Strategic planning in sport clubs - TASK Silueta Praha

Title: Strategic planning in sports clubs - TASK Silueta Praha Objectives: The objective of this diploma thesis is to conduct a strategic development plan for the competitive part of the sports club TASK Silueta Praha. The plan will be created for the time period between the 1st July 2011 and the 30th June 2014. The individual steps of strategic planning represent the partial tasks of the thesis. Methods: The analysis of TASK Silueta Praha takes form of a case study. In order to gain an in-depth knowledge about the current situation and the future opportunities of the club a series of research methods is used. These represent in particular: qualitative interview, analysis of texts and documents, survey and SWOT analysis. Outcomes: TASK Silueta Praha is a very attractive sports club for children and youth from the whole Prague area. Yet to become the number one Czech Rock'n'Roll sports club a number of changes and efforts towards underlining the present positive characteristics must be conducted in the next three years. The suggested strategic plan involving the areas of sport, organization, finance, marketing and social activities can most certainly help to fulfill this better future. Furthermore, it includes Jan Kapistrán Vyskočil's research work and the emphasis is placed on his not so far published texts, which can be found in the archives in the Czech Republics. This work represents the first comprehensive biography of this historian.
Orthodoxy in Australia, Oceania and Antarctica

Diploma thesis "Orthodoxy in Australia, Oceania and Antarctica" deals with the history, evolution and current state of religious structures of Eastern christian churches in Australia, Oceania and Antarctica. Each part of the investigated area has been analyzed in terms of the ethnic or. ecclesiological diaspora, its organizational capture (formation of the first parishes, dioceses, monasteries, schools and charitable organizations etc.) and on their current status (size and functionality of the existing church structure). Following the various jurisdictions and churches are described. A fundamental consideration is given to the canonical Orthodox Churches, then to the Orthodox Churches with less problematic canonical status, but there are also other Eastern Christian churches mentioned. Within the area the eminent figures of church life are closer described. This descriptive material is supplemented by interviews and journalistic texts, which further analyze situation of churches in the region and their various problems. It is also accompanied by photographic material. The thesis tries to describe ecclesiological tensions between the diaspora and mission, the diversity of ethnic and religious minorities and differences in their assimilation in the new religious, social and culture environment.
The Christian missionary movement in China, 1860-1900

The objective of this Bachelor's thesis is to describe the activities of Christian missionaries in China during the second half of 19. century. Most attention is being drawn to Protestant missions, which are more relevant due to the absence of hierarchy in Protestant churches, unlike in other branches of Christianity. However, Catholic and Eastern Orthodox missions are also briefly mentioned. The main point of the thesis is to describe history of Christian missions in China leading to the situation which arose in the second part of 19. century, causing a variety of different approaches to the problem of evangelization of Chinese people. The thesis describes various ways how the missions were practised and what kind of reactions amongst Chinese people they induced. On the other side, the point of view of Chinese Christians is mentioned, with the side effects that arose due to the presence of foreign missionaries. This leads to the explanation of how the Christian teachings were adjusted to the Chinese culture, and what were the consequences of cultural differences between missionaries and Chinese. Improvement of managerial work in the regional level sports club

Title: Improvement of managerial work in the regional level sports club Objectives: The main aim of this work is to determinate strategic objectives of Tenisáci Benešov futsal club. Then analyze contemporary situation of club in these areas: personal, organisational and sport and then propose arrangements to improve situation of the club in some problematic matters and outline future direction of the club. Methods: Methodology of this work was centred on analyzing the club. There was used non-standardised interview (qualitative method), secondary data analysis and questionnaire (quantitative methods). Also SWOT analysis was used for lucid estimation of current situation of the club. Results: An accurate analysis of contemporary club situation was accomplished. On the basis of it was proposed introductions for future direction of the club in these areas: strategic goals, constitution of the association, organizational structure and competence determination, utilization of advantages of club and its opportunities, improvement of weaknesses of the club and avoidance of outer threats. Considerable part of the work is dedicated to creation of good social climate in organisation, which is essential for successful existence of club. The diploma thesis discusses Bohemian Brethren, its history, and its activities on the territory of Bohemia, Moravia, and North America. The historical part investigates its origins. It summarizes the period of the founding and persecution. It refers to the important people Jan Blahoslav and Jan Amos Komenský. Further it covers their missionary work. It investigates the influence of the Czech legacy of Moravian Brethren in North America and its preserving. Furthermore, it focuses on the educational activities of Bohemian Brethren in the Czech Republic, especially in Mladá Boleslav.

The subject of a thesisentitled "Setting upa System of Strategic Planning in the Parish Charity Litoměřice" is creation of a development strategy of a specific non-profit organization according tothe methods of strategic management. The work isdivided into theoretical and practical part. Theoreticalpart defines important terms, describes processes of strategic planning and depicts strategic analysis methods. SWOT analysis and results of inner and outer environment research are captured in practical part and are based on theoretical knowledge that was described in previous chapters. Results of analysis form strategic plan of whole organization. Methodology that defines procedures and describes whole process of strategic planning is then created upon the plan.

Church Free Time Activity as a Missionary Method Ema Máchová Diploma thesis are trying to find out a church free time activity overlap into missionary effort and it's form. The common grounds are based within the catholic church mission, history of education and modern approaches of free time pedagogy. Author search whether is possible to get over childern and young people for christian way of living throughout the free time activities. Salesians and The Seventh-day Adventists missionary effort range is appraised by interviews with particular church representatives and consecutive reflection. It's coming out from this groundwork, that this is not relevant within church free time activies in terms of mission persiding into baptism. Nevertheless such a church free time doing could have a missionary overleap through a leader of this free time activity. A missioner- pedagogue must be aware of his duty responsibility and not only during his role as a missioner-pedagogue, but in his whole life. Then we can speak about a mission arising from testimony of our own lifes.
