Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing in the construction company

This thesis deals with monitoring the efficiency of marketing at construction company. The aim of the work is comparing the effectiveness of investments in marketing for the new and regular customers. The output of work is matching of the amount of investments made in marketing in contrast obtaining new and retaining existing customers during achieving the same profits.
The Development of the Price Level in Railway Building

This diploma thesis is describing the theme of price development of construction work on the railway superstructure. The result is meant as determination of technical-economic indicator which can be used in view of pricing mainly for public tenders as well as in the way of orientation at cost prices. The work is also engaged in production index for construction. The main meaning of this part is formed by comparing the dates of the Czech Statistical Office in the production of building and civil engineering in the Czech Republic between years of 2009 and 2015 with the production of railways constructions. As the railroad tracks are in corporate governance SŽDC state organization – whole planned construction works are controlled by conditions and rules of public tenders. After joining the Czech Republic into the European Union the requirements for optimal state of international transportation networks in their technical and social part had to be guaranteed. The thesis „The Development of the Price Level in Railway Deliveries“ includes topic of progressing of Czech economy, development of Czech and foreign markets and its influence on material deliveries and price fluctuations, pricing and costing. Because of main topic contains railway economy production there are given basic technical and technological information with application for Brno subregion.

The thesis contains the theoretical basis for study of possibilities of pricing information goods. The source areas are microeconomics, marketing, competitive advantage and economics of information goods. The model of market is created with constraints defined on the ground of theoretical basis. The thesis analyzes requirements that define the system that supports the choice of pricing strategy. It includes detailed design of the prototype of such system. The prototype is designed with robustness because of the future improvements. The design describes the prototype's input parameters and their transformation into useful outputs that cover basic characteristics of information goods. The designed prototype is implemented. The thesis includes demonstration of the prototype and possible directions for improvements that lead to validity of proposed model of market.

Furthermore, usable technologies, design of a web interface and the database are also discussed. Besides this, the bachelor thesis contains designed algorithm for comparing cell phone plans among one and/or more mobile providers. Screenshots from created application are also included in this document.

Thesis "Comparison of the prices of the house in various parts of the city Světlá in 2014 and 2015" deals with the valuation of the selectedhouse. Compared takes place at the usual price and the price determined in different years and by identifying differences in prices in those years. For the year 2014 the calculation methodology used by the Valuation Decree no. 441/2013 coll., and the 2015 Decree no. 441/2013 coll.,as amended by Decree no. 199/ 2014Sb., that previous changes. Valuation is made by a comparative market method and comparative method of valuation decree. In the work is also this house valued by the same methods, but placed in a different location. The result of the practical part is to define the factors that influence the price in terms of other location. Furthermore it is defined how the price influence the.The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts related to pricing. Also approaches valuation methods according to the valuationrules and principles of market valuation.

The main part of the thesis concentrates on description of selected buildings for individual vacation and their setting in built-up and unbuilt areas in three locations of Moravian-Silesian Region. The individual locations are described and their values are set. Then follow comparison and evaluation of the pricing results.
Real Estate Division - a Farmstead

The present diploma thesis ‘Practical Division of a Real Estate – Agricultural Farmstead‘ is concerned with actual division of an agricultural homestead in XXX, the district of Olomouc. Based on the local examination which has been performed and after analyzing documents acquired from the owners, conclusions were drawn as to the possibility of dividing the estate while adhering to the applicable regulations of the civil procedure, construction law, construction technology, operational technology and economy. Valid price guidelines were used to determine the price of the estate and a comparative price of the estate was also estimated. Both price levels were also determined for the individual parts established by the practical division of the estate. The thesis consists of two basic sections. The first section focuses on theory, explaining the problem of practical division of an estate and providing a description of work of a certified expert drawing up this type of expert opinion. The second section comprises a practical part, which contains the expert opinion on the actual division of the agricultural homestead in the town of XXX in the Olomouc district.
