Effect of submitters to the form of outdoor management training courses

Summary Title of project: Effect of submitters to the design of outdoor management training courses. Aim of project: We compared the form of outdoor management training, which is described in the literature with images of HRs. We defined how much HRs affect form of outdoor management training courses. Methodology: We used a qualitative research method, specifically literature search in preparation for our project. We decided to incorporate the surfy as a quantitative methods of research. We created the questionnaire specifically for our purposes and we spread it among a random group of HRs. We used both of printed and electronic form. The results of the survey were compared with the facts found in the literature. Results: The results of the work serve to illustrate theories of courses of outdoor management training in the Czech republic. We found that the submitter's requirements of outdoor management training courses are not in accordance with the principles of this corporate training tool. We concluded that the influence of HRs is strong enough to alter the form of courses. Key words: outdoor management training, experiential education, experience, feedback, outdoor course

Title: The Town Me, You, Them. The place where I live. Abstract: This thesis deals with the topic of the town from historical, philosophical, psychological and artistic points of view on a general level. A subjective approach to the topic is presented in the didactic part, focused on using a town in art education, and the artwork, dedicated to a personal experience in a particular town - Pacov. This thesis further explores the town as an art motive from its historical use up to the present, the town as a space for artistic expression and the notion of "genius loci." Pedagogical feedback in didactic games during the first period of primary school

This thesis deals with didactic game in the first two grades of primary school with an emphasis on getting the feedback. The information processed in the theoretical part contains an analysis of childhood game from a psychological point of view, also relevant to the specifics of educational game, its preparation and subsequent teaching process. Furthermore it deals with principles involved in the feedback management and its benefits for pupils and for teacher. The practical part describes the actual situation of the educational game implementation during classwork in three different educational programs. It is supplemented by interviews with teachers and pupils and my own pedagogical action research.
Using Methods andTechniques of Creative Drama Education to Understanding of Literary Texts

This diploma thesis concerns possibilities of using drama methods and techniques for understanding of literary texts within primary school education, with special emphasis on supporting pupils' reading. In its first theoretical part the basic terms are defined, such as literature, reading and their importance for a human; Literary Education and Drama Education (including its methods) and their possible meetings in the educational process. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with use of a literary text as a theme for a preparation for creative drama lessons, including drama structuring. The practical part is focused on three specific proposals for drama lessons with using literary texts. Two of them were carried out and evaluated with respect to the predetermined goals. It affirms that the application of drama methods and techniques within classes of literature and reading is justified. Art and sport

Title: Art and sport Summary: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and compare art and sport. The author wants to compare the moments in which they are similar, their progression or suppression. A movement is an inherent part of sport, which has become a great challenge for artists; it is remarkable how art deals with movement. Moreover, sport and recreation in the course of time are described here. Several chapters from the art history connected with sports have been chosen for this thesis; it starts with prehistoric ages and maps the art history until modern styles. The thesis is also concerned with the pedagogical use of teaching physical education and art. Starting with historical facts, this part of the thesis proceeds to the importance of these subjects and their use in schools nowadays. The real link between physical education and art is supported by a project for 12-year-old pupils of elementary schools, which deals with this subject. An inherent part of this thesis is the author's reflection describing the art project, author's feelings and reactions of the public to her art work.

Title: Aesthetic perceptions on spectator's participation at the XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, Canada (through photography and mass media) Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the group experience of Czech fans who participated as spectators at the XXI Winter Olympics in Vancouver as well as the documentation of this experience in the form of amateur photographic images which were taken during this international event. Variations in the quality of the fans' experience when watching sporting events through mass media, particularly on television, and when engaging in an authentic experience at a live event were also examined. Methods: To provide an overview of pertinent theory, existing literature was reviewed in order to compile data from which comparisons, analyses and syntheses were formed. For the following section concerning empirical information, a file of Czech persons who participated as spectators at the XXI Olympic Winter Games was created. Data was collected in an ethnographic approach. Arnošt Lustig and experience of the Holocaust in light of theory of narration Abstract. Means of implementation Nazi program of exterminating the Jews, which was designed and implemented during the Second World War, had an instrument of realization in a concentration camp, where prisoners not only of died, but there was organized devaluation of their lives. We talk about it as a "model form of government", reasonably elaborate system, in which prisoners should believe, that their life has no meaning, and on the other hand they are exposed to "limit situations", that create pressure on their survival instinct, and thus affect their behavior. From world of ever-present death prisoners brought experience, about which many could not and others needed to talk. However, they meet with an inability to express this experience. There grow up a debate whether the facts are trivializing. The threat of trivializing is seen also in artistic representation. As one of the options for capture the experience of the Holocaust is mentioned concentration on the internal experience of the individual, which can by displayed mainly by art literature, whch is looking for new expressive and formal means to "communicate an incommunicable" trauma.
