Cílem této diplomové práce je dokázat, že koncept popsané kavárny bude v praxi zajímavý a výdělečný. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny nutné informace, které by měl začínající podnikatel vědět. Následně je zde popsána struktura podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část využívá informací získaných z teoretické části a obsahuje samotný podnikatelský plán kavárny "SIESTA café e vino". Je zde zpracována analýza trhu, konkurence, zákazníků, finančního plánu a nakonec SWOT analýza a analýza rizik. Praktická část je zakončena celkovým posouzením a zhodnocením plánu z hlediska proveditelnosti. The main goal of this master thesis is to introduce the reader to the "SIESTA café e vino" business plan that will be profitable and attractive when put in place. The thesis is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part presents necessary information for the beginning entrepreneur and describes the structure of the business plan. Practical part is based on the theoretical part and contains actual business plan of the café. It also elaborates analysis of market environment, competitors, customers, financial plan, SWOT analysis and risk analysis. The practical part concludes overall assessment and evaluates real feasibility of this project.
