Logistics Concept with a Focus on Material Flow Management
Lojek, Jindřich ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the material flow analysis in the company. Various methods of analysis are used in the analytical part, in order to determine whether the component is meant to be stored in the shelf or whether it will be picked at the request. The practical part will analyze the material flow of a specific production line. The appropriate changes in the material stock in the production area will be suggested based on the analysis. The quantity and the method of material ordering from the warehouse will be defined for the material stored in the shelf.
AUTOCENTRUM VW GROUP MIKULOV
Matoušková, Anna Marie ; Hudeček, Vladimír (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Bečkovská, Tereza (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is based on a previously prepared study of the Volkswagen Group Autocentre in the subject AG033 and expands it with DSP and DPS documentation. Proposed building is located on the outskirts of Mikulov. Solved area is surrounded by the field from one side and by the production and agricultural industries from the others. The land is located between Jiráskova and Republikánské obrany streets. New building was adapted in response to the sloping trapezoidal land so it was led parallel to the angle of the land. Car center is divided into three main units, interconnected to each other to maintain traffic between different parts of the object. The main part is made up of showroom, where new cars of four associated brands belonging to Volkswagen Group are presented. This part is also used for the sale of cars and the administration on the second floor. The third part of the building, which is provided to the warehouse, was inserted into the sloping part of the shoowroom and thus creates mass gradation of entire building. The warehouse is connected to sales point of spare parts and service where car repairs take place. In the service was designed background for mechanics, which includes changing rooms with sanitary facilities, living room and a technical room for the entire building. Parts of the car center are non-basement and single-storey except for offices in the shoowroom. The construction system is the same for all units. It is a ferroconcrete skeletal system with longitudinal trusses. The reinforcement was achieved by a rigid ceiling slab, which consists of a trapezoidal sheet metal with a concrete slab. Reinforcement is ensured by a reinforced concrete wall core. The building transfers the load to the reinforced concrete footings, which are interconnected by concrete strips in combination with drilled piles. Other vertical structures were created a glass facade system, Kingspan panels and plasterboard partitions in the interior. The horizont
Constructive technological project of warehouse
Říha, Tomáš ; Novotný, Michal (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate parts of the frozen food warehouse construction project in Dašice in the area of MD logistics as, resulting in the elaboration of a technical report on the building technology project, the coordination situation of the building with the broader relations of the transport routes, the time and financial plan of the construction in the plane of the buildings, implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, drawing of the building site equipment, design of the main building machines, detailed time schedule of the main building, budget line, technological regulation for implementation of foundation structures consisting of drilled pilot and supporting walls, quality control and test plan for the given stage , drawings of the earthworks equipment and the construction of the hall.
Manufacturing of aquaria Brno
Dudáš, Matúš ; Mikeš, Stanislav (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Bečkovská, Tereza (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis was the design study, project documentation for building permit and architectural detail. The content of the bachelor thesis was therefore the design of a new building of a production hall for the production of aquariums in Brno, for the company Pavlica akvária. The project is based on the architectural study, which was prepared in the subject AG035 Atelier of architectural design 5 in the 3rd year of the bachelor studies. The construction of the aquarium production hall will be located in Brno on Sokolova Street, cadastral area Horné Heřpice. To the north of the plot in question is an industrial zone, with production and storage halls. the plot is registered in the city as a brownfield for the construction of a industrial character. The plot in question has a trapezoidal shape, on which there is a production facility, in the shape of the letter "L". The building, due to its plan shape, covers the handling yard, warehouse and production areas. In front of the building there is an exhibition and administrative area, which is visible to the public. The building consists of four connected masses and each mass constitutes one functional unit. There are four functional units, namely exhibition, administrative, production and storage. The appearance of the building consists of a sandwich panel of grey colour. The exposed vertical and horizontal lines in dark grey add plasticity to the building.
Design of production process management in a manufacturing company
Mišák, Ondřej ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of material flow and inventory flow between warehouse and production sections. The first part of the thesis deals with a theoretical analysis of the production process with a focus on logistics. The second part describes the current situation in a manufacturing company, the proposed changes, their implementation conditions and benefits.
Material management of order production
Jílková, Lenka ; Kruželák,, Lukáš (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the mapping and subsequent improvement of processes within the Procurement and Logistics department for the monitored company division. Based on the findings from the analytical part and the identification of problematical areas, there are proposed steps that should lead to improvement of performance not only within the Procurement and Logistics department, but also within the division as a whole. The emphasis was put on eliminating of processes that were bringing no value as well as on material flow management.
Study of the Progress of the Production Portfolio Through the Production Process with a Focus on Warehouse Management
Prokeš, Marek ; Wilde, Roman (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The thesis deals with the order process and the issue of the efficiency of warehouse management in the company DCom s.r.o. within the material and information flow. The thesis aimed to propose a more efficient management of warehouse management that would ensure the development of the company's business. The theoretical part of the thesis describes in more detail the areas used to understand the issue. The analytical part deals with the description of the critical areas of the company, which is the focus of the thesis in the conclusion. In the design part, the possibilities for improvement of the warehouse management are developed based on the information obtained from the analyses
Optimization of Warehouse Passing
Holáň, Jan ; Kožár, Tomáš (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
The work focuses on finding the shortest path through the warehouse in order to pick a given number of items. It describes the necessary theory related to mathematical problems related to the topic of this work. Most attention is given to a generally not much discussed topic, which is the grouping of indistinguishable groups of items, in order to obtain the resulting shortest path between items. The result is a C++ library capable of dealing with picking optimization under conditions defined by a specific real company.
Design and optimization of supply and distribution warehouse using dynamic simulation
Zindler, Lukáš ; Batěk, Roman (referee) ; Urbánek, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design the optimization of a production and distribution warehouse for tyres using dynamic simulation. The theoretical part deals with logistics concepts and warehouse systems, while the practical part provides a detailed analysis of the current state of the warehouse. Several optimization changes are then designed and tested on the created virtual model of the warehouse using simulation experiments of the Plant Simulation software. In conclusion, the proposed optimizations are evaluated.
Assessment of the Warehouse Management Information System and Proposal for Changes
Kohoutek, Jan ; Novák, Lukáš (referee) ; Neuwirth, Bernard (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the assessment of the warehouse management system and the proposal of changes to improve the current situation. The company within which the issue is addressed is JEDNOTA, a consumer cooperative in Boskovice, which is part of the COOP group and operates a network of retail stores with consumer goods. In the thesis, the theoretical background is first elaborated, which serves to understand the issue. The following part is devoted to the analysis of the company including its surroundings. Here an assessment of the current information system for warehouse management is also made. The remaining part of the thesis is devoted to the proposal of possible changes and their description.
