Návrh plánu nakládání s nebezpečnými odpady je podkladem pro přípravu Plánu odpadového hospodářství ČR a dalších plánů v oblasti odpadového hospodářství. Tento návrh může být použit jako model procesu přípravy plánů odpadového hospodářství. Ověřuje metodu otevřeného plánování, kdy se plánovacího procesu zúčastní široká skupina subjektů dotčených plánem. Při přípravě Návrhu byly reflektovány české a evropské právní předpisy, které se vztahují k nebezpečným odpadům.

Zpráva shrnuje závěry dílčích projektů 3 - 8. Projekt 3: Významné krajinotvorné prvky - Lesy: na základě analýzy současné situace stavu lesů je navrhován systém diferencované péče o lesy jako o významný krajinotvorný prvek. Rybníky: je navržena typologie rybníky a postup adekvátní péče. Jsou diskutovány vlivy, které rybníky poškozují. Registrované významné krajinné prvky: kritické zhodnocení dosavadní evidence, kvantifikace i přístupu k ochraně a péči těchto prvků. Jsou shrnuty hlavní problémy péče o tyto prvky a navržena některé zlepšení. Projekt 4: Přírodní parky - je popsán legislativní rámec a předloženo kritické zhodnocení současného souboru přírodních parků. Vymezení typů přírodních parků reprezentujících krajinu po stránce přírodních, kulturních, estetických a funkčních hodnot. Projekt 5: Experimentální zakládání skladebných částí ÚSES uvádí metodické postupy sledování nově založených částí ÚSES (abiotické faktory, vývoj dřevin, botanické výzkumy, bezobratlí živočichové, motýli, drobní savci, velcí savci, ptáci). Předkládá návrh na další monitorování vývoje experimentálně založených biokoridorů na Jižní Moravě. Projekt 6: Krajinný ráz obsahuje regionalizace prostoru ČR z hlediska typů krajinného rázu. Chápe krajinu jako vrstvu vztahů a popisuje primární, sekundární a terciální krajinný systém. Zásadní je vnímaní krajiny společností a individuální život člověka v ní. Projekt 7: Biologické hodnocení předkládá problematiku vymezení biologického hodnocení podle právních norem a uvádí, jak probíhá stanovení náležitostí pro biologické hodnocení.

Advertisement Market in Bulgaria and legal regulation

The aim of this thesis is to present Bulgarian advertisement market from several different perspectives. You can see the development of advertisement from the beginning until 2010 in Bulgaria. There is a comparison of expenditures on advertisement with Czech advertisement market. When we are talking about advertisement, it is important to mention cultural differences. The biggest part of my thesis consists of legal and ethical regulation, when you can see the main differences in compare to Czech republic. The end of thesis belongs to Advertising self-regulation, which is represented by National Council for Self-Regulation in Bulgaria and Rada pro reklamu in Czech republic.

Poverty and overdebtedness of Czech households

The diploma work deals with the problem of poverty following from overdebtedness of Czech households. Poverty is defined as a strong social handicap leading up to a social exclusion. Overdebtedness means such a financial situation when households are not able to fulfill their financial obligations and thus it concerns especially households with low incomes. In the Czech Republic this fact has been distinguished since the year 2000. The topic of the diploma work points at the development of overdebtedness of Czech households and its evaluation, the size of this problem and the estimation of its further development. It analyses the threat to households leading to a debt trap. It deals with economic impact of state debtedness in connection with that of Czech households. Some attention is paid to the increasing unemployment as one of the strongest causes leading to a state of poverty and consequently to undesirable debtedness showing the evident link between unemployment and overdebtedness. At the same time, the emphasis is put onto individual responsibility and lifelong education as the prevention and solution to unemployment and doubtedness. The phenomenon of overdebtedness of Czech households is understood as a warning signal of the present.

Debt relief in legislation and in practice

In bachelor thesis I deal with Institute of debt relief. I analyzed this legislation of debt relief. In the practical part, I managed to obtain statistical data related to the debt relief, and for 2008 and 2009. I got this information from the District court in Pilsen and Czech Budejovice. From provided the information I subsequently made between the District courts the comparison, both in terms of time and in terms of percentage. I also pointed out a practical example of the debtor, whose the debt relief takes the form of rescheduling and on the other hand the debtor, whose the debt relief takes the form realization of assets. Work also includes evaluation of regulatory proposals for debt relief and de lege ferenda.

locatio operis in construction

The aim of this thesis is to analyze legislative relations rising from locatio operis in construction. Work focuses on the practical problems, that rising from these obligations. I compare here the Czech and the German legal regulations. Thereinafter is mention about advantages and disadvantages the Czech legal regulation. I explain and analyze legal relations rising from implementation of the work. In a practical section were compiled checklists and were sent to construction companies. It was detected, that construction companies don´t use at closing of contract the specialized legal aid. Thereinafter was detected, that rises law suits between construction companies and customers. The main reason of these law suits are wrong getting together contracts.

Public guardian of the rights in European Union, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic

The diploma thesis focuses on institution of ombudsman in European Union, Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. It is aimed at questions of legal regulations of this institution in the mentioned formations. Particular chapters of this thesis are structured into following 5 task parts. The first chapter describes the history of the origin of this institution, explains the term of ombudsman by using definitions, classifies existing kinds of institutes of ombudsman and specifies the field of action. The second chapter identifies the European ombudsman. It is focused especially on analysis of received complaints in practically whole period of existence this institution and evaluation of activities in 2008. In the third chapter is described the institution of ombudsman in the Czech Republic and in the fourth chapter in the Slovak Republic. The last chapter of the diploma thesis deals with comaparison of ombudsman institutions in these two countries.

The legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis is focused on the legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic. The main efford is to provide a sufficient review of the up-to-date situation in this field. It examines hospitals by a theoretical standpoint and also its key problems concerning actual situation of the czech health care and lack of finance as the main significance. The top part of thesis focuses on actual legal hospital health care regulation and proposes ways of improvement. Following part assesses proposals of improvement of the hospital care quality. Final chapter presents possible ways of optimal solutions of hospital care as well as health care at all.
