Meaning and development of traffic information and its specifies

Diploma thesis "Meaning and development of traffic information and its specifics " deals with function of media, interactivity, news genres and traffic information as a necessary part of nowadays society. It also looks at the media and their meaning in the process of distributing traffic information. The diploma thesis also charts the behaviour of subjects, that are professionally dealing with traffic information. It focuses on news systems and individual broadcasting, that are distributing information about traffic. It also evaluates process of distributing traffic information as a welfare service. The thesis prove that such information are helpful to the public. Timely inteligence and realistic information may help not just the individual drivers, but also to the society as the whole, to the environment and the economy of companies as well. The diploma thesis denotes the beginning of first local system, that collects, processes, distributes and keeps traffic news - Integrated system of traffic information, these information are available for everybody, who applies for them, service is free of charge. Mainly media use this system. I also try to bring closer some technical inovations in traffic broadcasting, that made milestones in this relatively new discipline of mass communication.

Do they really Matter? Impact of NGOs on European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR)

This master thesis analyses factors determining success of civil society organisations lobbying for the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights. The research focuses on the reform of the instrument between 2006 and 2007 which took place within the overall reform of EU's external action instruments. The EIDHR is delivered mainly through civil society and is thus an important source of funding for civil society organisations. Additionally, due to the central position of NGOs in the instrument's delivery, their input is crucial for ensuring strategic quality of the instrument. In order to exert influence, the organisations have to penetrate the complex decision-making system. This thesis scrutinises their strategies as well as analyses the institutional framework and its impact on the civil society organisations. The research builds on several complementary theoretical approaches including theory of lobbying, political opportunity structures or new institutionalism. Using the process-tracing method, this thesis analyses causal mechanisms linking interests of civil society groups and changes in the EIDHR programming documents. Optimization of secondary school network in the Karlovy Vary region

Doctoral thesis is concerned with broad category of the secondary school system in conditions of floating exteriority and internal environment of high schools in the Karlovy Vary Region Authority. Thesis gives redress to development schools during working prominent factors that are totally objective in view schools' requirements of changes in school network and especially implementation optimalization's institutional concept structure of high schools including optimalization of kinds in education offer on the part of particular schools. Thesis of its content responds to The Concept of Education and the Development of the Education System in the Czech Republic, was launched by Resolution No. 564/1990 on 31 March 2002. Thesis is further based on next accessible documents and analyses checking up on the other Region Authority and on the whole Czech Republic. These include analyse of the The Czech Pedagogic Society, The Council of Higher Educations Institutions, National Programme for the Development of Education in the Czech Republic (White Paper), Council of higher Education Institutions, Institute for the Research and Development of Education of the Fakulty of Education of Charles University attitude and participation in OECD activities in the field of education will be focused especially on projects dealing with schoul education in the future. Authorities appreciate fast acting and it doesn't possible until becoming acute by reason of the demographic decline and untenable cost growth. But today we are missing general method purposeful resolution this challenge. The thesis afford make its ambition on elimination of this problem and at the same time become guideline to opimalization's concepts in network of schools and environments.

Internet addiction is a phenomenon of modern times. It is linked with Internet penetrationin into all sectors of society, with opportunities to chat with somebody or playing the game, or to watch the favorite sites. Internet penetration in households isa result of the transformation of our society to an information society where the emphasis is on gathering information and its use in other areas of life. The curren uses the Internet almost every day, which is related to the possible negative impact, and Internet addiction. Internet addiction can occur in different directions,may be associated with communication in a variety of communication channels with the viewing of inappropriate sites, with increasing computing needs using the Internet and the growing hanging around playing computer games. My work describes the different types of Internet addiction, and outline the options that could help alleviate their consequences for the individual. The work is the practical part, through a questionnaire in which to conclude this work.

Financing and accounting of non-profit organizations in the particular case of the civic association Silueta

The bachelor thesis deals with accounting, financing and management of non-profit organizations in the particular case of the civic association Silueta. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of non-profit organizations, their position in society, accounting and financing. The indispensable component of this part is also a mention of the re-codification of private law and the impacts on non-profit organizations. The practical part is focused on an analysis of the civic association Silueta in 2011-2013.

Foundations in Central Europe: The Comparative Analysis of the Sector of Foundations in the Czech Republic, Bavaria and Hungary

The main aim of this work is to analyze the development of the foundations sector in three countries, in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Bavaria. From methodological point of wiew it is conceived as a comparative study. The main goal is the analysis of the development of foundations in these countries, especially after the year 1989 which meant a possibility to reestablish the foundations as a full-fledged institutions of civic society. Main theoretical basis of the work is the assumption, that the interruption of natural development of foundations in the Czech Republic and Hungary after the year 1948 had significant effects on their restoration and function after the year 1989. The work aims to analyze different approaches to restoration of foundations in the Czech Republic and Hungary and to compare their different initial conditions with the conditions in Bavaria, where the development of foundations in democratic environment with the exception of the era of Nazi Germany wasn't broken. Education to support welfare of primary school children through free time activities

This graduation thesis covers the concept of free time and transformation of its understanding in history. It evaluates possibilities of school, and society in general, in support of welfare of primary school children with the use of free time activities. The practical part of the thesis maps opportunities available in this respect in the Prague 6 - Dejvice district. It contains research of opinions of parents and children on free time activities. In the thesis' conclusion a project is being proposed with a goal of introduction of various options of free time activities to children.

Euthanasia and criminal law

Euthanasia and criminal law If we wish to speak about euthanasia, it is necessary to say, what really mean this term. The noun "euthanasia" came from Greek language and it is composed from two Greek nouns, "eu" and "thanatos". The noun "eu" mean good and the noun "thanatos" mean dead. Euthanasia can be also translated as a good dead. View of euthanasia in the history was different. In antiquity people look at euthanasia otherwise than Christian society. About euthanasia spoke Nazis too, but the really term euthanasia is different from horrible Nazi policy. Nowadays is term euthanasia use for speaking about put to death patients in the finally stadium of their incurable illnesses. Euthanasia can be divided into three situations. Accordingly we speak about three kinds of euthanasia, passive euthanasia, active direct euthanasia and active indirect euthanasia. About passive euthanasia we speak in situations, when incurable ill patient refused medical help and owing to he died. Patient's dead come naturally without some assistance from the part of medical staff. In majority of states is passive euthanasia respected and it is practise in accordance with laws. Corruption in Slovakia: The role of non-government organizations in fight against corruption

Corruption as a contemporary phenomenon attracts attention of laymen but also experts who are trying to define this notion on the basis of various criterions. The aim of this thesis is to theoretically define corruption as the attendant phenomenon of the current society and to analyze methods of its solution. The studied country is Slovak republic which as a post-communist country shows some specifics. There are many proposed ways how to solve the problem of corruption however this thesis concerns itself primarily with the role of non-government organizations and their ability to actually influence political acts concerned with restricting of corruption possibilities. The intense cooperation among these non-government organizations and especially their cooperation with the government is crucial in order to be able to influence the political agenda. Therefore this thesis deals with this non-government organizations -- government relationship as well.
