Kalábová, Helena ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Schlegelová, Jaroslava (referee) ; Sochůrek, Jan (referee)
The study called ILLESS AS THE OPPORTUNITY TO CARE AND CONSIDERATION Is fenomenologically focused on a variety of seeing the world affected by an illness. Bio-psycho-social-spiritual model of illness is generally understood as the integration of the figures concerning body, mind and socially-spiritual conditions. The solution is arranged in a multi-feature attitude to the therapy, involving bodywork and psychotherapy in terms of mindcare aiming to reach recovering changes, respectively metamorphosis. The basis is found in respect to the body-organism as a self-organizing system creating its own world coming from self-relating autopoiesis. Showing respect to patients brings unexpected theoretical and therapeutical options, concerning that issue there is the contraversion of traditional kartezian western thinking with radical contructivism, which as a new-age empirically advenced alternative of scientific positivism is apparently not fully practised in medicine nowadays. Illnes is seen as disaretation-exasperation,disbalance.Treatment in terms of techne on kartezian thesis puts emphasis on total organism rehabilitation but health in terms of physis cannot be brought back anymore.

57 7 Summary Action and judgment (mutual relation) I have chosen this topic for my Master's degree thesis, because I am interested in civil law, especially in a civil litigation. In my thesis I tried to explain institutes of both law action and judgment and of course the mutual relation between them. Civil procedure is a procedure carried out by state courts as judicial bodies of power. Civil process takes place before the courts, which decide disputes and other legal matters arising from civil, labor, family and business relationships. People are requesting the protection of their endangered or broken rights by bringing an action. Person who brings an action we call the suitor and person against whom the dispute is called defendant. Both these parties are given the same procedural rights and obligations, therefore, in the proceeding they are equal. Finally, the dispute is decided by a court from a position of an independent third party. Judgment is a form of judicial decision, which terminates the proceedings and resolve the dispute. Only the court is entitled to make judgments and decide authoritatively on the rights and obligations between the suitor and defendant. Court makes an response to suitors request for protection of his rights. Court is bound by action, and may depart from it only in specific...

The collapse of the communist regime in German Democratic republic caused factual loss of legitimacy of the republic as a whole. The events of 1989 and 1990 have brought the end of separation of both German states. The both parts of Germany were unified on October 3rd, 1990, but internal unity of the new state is 15 years later still far from reality. Two undemocratic regimes, one following another, interrupted traditional affiliations between voters and political parties hardly. New period of the German party system has started. Although the influence of the West German parties on constitution of the democratic East German party system was dominant, there has established unique party system with own specifics.
