Diplomová práce se zabývá optimálním výběrem skladby modernizace ploché střechy panelového domu z hlediska minimalizace nákladů v průběhu životního cyklu stavby. Na základě teoretických poznatků byl proveden návrh souvrství v různých materiálových variantách s odpovídajícím harmonogramem oprav a adekvátním způsobem likvidace. K jednotlivým alternativám byly pro různé fáze sestaveny položkové rozpočty a na jejich základě stanoveny náklady životního cyklu stavby se zohledněním klesající hodnoty peněz v čase. Následoval výběr optimálního řešení s ohledem na specifické podmínky dané rozsahem realizace a konkrétní objekt. Volbu odůvodňuje související analýza identifikující klíčové položky. The diploma thesis purpose is to choose optimal structure of the modernisation of slab block flat roof, according to building life cycle coast minimalisation. Based on the theoretical knowledge, the design of the stack was made in different phases and based on the building life cycle cost, considering the decreasing value of money over time. The selection of the optimal solution followed, taking account the specific conditions of the given scope of realization and the specific object. The choice is justified by the related analysis of key items.
