Insurance in area of travel movement

The bachelor thesis "Insurance in area of travel movement" deals with the issues of travel insurance.This insurable instrument is determinated for participants of outbond tourism. The opening part is focused on the characteristic of travel insurace,strong and weak points of medical insurance as a component of public healthcare system and private insurance.Thesis also describes different types of supplementary insurance. Another section evaluates distribution places for selling travel insurance and their cooperation. The bachelor thesis reacts on actual economic situation and realizes it's influence on the issuses. In the practical part there are analysed offers of insurance companies,which are different from specialization, and compared for their advantages and disadvantages.

Reelection in the Latin American Presidential Regimes

Esta tesis de diploma "La reelección en los sistemas presidenciales latinoamericanos" ofrece al lector checo una vista al sistema presidencial desde un punto de vista de la reelección. La reelección encontró en América Latina en los últimos anos una amplia atención. Desde 1994 al menos cinco países adoptaron forma de la reelección presidencial y en otros países la discusión se ha puesta a marcha. El objetivo de esta tesis es sefialar las principales rasgos de la reelección presidencial en América Latina. La tesis está dividia en cinco capítulos: Segundo capítulo se refiere a la história y origen de las constituciones latinoamericanas. Tercero capítulo trata de los sistemas presidenciales latinoamericanos. Precisa lo que es el sistema presidencial, cuáles son sun rasgos principales, sus ventajas y desventajas. También menciono como la democratización influye el poder del presidente dentro del sistema. Cuarto capítulo empieza con la definición de la reelección en Estados Unidos de América y más allá en tres estados latinoamericanos - México, Venezuela y Colombia. The new archive legislation of the Czech Republic and its consequences in the archives as information institutions

Práce popisuje problematiku české archivní sféry z hlediska změny archivní legislativy v roce 2004 a průniku nových trendů do této sféry. Práce pojednává o zásadních změnách, které tuto oblast očekávají a o nových problémech vyplynuvších pro archivní sféru v době demokratických principů a etiky se zaručením svobodného přístupu k informacím na jedné straně a ochraně citlivých osobních údajů na straně druhé. V práci je její část věnována srovnáním se situací v archivní oblasti našemu státu geograficky nejbližších zemí, jejichž politická orientace v minulosti byla odlišná, nebo stejná. Práce se tedy zabývá i komparací demokratického a totalitního přístupu k archivní sféře jednotlivých zemí v minulých letech. Práce také sleduje související trend průniku moderních technologií do této oblasti, jež přímo souvisí se změnami v archivní sféře České republiky.

Positive influence on the life attitudes and "The Orientational Days for the Youth" as a form of primary prevention

In meiner Bachelorarbeit beschäftige ich mich mit dem Thema: "Positive Beeinflussung der Lebenseinstellunge" und "Orientierungstage für die Jugend" als eine Forma der Primarprävention. Die Arbeit ist auf zwei Teile verteilt (theoretischer Teil und praktischer Teil). Im theoretischen Teil ist das Thema der Prävention erklärt. Weiter die Gründe, warum die Prävention realisiert werde sollte und die Hauptaufgaben, die man ausgeführen muss, damit sie wirksam ist. Im praktischen Teil stelle ich das Program der Primarprävention in der christlichen pedagogisch-psychologischen Beratungsstelle in Prag vor (das ich in einer Grundschule realisierte) und die "Orientierungstage für die Jugend", welche realisiert der Bischofssitz in Hradec Králové. Ich stellte der Einfluss der Prävention auf die Zielgruppe (die Schüler 6. -9. Klasse und erster Stufe der Mittelschule) fest. Die Quellen waren: die Fragebögen, das Feedback von den Schüler und Lehrer, und die Gespräche mit den Lektoren und Methodikern. CSR a její komunikace v ČR

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku CSR a její komunikace. Práce nejprve vysvětluje koncept CSR a pojmy s ním spojené, přínosy jeho implementace do dlouhodobé strategie firmy a podporu tohoto konceptu na mezinárodním poli včetně standardů, které se k němu vztahují. Především však práce hodnotí výchozí i stávající situaci v České republice, poukazuje na nedostatečnou komunikaci tématu v ČR. Proto práce přináší ucelený přehled nástrojů, kterými je možno CSR komunikovat a více ho zviditelnit v České republice. V praktické části jsou popsány CSR aktivity tří firem působících v ČR a jejich webové stránky o CSR.

Komparace termínovaných vkladů v nabídkové paletě českých bank

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje definici, členění a význam termínovaných vkladů pro banku a klienta, analyzuje vývoj těchto vkladů v období 2001 až 2007, zabývá se současnou situací na českém trhu vkladů a usiluje o zmapování určitých trendů v nabídkách bankovních institucí. Dále se snaží porovnat korunové termínované vklady vybraných finančních institucí podle určitých kritérií. Mezi její cíle patří rovněž komparace dvou investičních možností, a to jednak vkladu na termínovaný účet vedený v českých korunách a vkladu na účet vedený v zahraniční měně se zohledněním měnového rizika. Tato práce by nám měla objasnit i problematiku reálné úrokové míry a dát odpověď na otázku, zda se vůbec zhodnocování volných peněžních prostředků pomocí termínovaných vkladů momentálně vyplatí.

The aplication of ISVS 012/01.02 Standard for publishing selected information on public administration websites

Předmětem práce je přiblížit problematiku dostupnosti informací pro občany ČR na internetových stránkách krajských a městských úřadů. Práce se zabývá historickým vývojem od svobody slova až po svobodný přístup k informacím, popisem jednotlivých procedur potřebných při poskytnutí a získání informace, vývojem a současnou situací ve vybraných evropských státech a USA, podává základní informace o zákonu č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím a přináší výběr související legislativy. Praktická část je zaměřena na průzkum dodržování aplikace Standardu ISVS 012/01.02, pro zveřejňování vybraných informací o veřejné správě způsobem umožňujícím dálkový přístup. Významnou součástí práce jsou prezentované výsledky orientačního průzkumu zveřejňování informací na webových stránkách městských úřadů a detailní analýzy krajských úřadů. V závěru jsou popsány výsledky průzkumu a navrhnuta řešení pro zefektivnění přístupu občanů k informacím.

Education Problems of Roma (Gypsies)

My central tendency is to make good or not to make good that Gypsies' relation to the education and institutions of education is negative and also to specify factors which influence this situation. We can consider that as a fall of the bad situation with education of Gypsies. I made a decision to evidence this tendency by two researches. The first of them was focused on confrontation of opinions on problems with education of Gypsies by teachers who work at common elementary schools. I've chosen two different elementary schools which are situated in different conditions and localities. I've elected list of questions as a method of research. Results of these questionaries show that there isn't difference in the opinion on problems with Gipsy education dependent on location and conditions of place where was done this research. This research shows that address teachers considered Gypsies relation to education as a negative. The second research was focused on opinions of teachers who are used to work with Gipsy children and opinions of Gypsies themselves as well. I chose list of questions as a method of research again. Small and medium enterprises in NUTS IV Pelhřimov

A graduation thesis is focused on problems of small and medium enterprises. It is focused on SME position within state economic and its delimitation. Next it considers possibilities of SME support, from programs of EU and also at the national, regional and local level. The thesis recognizes contributions which rise for the regions thanks to SME. The second part is focused on concrete situation in chosen region -- NUTS IV Pelhřimov. It characterizes NUTS IV Pelhřimov and monitors corporate environment, especially SME situation in the region. I also used questionnaire survey, which is focused on problems of municipality attitudes to SME. It investigates its relation to SME and the ways of support, which are provided by municipality towards to SME.
