Information System Supporting Festival Organisation

This thesis covers the modernization of an information system called HRYZ, which is used by organizers of the Animefest festival to organize the human resources needed for this festival. The chapters gradually introduce the content management systems, the information systems and the HRYZ information system itself. Then the chapters continue with a proposal for the system moderznization and a shift extension module modernization to ensure the compatibility with the base system. The modernization proposal was then implemented and tested with the users of current system. In the end, the new system was handed over to the festival organizers for further customziation and deployment.
Cost Analysis of a building

The diploma thesis purpose is to choose optimal structure of the modernisation of slab block flat roof, according to building life cycle coast minimalisation. Based on the theoretical knowledge, the design of the stack was made in different phases and based on the building life cycle cost, considering the decreasing value of money over time. The selection of the optimal solution followed, taking account the specific conditions of the given scope of realization and the specific object. The choice is justified by the related analysis of key items.

Design of the main landing gear for Zlin 40 aircraft

This master thesis deals with the modernization of the main landing gear of the Z 143 LSi aircraft. The main emphasis is placed on optimizing of the landing gear shape and its deformation characteristics. Along with this change, variants made of different materials are examined. The landing load is calculated analytically and the load-bearing capacity of the structure is verified using the numerical FEM method. This work brings a possible replacement of the current chassis, which is production-intensive not only in time and money, but also in terms of cooperation with external companies. The objective is to design a new landing gear and verify the feasibility for the case of future implementation.
Cost revitalization of a residential building

This bachelor thesis focuses on the reconstruction costs of the residential houses. The theoretical part describes the management of the construction project, building life cycle and the costs of the each individual stages of the cycle. Furthermore these buildings are described on the basis of the functional parts. In the practical part the thesis focuses on the determination of the realization costs of two residential houses, the durability of individual functional parts and the possibilities of their reconstruction. At the end the budget and schedule are created and the reconstruction is analysed from an economic point of view.
Modernization of the sports complex with the construction of housing units

The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for an extensive construction modifications of sports complex including the construction of housing units near Třebíč in the small village of Třebenice in Moravia. It was necessary to cooperate with the municipality and follow its requirements for the restoration of functionality and maintenance of individual operations for which the building was intended, hence the municipality considered them necessary in the future operation of the building. The project also included the design of paved areas and fencing of the playground. The main requirement of the municipality was to build a grandstand within the already built-up area of ??the object, and therefore part of the building is being demolished. This will change the layout of the basement and move the operation of the restaurant from the basement to the first floor with a view of the playground. Football players' locker rooms will be maintained in the basement, moreover a boiler room with air conditioning, facilities for referees and a club room with hygienic facilities will be added. On the first floor, the operation of the offices will be partially maintained and separated, and there will also be more space for a hairdresser and a restaurant. The last floor will be completely removed and rebuilt with a flat roof covering only half of the area compared to the current state. Following the current state, the 2nd floor will serve for housing, but as starting apartments for young families. The risers are made of autoclaved concrete and the new masonry is made of brick blocks for precise masonry. Over the restaurant is an extensive green roof and the roof over the apartments has a classic order of layers with a stabilizing layer of gravel. This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of a current state of a flat and subsequently its economical repair and modernization. The aim of the thesis is to refurbish the flat in such a way that it meets the requirement of current standard of living and at the same time it is suitable for rent. Other costs will be taken into consideration and subsequently I will calculate the expected payback period. Lastly, I will evaluate whether it is worthy to realize the suggested improvements in practice.

Thesis focuses on a detailed technical description of all important parts of secondary circuit in Dukovany power plant and its connection to other systems of power plant. In thesis are analyzed significant adjustments which have been made during the entire operation of power plant including in particular the actions associated with project called Utilization of project reserves of units EDU. In the main part of the thesis were carried out calculations of the power plant's power for states before and after the modernization and there is also analyzed the impact of individual changes on the whole power plant.
