The subject of the bachelor thesis: „Proposal for a Change of the System of Labour Recruitment in a Company“ is an analysis of the current recruitment system and employee motivation program at Authentica s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: manpower and job. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel policy, recruitment system and motivation of employees at Authentica, s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of recruitment and work motivation.

This thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of quality, environmental, and security risks, hazards and application of appropriate methodology to a particular construction project. For an application is selected the key construction technology - walling. Diploma thesis establishes a framework for risk management on the basis of established integrated management system (IMS) defines the objectives and mechanisms in controlling adherence to standards, evaluation of business risks, defining risk management strategies, the draft risk management procedures, monitoring their functioning, assessing their performance and any improvement and support the process of supplying the required information.

The aim of this thesis was to summarize the theoretical knowledge related to the concept of organizational culture, describing the most important functions, elements, structures, typology and methods for its analysis. Based on the analysis of organizational culture in the organisation was outlined the current organizational culture through the use of systematic observation and investigation using interviews, written methods of interviewing and document analysis of the organization. Then the deficiencies in the organizational culture of the organization have been detected and the actions and recommendations for improving the current situation towards the desired organizationa culture have been suggested.

The thesis focuses on motivation and stimulation of workers and employees in a specific company. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The first part contains theoretical basis related to the topic of motivation and stimulation. In the practical part of the stated evaluation of the current situation in the company and at the base of the results was made a proposal on improving the current motivation system and increase the satisfaction of workers.

This thesis focuses mainly on the analysis of marketing mix of hotel PANON, which offers accomodation in South Moravia in the town Hodonín in *** category in single, double and triple rooms as well as in apartments of different categories, catering services and a large number of additional services. The aim of this thesis is to make marketing mix of given hotel more efficient and thus ensure not only growth of existing number of guests, but also get new domestic and foreign guests, which will lead to growth of profit of the hotel PANON and strenghtening of its position in the tourism market.

This bachelor thesis deals with construction-technological phase of supporting skeleton structural system's realization of the transfer station at waste dump Uhy. It contains operating procedure, equipment of the construction site, time schedule, machinery, control and testing plan, work safety, calculation and alternative proposal for prefabricated part from reinforced concrete. The alternative proposal solves sizing of the reinforced concrete element, calculation and machinery.
System of Employees Evaluation and Remuneration in a Selected Institution

The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to suggest more effective system of employees evaluation and remuneration in a primary school Ševětín, to found deficiencies in this system and then solve it in the form of proposal of changes to increase the motivation and performance of employees. Based on the survey, there was found that the most of the respondents are satisfied with the evaluation system, but the main deficiencies were found in the area of financial rewards, relationships between employees and the feedback from business leaders. On the basis of these deficiencies were recommended suggestions for improvement.
Linkage between Job Performance and Remuneration in the Company

The main aim of this work is to valorize job performance and remuneration in the selected company. For the purposes of this thesis was chosen the company Bioptická laboratoř s. r. o. where employees have fixed or variable wages. In the company was used a questionnaire. On the basis of questionnaire were recommended some proposals to improve the system of remuneration of employees. The main shortcomings were found in an evaluation system, mainly in the justice and a benefits.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with recruitment of the workers to a company. The main aim is to describe, characterize, analyze and assess process of recruitment as a whole. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first two chapters are theoretical ones and the third and four chapters represent a practical part. The first chapter includes human resources activities, the second one focuses on job advertisement, job description and job requirements, recruitment process and process of selection including methods of recruitment and methods of selection process. The third part describes recruitment process that is applied in a real company. The last chapter is my assessment and recommendation for the company on the basis of gained theoretical knowledge and my findings.
Technological Unemployment and an Attainable Way Out

The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the available information on the technological unemployment issue. The hypothesis of the thesis is that displacement of workers because of technological development has reasonable chances to happen in the future. Technological unemployment is hotly debated issue. Some part of economists argue that technological unemployment is a short-term problem; others see it as a risk for society. Thus, at this stage it is important to identify controversy in studies, analyze proposed policies and suggest the possible strategies. In order to gain the in depth knowledge required for the thesis a literature synthesis methodology was used. The concluding recommendations for researchers and policy makers include three important point to design an appropriate policy measure: number of population in a region, specialization of a region, previous placement of a worker. The effective solution is considered a mix of policies to target the problem from different prospective.
