Předmětem diplomové práce bylo vypracovat dokumentaci pro provádění stavby rozsáhlých stavebních úprav sportovního areálu s výstavbou bytových jednotek nedaleko Třebíče v malé obci Třebenice na Moravě. Bylo nutné spolupracovat s danou obcí a respektovat tak její požadavky pro obnovení funkčnosti a zachování jednotlivých provozů, pro které byla budova určena a obec je považovala za nezbytné i v budoucím chodu budovy. Součástí projektu bylo také vyprojektování zpevněných ploch a oplocení hřiště. Hlavním požadavkem obce bylo vytvoření tribuny v rámci již zastavěné plochy budovy, a proto dochází k ubourání části budovy. Dojde tak ke změně dispozičního uspořádání suterénu a přesunutí provozu restaurace do 1.NP ze suterénu, ze které bude nově výhled na hřiště. V 1.S se zachová provoz šaten fotbalistů a přibyde kotelna s VZT, zázemí pro rozhodčí a klubovna s hygienickým zázemím. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se zachová částečně provoz kanceláří, který teď bude fungovat odděleně a dále přibyde prostor pro kadeřnictví a restauraci. Poslední patro bude kompletně odstraněno a znovu vystavěno s plochou střechou a bude disponovat pouze poloviční plochou oproti stávajícímu stavu. Stejně tak, jak tomu je ve stávajícím stavu, bude 2.NP sloužit pro bydlení nyní však jako startovací byty pro mladé rodiny.?Dozdívky jsou provedeny z autoklávovaného betonu a nové zdivo z cihelných tvárnic pro přesné zdění. Střecha nad restaurací je zelená extenzivní a střecha nad byty je s klasickým pořadím vrstev se stabilizační vrstvou z kačírku.?Budova je kontaktně zateplena systémem ETICS pomocí minerální vaty a finální vrstva je z bílé venkovní omítky. Sokl je obložen betonovým obkladem. Část restaurace je obložena dřevěným obkladem z jižní a západní strany. Nově se bude dešťová voda využívat pro závlahu hřiště přímo z retenční nádrže. V rámci dokumentace byl proveden pasport objektu, prozkoumání některých konstrukcí a vyhotovení tak stavebně technického průzkumu budovy.
The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for an extensive construction modifications of sports complex including the construction of housing units near Třebíč in the small village of Třebenice in Moravia. It was necessary to cooperate with the municipality and follow its requirements for the restoration of functionality and maintenance of individual operations for which the building was intended, hence the municipality considered them necessary in the future operation of the building. The project also included the design of paved areas and fencing of the playground. The main requirement of the municipality was to build a grandstand within the already built-up area of ??the object, and therefore part of the building is being demolished. This will change the layout of the basement and move the operation of the restaurant from the basement to the first floor with a view of the playground. Football players' locker rooms will be maintained in the basement, moreover a boiler room with air conditioning, facilities for referees and a club room with hygienic facilities will be added. On the first floor, the operation of the offices will be partially maintained and separated, and there will also be more space for a hairdresser and a restaurant. The last floor will be completely removed and rebuilt with a flat roof covering only half of the area compared to the current state. Following the current state, the 2nd floor will serve for housing, but as starting apartments for young families. The risers are made of autoclaved concrete and the new masonry is made of brick blocks for precise masonry. Over the restaurant is an extensive green roof and the roof over the apartments has a classic order of layers with a stabilizing layer of gravel.
