The aim of thesis is to assess own performance development, structure and content of the training in years 1996 - 2006, highlight the best indicators of training and performance tests, which proved to be the most suitable for the evaluation of pole vaulter training. It was monitored physical fitness and pole vaulter skills. It was described technique development for different age groups. Data were obtained from training diaries and video of pole vault jumps. A comparison was made of annual volume of training load, graph shows the progress of the load in training and sports performance. Factors that are fundamentally involved in this performance were evaluated in the same manner. The main method to create the thesis was quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the evaluation of the indicators of training and testing, we know that the greatest impact on the level of training has a low number of disability days, or the level of health in different seasons. Low number of days of disability for several seasons in a row creates a high probability for continuous improvement of performance, of physical fitness, and improvement of techniques. At the same time good health status affects the psychological resistance level.

Černý, Jiří ; Haškovcová, Helena (advisor) ; Slabý, Marek (referee)
The topic of this work is non emergency ambulance service ( i.e. transport of wounded and/or sick persons). The theoretical part is devoted to the history of medical transportation services from ancient times to the present both in the world and the Czech Republic. The other part is a description of existing systems of ambulance services, particularly the transfer of patients from home to the place of medical care and back or, as the case may be, between health centres in selected countries of the world. In the practical part of diploma work the results of a qualitative research are published. In the first half of 2008 the Czech Ministry of Health published its design of services to be paid by patients- among others - also some transport services. The Ministry included this proposal in the framework of health care reform. The topic of research was to determine the readiness of patients to a significant co-payment (deductibles) for medical transportation costs. A hypothesis was initially established that patients in the Czech Republic were not ready for to the substantial co-payments (deductible coverage) of the costs. The research has confirmed the hypothesis. The work is accompanied by...

Hanus, Luboš ; Janotík, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kukačka, Jiří (referee)
Sufficient blood supply is a continuous problem for health care systems around the world. The diversity of systems is also manifested as different methods of compensation and motivation of donors. During the last century the different types of compensation and motivation have brought about various high probabilities of transmission of infectious diseases. The goal of this thesis is to provide a sufficient description of donors' motivations in the Czech Republic and elsewhere. The first part aims to compare the risk of financially compensated blood donors and those who are not compensated. The second part gives a description of characteristics of the sample donors from the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in Prague. A probit model is used to analyse the sensitivity of donors to two benefits provided by the state, these benefits are either a paid working day-off on the day of donation or the possibility of deduction of 2000 CZK from one's taxable income for each donation.
