Práce analyzuje současné situace a problematiku šíření autorsky chráněného obsahu s použitím celosvětové sítě internet, shrnuje a popisuje základní programy a nástroje používané k šíření autorsky chráněného obsahu přes internet. Práce se dále zaobírá analýzou ustanovení právního řádu ČR a jejich efektivitou. V závěru práce podává základní informace o institucích, které dohlíží nad dodržováním autorských práv a vysvětluje některá jejich preventivní a represivní rozhodnutí a možnosti. The thesis analyzes the current situation and issues of spreading copyrighted content using the global Internet network, summarizes and describes the basic programs and tools used for spreading of copyrighted content over the Internet. This work also deals with the analysis of the legal system framework of Czech Republic and its efficiency. In conclusion, the work provides basic information on institutions supervising compliance other subjects with copyright and explains some of their preventive and repressive decisions.
