Visualization of Program Flow of Executable Files
Rusnák, Jakub ; Bartoň, Radek (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This master's thesis describes the visualization of program flow of executable files on Microsoft Windows platform. In theoretical part it describes the PE EXE file format and instruction format. In following chapters there are described current methods of malware analysis, especially the analysis of program flow. Then there are introduced current malware visualization methods and tools for 3D data visualization. The main objective is design and implementation of 3D visualization of jumps in executable files. The result is the visualization tool, which helps to identify different samples of malware from the normal code.
Production logistics of printed circuits desks
Susko, Petr ; Starý, Jiří (referee) ; Špinka, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of a new plant for the production of printed circuit boards with a capacity of 40,000 square meters per year. Describes the basic principles of a new production, production logistics principles and technological design, procedure for application of the method SLP, placement of production areas and capacity calculation of employees and machines. It also describes the technological process of production of printed circuit boards with subtractive method and discusses the different steps of production with regard to the proposed production. The practical part deals with the actual realization of the project, a selection of production technology, machinery, design the layout of the building, capacity calculations, deployment tools, practical application of the method SLP, visualization of production in the Plavis VisTable software, waste management and economic evaluation of project costs.
Visualization of 3D data in biomedical applications
Karzel, Michal ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Štohanzlová, Petra (advisor)
This thesis describes the basic principle of optical coherence tomography and prepro- cessing of the measured raw data. Preprocessing is focused mainly on noise filtration, removing artifacts, normalization, conversion and compression of raw data. In this way preprocessed data is saved in a *. PFRG file as ”preprocessed fringe data”. Those pre- processed data will be visualised by simply software, which support three methods of visualisation. Volume data represented by voxels. Reconstruction of volume by marching cube algorithm. Cuts through volume along X, Y and Z axis.
Simulation models of human operator.
Boháč, Petr ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This paper deals with simulation models of the human operator controlling lateral position of simulated vehicle. I am comparing parameters and quality of the McRuer human driver model and the PID controller. Simulated system is single-track vehicle model. Simulated driver is tasked to pass a Moose test with this vehicle model. I am using the simulated annealing method to find optimal parameters of the driver model and then I visualize realized test in 2D and 3D visualization. In the end of this paper I compare simulations of the driver models and assess achieved results.
Toolbox for neuronal datasets
Malý, Lukáš ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Lamoš, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create toolbox for functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) and electroencefalography (EEG) data processing in MATLAB enviroment using SPM software package. The first part describes the physiological origin of these data at neuronal level, basics of magnetic resonance imaging, principles of fMRI experiment, preprocessing and processing of fMRI data, their interpretation, then function and principles of EEG are described and at the end is simultaneous EEG-fMRI described. In the second part of the thesis features of each tool from Neural Data Toolbox (NDTb) are described.
Simple 3D Printer Simulator
Čillo, Vladimír ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of 3D printer simulator in C++ using Qt. The simulator assumes a printer based on widely used method of 3D print - Fused Deposition Modeling. An input of simulator is a 3D model in STL file format. For the 3D model simulator provides an estimate of the total print time. Simulation also includes visualization of 3D print. The result is a cross-plaform program tested under Linux and Windows. Functionality of simulator has been tested by several experiments.
Design of an application for the visualization of geographic data documenting the development of defunct landscapes
Nekola, Lukáš ; Čábelka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Laštovička, Josef (referee)
This thesis deals with the design and subsequent creation of a 3D map application for visualization of geographic data documenting the development of the landscape in the cadastral area of Holešice. The added value is the creation of different variants of spatial SQL queries for the representation of changes in elevation and land use in the form of polygons. In the first part, the available technologies for the creation of the application are properly described together with the basic algorithms enabling the creation of polygons. The practical part starts with the preparation of a dataset of points created by data fusion representing the height division, which was stored with other data in a spatial database. This is followed by the creation of the application itself based on the proposed client-server architecture. The principle is to store the output of one of the queries in the form of a materialized view. Map service based on the query is created in GeoServer technology and displayed in the CesiumJS library. The specific choice of the output and the selection of the query variant depends on the submission of the form by the user. Key words: spatial database, 3D visualization, map application, defunct landscapes, Most region, web
3D vizualiazace a deep learning v mapách Stabilního katastru Čech
BLÁHA, Milan
This bachelor's thesis entitled "3D Visualization and Deep Learning in Maps of the Stable Cadastre of Bohemia" is devoted to several goals. The first one is to get acquainted with a stable cadastral map and deep learning. These terms are characterised and their meaning and other requisites are explained. Another aim of this thesis is to present the overall description of the monitored area and to cover its fundamental characteristics, historical development, physical-geographical aspects, population, settlements and a selected municipality. It also introduces the workflow of completing the practical part, which deals with the 2D and 3D visualizations of selected parts of the village of Nová Ves by Klikov, the Czech Republic. These visualisations are created on the basis of the original maps of the stable cadastre from 1827, and are made in ArcGIS Pro. Furthermore, the practical part of this thesis indicates possible practical use of these visualizations, maps of stable cadastre and deep learning.
Data processing procedure applicable for visualisation of FM objects in GIS environment
Hájek, Filip ; Kolář, Jan (advisor) ; Štych, Přemysl (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the use of geographic information systems in issue of facility management. Its purpose is to show the advantages of this connection, mostly the visualization and analytical capabilities of GIS. The general issues of facility management are described in the first part of the thesis - what it is about, what it brings, the most important definitions and standards are provided there. Then it continues with theory about connection with GIS and answers the question, why this cooperation is beneficial. It continues with description of importance of GIS during whole life circle of real estate. The chapter is concluded by definition of another powerful tool in FM - CAD/BIM. The fourth chapter discusses one of the important tasks of FM - passportization and its meaning. The last chapter before conclusion focuses on the practical part of thesis dealing with campus of the Czech Post in Malešice. Keywords: Facility management, GIS, passportization, visualization
3D data representation and visualization of complex features of traffic infrastructure
Hřebec, Tomáš ; Brůha, Lukáš (advisor) ; Laštovička, Josef (referee)
7 Abstract This bachelor thesis designs and implements the process of creating and visualizing of 3D models of complex elements of road infrastructure with focus on level crossing. The theoretical part outlines the principles of modeling, methods of collecting spatial data using the Structure from Motion method and aerial images. This thesis also introduces the basics of Blender software, which the model is created in, and how ArcGIS Pro software, in which the final models are visualized, works with 3D data. Model of a bridge is created by an add-on for Blender. This work describes how the add-on was created, how it works and how to control it. In the end, there is described how to visualize the models. Keywords: Spatial data structures, 3D GIS, 3D visualization, traffic infrastructure
