The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan of cafe. The theoretical part describes structure of business plan, entrepreneurship and catering. In practical part, there is written the complete business plan of cafe in a small town close to Prague. The practival part is devided into two parts - marketing analysis and financial plan. At the end of the thesis is shown if the project is viable and if it has a chance to be successful.

The main goal of this master´s thesis is to write a business plan for the board games café in Prague. The other objective is to verify its feasibility and return on investment. The key users of the business plan are founders of the café and it forms the basis for the future decision about its realisation. The theoretical part describes basic terms and individual sections of the business plan. The practical part contains the business plan itself. The main focus is on the description of the entrepreneurial opportunity, competitive analysis, marketing and financial plan, risk analysis and identification of the potential business strategies. The conclusion consists of the overall evaluation of the project based on the applied methods. The plan presents a complex picture of running a business in the chosen industry and proves a viability of the café in the future.

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a time-café and evaluate the possibility of establishing and running this in Prague. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part allows the information that starting businessman needs to know and understand in order to create a successful business plan. The practical part is formed in relation to knowledge gained from the previous one and contains the business plan of time-café "Časoprostor". The author discusses the evaluation of this potential enterprise in the market by analyzing its competitors, building up marketing strategy. Also it contains financial plan and evaluation of effectiveness of the project. Conclusion of the thesis determines the plan from the point of realization.

Consumer Behavior of the Customers of Prague's Cafés

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Prague's classical cafés and the consumer behavior of their customers. The main aim is to accomplish an analysis of the offered services on the basis of characterization and comparison of the selected Prague's classical cafés, followed by the consumer behavior research performed by the method of questionnaire. The paper is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The first two chapters describe the theoretical background and basic concepts that the thesis deals with, such as gastronomy, restaurants' services and associations with marketing in tourism. Closer attention is paid to consumer behavior, its research and the factors influencing it. The third chapter characterizes the services in selected cafés. In particular, they are Café Louvre, Café Savoy, Café Slavia, Café Imperial and Grand Café Orient. In the last part there is the research of consumer behavior provided, which results lead to the recommendations and suggestions for possible improvements of café's services.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a marketing plan for establishing a new café that will be located in Vršovice in Prague 10. The thesis is divided into 2 parts, theory and practice. The practice part includes processed analysis of the market such as analysis of the environment, market potential, location, services and market positioning. These analyses come from secondary data and primary data gathered through surveys. Based on these analyses, a proposal for marketing strategy is created. The outcome of this work is a comprehensive marketing plan that is a usable foundation for a positive decision in a business activity.

The goal of this thesis is to construct founding financial project of the company Kino Káva Ltd. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts related to business, strategic and marketing analysis, principles of financial management, pricing, asset and capital structure, tax issues, founding budget and financial indicators which evaluate health of the company. In the practical part is the company presented, followed by an analysis of micro-environment and macro-environment, and then focus on marketing mix. It continues making the founding budget in three variants - realistic, optimistic and pessimistic, always for the first three years of business. The final part evaluates each variant with the use of accounting statements and financial indicators.
Analysis of the possibility of foundation new cafe - project of foundation

Aim of this thesis is to analyze an opportunity of opening a new café and to create a business plan. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and applicative. In the first, theoretical part is described what entrepreneurship means, possible legal forms of a company in Czech Republic, duties of entrepreneur and specific requirements in hospitality industry. There is also defined what business plan is, its purpose, process of its creating and its structure. As a source of the theoretical part was used specialized literature and author's knowledge gained during studies at the University of Economics in Prague. Applicative part consists of a business plan including financial plan. Business plan was used as source for analysis of potential success of the café. Theoretical knowledge was applied to create applicative part.
