Attention in preschool children

English abstrakt The main task of the thesis is to identify and measure the attention of children of preschool age. It is divided into two parts. Theoretical part, which is devoted to the definition of attention, provides a comprehensive overview of the history beginning with the issue, describes the different types, characteristics, attention disorders and conditions affecting the attention. An integral part is a description of the preschool child and work with children of preschool age. The second part of the research, then engaged in empirical research with preschool children. Children in kindergarten were placed on various characteristics of the tests of attention. These tests were then evaluated and processed. Were investigated differences in tasks between children and between the three established groups of children Bachelor thesis aims to answer the question, what are the differences between the four-year, five year old and six year old children and compares the performance and level of awareness among different groups of children. Evaluation `s criteria of the tools for creation dashboards in BI solutions

Extensive solutions of Business Intelligence consist of wide range of projects. One of them is generating of reporting layer whose part is setting of dashboards. This diploma thesis deals with dashboards and tools serving to their formation. In the first part of the thesis there is explained the theory of dashboards in current company informatics. Consequently there is created a set of evaluative criteria helping with mutual comparison of the tool for the forming of dashboards, which is the primary aim of the thesis. In the last part of the thesis there is a presentation and evaluation of one selected tool (Dashboard Designer) according to the criteria stated in the thesis. During the evaluation of the tool it is possible to verify some of the criteria on the basis of practical experience. That is why the demonstrative implementation of Dashboard Designer over the test data is shown. Thus the second aim of the diploma thesis is completed. Aforementioned targets are achieved on account of pieces of knowledge about dashboards coming especially from the literature published by authorities in the line of business and from background research concerned with contemporary approach to the evaluation of tool for the forming of dashboards. In addition to formed criteria this diploma thesis can be instrumental to further discussion about dashboards and their role in current company informatics.

Spoil heap toxicity and possibilities for remediation

The content of this diploma thesis is to verify of possibilities for remediation spoil heap toxicity in Sokolov area, by the help of creating biological crusts. The main question of this work is the possibility of using algae to create biological crust on toxical substrates, which could improve the properties of substrates and contribute to the acceleration of succession. The correctness of this theory was tested using two tests on toxic soils in spoil heaps near Sokolov. In the first test (laboratory test) have been chosen two of the soils and the higher plants, in most cases, even did not germinate. That is why we decided to verify the second option to create biological crust in these phytotoxic soils. Therefore we applied selected kinds of algae in the field, some areas were liming, and the field has been monitoring and sampling during next three years. The results show that the application of dolomitic limestone does not affect progress of biological crusts. The result of the fluorescent microscopy clearly shows, that Klebsormidium algae was the only one of the tested algae, which survived and progressed compact visible crusts.

The Significance of the New Deal Program for American Economy

This bachelor thesis deals with the F. D. Roosevelt's New Deal program in the United States of America. The first part characterize the Great Depression, which preceded the New Deal. That is followed by the description of Roosevelt's personality, career, political campaign and theories he used for his New Deal. The next part is focused in more detail on the first and the second New Deal, its measures, programs, reforms and institutions. It continues with the description of the economic and social situation in the given period. The last part of this thesis shows opinions and thoughts of significant world's economists.

Monitoring of pesticides in source of water treatment Hrdibořice and possibility of their removal

The thesis discusses possible ways to reduce or completely eliminate pesticide compounds from drinking water that are produced at a water treatment plant Hrdibořice. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part lists kinds of pesticides that occur in water, how they are reduced or eliminated. Furthermore, this section describes the existing water treatment technologies at the Central Committee Hrdibořice, including water sources. In the practical part, pilot tests on two types of filters models with filtering bed of granular activated carbon (hereinafter GAU) were carried out. On the basis of information obtained from the literature and on findings from the pilot tests, designs of technological equipment for pesticide removal from drinking water at water treatment Hrdiborice were carried out. Next, cost estimates for the proposed variant solutions including operating costs were suggested.

Příprava Firmy na Expanzi na Čínský Trh

This master thesis is written as a guideline for successful business expansion to Chinese market. It describes the regional characteristics, which are important in order to understand the Chinese culture, since without proper understanding of the culture, all of its aspects and concepts such as Guanxi, no foreign firm will be able to succeed in China. Apart of the cultural analysis it also deals with the theory of expansion, how to correctly approach it, what are the possible entry modes and financial sources. I used three case studies, which provide real life experience with this issue from different points of view. The practical part of the thesis is primarily focused on financial industry in China, specifically on investment funds and what should be the necessary steps for any investment fund, which would like to expand to Chinese market.

Analysing options to increase the attractiveness of graduates of the University of Economic, Prague in the labour market

The thesis focuses on analysing the possibility of increasing the attractiveness of graduates of the University of Economics Prague (VŠE) in the labour market. It maps the opportunities for enhancing the knowledge and skills beyond the scope of the regular instruction. The theoretical part among others includes an overview of the historical development of the number of university graduates and their employability in different fields. Furthermore, it focuses on the interpretation of selected theories of career management, the topic of career development and the career management skills, the so called new careers and new psychological contracts (all in relation to university graduates). The empirical part includes the analysis of students potential activities that may play a role in their entry in the labour market. The empirical investigation was carried out focused on the expectations of employers in relation to graduates and to what extent do employers take into account graduates previous activities for acquiring knowledge and skills beyond the scope of their studies. The results of the work are the practical recommendations for students / alumni of VŠE justified on the basis of the analysis.

Analysis of the pension systems of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and their comparison in the years 1993-2015

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of pension systems in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The result of this analysis is the evaluation and comparison of these systems and their functionality for the needs of present and future generations of retired people. In 2016, the second pillar of the pension system in the Czech Republic was cancelled. This pillar was established in 2013. Its creation and existence was deemed unsuccessful. In contrast with the Slovak system where the second pillar operates eleven years and has a large number of participants. Theories of causes of failure of the second pillar in the Czech Republic in the last year came up a lot. The importance of initial conditions of the other pillars in the pension system before the reform was crucial for the success of the new, now canceled that second pillar. The theoretical part of thesis studies social policy, its divisions and implementation. Subsequently there are descriptions of general models of pension systems, their financing methods and possibilities of implementation. The practical part analyzes the historical development and current form of pension systems in the Czech and Slovak Republics. It also describes ways of contribution, profiles of participants, payment options and risks of individual pillars. At the end of the practical part is the comparison of both systems, with projections of possible developments in the future.

Economic and social impacts of non-payment of alimony in legal theory and practice

Bachelor thesis will deal with the maintenance obligation of a parent to minors, that the first results of the Civil Code and later at the initiative of one of the parents addressed by the decision of the Court. The first part will explain the concept of non-payment of alimony, a glossary and its legislation. It will also indicate what impact can have and in most cases a failure to pay maintenance for a minor child and an authorized person. What financial and social problems they face this family and how complex and difficult situation for this family it is. And will also include options identify the beneficiary in the recovery and acquisition amounts due.
It will also mention the earlier arrangement for the payment of maintenance replacement states that it subsequently exacted after the compulsory allowing authorized person and the minor child not suffer financially. The aim of this work will highlight solutions to the economic situation of these families in the form of re payment of maintenance replacement state.
