Crime preparation
Verner, David ; Vokoun, Rudolf (referee)
The master's thesis comprehensively deals with the issue of the preparation of a criminal offence and other disputable questions related with this stage in the commission of a criminal offence. The aim of the thesis is to carry out critical evaluation of the current legislation sanctioning preparation, to identify questionable parts and potential shortcomings that may exist in the practice. On this basis I try to suggest solutions to the identified problems or at least to contribute to the discussion about them. The thesis is divided into five parts, the first generally puts the preparation into the criminal law system, describes its various forms, distinguishes it from the other stages in the commission of the criminal offence and briefly describes the historical development of its sanctioning on our territory. The second part focuses on the problematics of the impossible preparation and issues regarding its criminalization and punishing. The third part deals with a specific reason for extinction of criminal liability for the preparation, namely the voluntary refraining from further preparatory acts. The attention is...

Lichnovský, Tomáš ; Záruba, Robert (advisor) ; Macková, Veronika (referee)
The interview is one of the journalist's basic methods and that statement also applies to the field of sport journalism. Through talking with athletes, the journalist gets information he afterwards shares with readers, listeners or viewers. When author decides to publish acquired material in the original dialogical form, it becomes of the interview genre. How would an ideal sport interview look like in this respect? What skills should a good sports journalist have? And how to ask the athlete not to answer "obviously"? The explanation on this topic has not existed in the Czech aca- demic sphere yet. For the first time, the diploma thesis Sport interview and Its Spe- cifics has tried to find the supported answers to the previous questions. In four explanatory chapters, the reader is introduced to the issue of media dia- logues with persons from the sports environment. The emphasis is laid on Czech audiovisual media area where the sport interview takes many forms. Besides a lit- erature research and the author's sports journalist practice, the thesis is based on interviews with leading Czech sports journalists. The second part provides the list of parasites, from the evolutionary original to the highly derived groups. We give an overview of their morphology and anatomy with the emphasis on their life cycle. The detailed knowledge of life cycle is essential for obtaining specimens. In each group, we indicate methods of collection and fixation in detail. The co called smartmicroscope represent the main point of the third part of proposed diploma thesis. Text of the thesis is supplemented with pictures taken by smart microscope, as well as by common microscope. Theoretical part is mapping history of lifeguarding and origins of Lifesaving sport. It is focused on disciplines of this sport, specifics of the training and selected functional indicators. The practical part is divided on survey and reflexion (result) part. The survey is recording changes of heart rate in selected phases of a year training cycle. The reflection part is processing results. During a practical part have been used methods of observation, questioning, testing, statistics- collecting and analysing data. Complexes of aminoclay and selected organic compounds
Dušek, Jakub ; Pekař, Miloslav (referee) ; Mravec, Filip (advisor)
This paper describes the preparation of aminoclay and complexes of aminoclay with selected bioactive substances. The theoretical part deals with the study of aminoclay and substances suitable for complexes and suitable modification of preparation these complexes. Experimental part of this paper consists of preparation of aminoclay complexes and verification of their formation. In order to verify the formation of the complex by binding of bioactive compounds to the free amino groups of aminoclay were used methods FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) and XRD (X-ray diffraction). For selected substances, binding to the aminoclay would improve their properties, which was the main motivation for the research. The resulting complexes could be more effective by replacing existing substances used in the pharmaceutical industry and biomedical applications.
Bodybuilding preparation for the competition - comparation category of competition and difference between theier preparation
Jirkovský, David ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Dlouhý, Martin (referee)
In the following theses, I would like to focus on bodybuilding preseason with competitive ambitions, describe the preparation in detail, explain the sequence, main attributes, synchronization, correct posing and common mistakes. In addition, I aim to compare variances of individual categories and particular competitions from amateur to professional level under the rules of IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness). My thesis might clash with rules and categories of other organizations such as NABBA (National Amateur Body-Builder's Association), INBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association) and others, therefore IFBB was purposefully mentioned. I searched thru publications, discussed the given topic with Czech bodybuilding and fitness stars, and utilized my personal experience which I collected as competitive bodybuilder and trainer in variation of bodybuilding categories. I wished to introduce the sport that has become my lifestyle to the wider audience.
