Mobile IP, which enables the mobility of nodes around the Internet, without a change of their original IP address. Moreover there are introduced the primary differences between MIPv6 and its previous version – i.e., MIPv4, proposed for IPv4-based environment. The second chapter of the master’s thesis thereafter describes detailed information about all the most important mechanisms and features of Mobile IPv6 and this way tries to explain principles of its functioning. Further the thesis analyses some of proposed MIPv6 extensions – i.e., Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6), Mobile IPv6 Fast Handover (FMIPv6) a Fast Handover for HMIPv6 (F-HMIPv6) protocols, and mainly aim at signaling process during the handover of a mobile node. In the last main section of the master’s thesis an analytical method to evaluate the performance of IPv6-based mobility management protocols was proposed. Subsequently, this method is applied on the protocols which were mentioned above and are studied the effects of various network parameters on the performance of these protocols.
Creating a system of evaluating and rewarding of employees in a small manufacturing company.

The aim of this thesis is to create an evaluating and rewarding system in a small manufacturing company. In a theoretical part I will focus on describing the concept of evaluating and rewarding. In the second part I will describe the specific company for which I will create the system. Then I would like to describe processes in this specific company as well as current system of evaluating and rewarding. After that I will create new system for all performing positions in the company.
Measures implemented in the selected company to overcome the financial crisis

The aim is to assess the economic situation of the chosen company during the global financial crisis. The paper clarifies concepts related to the crisis, the causes and consequences of the current crisis and the normal response to the situation of companies. The work is mainly focused on measures that have been implemented by the crisis. It is necessary to evaluate the performance of the business to assess the specific measures. The main method is financial analysis and analysis of profits and cash flow. There is also highlighted on the development of absolute and relative indicators and their change after contact with company management.
The proposal of the evaluation system of employees in a manufacturing company

The thesis deals with the evaluation of workers in a particular organization. The aime is to optimize the ongoing assessment processes and to design the complex evaluation system for the entire enterprise. An analysis of the current evaluation processes was conducted, as well as interviews and consultations with the personalist and other employees. The practical part contains the result of the investigation and the specific draft of the evaluation forms. The conclusion is the summary of the results and it also evaluates how the objectives were met. The conclusion deals with the possibilities of using the proposed system in practice.
