In the practical part, the author characterized the company Madeta and then describe the product Lipno four steps of the research process. And finally, examined the importance of market research for a successful decision.
Investment decisions on the PSE

This thesis deals with the investment decision on the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE) in the SPAD system (System to support the market shares and bonds). Introduction belongs to financial markets and important institution, which is a part of the financial market - stock exchange. We describe an environment of the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE), where are realize the investment decisions. An extensive section is devoted to the theory of decision making, specifically discrete models of multiple criteria decision making and continuous models of decision making, which includes linear programming and the special role of the target programming. In the practical part of thesis, all these methods are used for calculating the optimum composition of the portfolio for the investor. The target of the thesis is to determine the final composition of the portfolio investment recommendations, in order that an investor from the investment decision had the greatest benefit.
The purchase decision on cole beverage market in Czech republic

The aim of my thesis was to analyze consumer behavior on cole beverage market in Czech republic. I focused my research mainly on students of University of Economics in Prague. To implement it I used a questionnaire survey and data analysis Market & Media & Lifestyle of MEDIAN agency. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and methodological and analytical. The content of theoretical and methodological part is the definition of basic concepts such as consumer behavior, decision-making process, its types, factors and models, market research, data analysis. Characteristics of companies, the establishment of hypotheses, the research itself, its evaluation and recommendations are included in the analytical part.
Methods of spreading copyrighted content over the Internet

The thesis analyzes the current situation and issues of spreading copyrighted content using the global Internet network, summarizes and describes the basic programs and tools used for spreading of copyrighted content over the Internet. This work also deals with the analysis of the legal system framework of Czech Republic and its efficiency. In conclusion, the work provides basic information on institutions supervising compliance other subjects with copyright and explains some of their preventive and repressive decisions.

Analysis of Various Service Provisioning Practices

The topic of the thesis focuses on the analysis of various service provisioning practices from the view point of a prospect customer organization. Introductory part of the thesis summarizes the actual challenges of IS/ICT for an appropriate business alignment, defines the theoretical foundations of sourcing and ICT services, considering the contemporary state of these fields. Moreover, it identifies the related areas of these fields, like enterprise architecture, IS/ICT management, and systems integration. The central part deals with the identification and analysis of the areas that influence the decision making of ICT service sourcing. Results of this analysis are summarized and further developed by creating a framework to assist companies in deciding the most suited ICT sourcing solution. Within this framework the thesis summarizes important criteria to be considered for a much suited ICT service provisioning practice. It details the prerequisites for the use of this approach and its limitations. Subsequently, it presents an evaluation of certain ICT services within the SaaS market, that could be applicable in the enterprise environment. Finally, the thesis provides a simplified case study, demonstrating a required mindset for exercising the framework in practice.

The goal of this disertation work is to find a mathematical model, which could help marketing workers to decide in which media to invest money for advertising. Pizza delivery is often provided by external companies. The goal of the reastaurant is to unify processes for delivery in each branch to accomplish maximum profit and customer sattisfaction. The task is the decision either to provide the delivery in-house or to hire an external subject from the group of courier companies, that fulfil the requirements. We will use multi-criteria decision methods in the process of selection.

The aim of my thesis is prepare the firm Servis elektro, Roudnice nad Labem to introduce and certificate Quality management system according to norm ISO 9001. Since costs to get certification are for a small firm too high, I try to my thesis complete of information, by means of which I realize all of conditions for get grant from program Development for year 2009. In addition I will occupy with what kind of way is possible to get other financial resources of grant from program Development to certification according to norm ISO 9001. These possibilities I try to compare between them with morecriterionel variant evaluation. Purpose of whole thesis is achieving more competitive advantage of firm Servis elektro, which resides in Roudnice nad Labem.
