Pavlíčková, Klára ; Doležalová, Jana (advisor) ; Neumann, Cyril (referee)
This thesis deals with hippotherapy of clients with cerebral palsy, it summarizes the information about suffering from cerebral palsy and the possibility of rehabilitation, focusing primarily on a hippotherapy. Cerebral palsy is a disease in which there is a growing number of patients suffering from this disease and it is expected to continue to rise. In the Czech Republic, there are between 16 000 - 20 000 disabled children who need regular rehabilitation care. CP is formed on the basis of pre-, peri- , postnatal factors , including factors like maternal infectious disease , low birth weight , premature or prolonged labor. CP has several forms, which define the type of the motor impairment and neuropathological estimated location of the lesion. The basic division is spastic and non - spastic forms that continue to divide. Disability in itself does not hide a disability motor character, but is often associated with epilepsy, mental retardation, speech disorders, orthopedic complications and others. During treatment, we must take into account the fact that the same diagnosis does not mean the same treatment method therefore, there is a need for an individual approach to each. The most important component of comprehensive rehabilitation is a medical rehabilitation, particularly methods of physiotherapy. An appropriate additional treatment method is undoubtedly hippotherapy. Hippotherapy uses a three-dimensional movement of the horseback to the transmission of pulses into the patient s body. A riding patient can sit and lie in the direction against the direction of travel. Hippotherapy is suitable for all ages, it is appropriate to initiate therapy in infancy, starting from 2-3 months. Hippotherapy affects gross motor function, reduces spasticity, helps improve walking, and generally strengthens the deep stabilization system. It has great influence on the psychic of the patient area. The patient is motivated and works better, learn to communicate and establish relationships, not only with the horse, but also with a therapist. Currently, interest is increasing in hippotherapy from parents of children and clients. This produces more new centres dealing with hippotherapy.

Sources of food allergens and their health significance
Novotná, Tereza ; Faměra, Oldřich (advisor) ; Dana, Dana (referee)
In the whole world, 2-8% of the adult population suffers from a food allergy. The number of children is even much higher in this respect, but their allergies very often disappear with age. Differences in the prevalence of allergies lie in age, geographical conditions and lifestyle. By food allergy, we understand a reaction catalysed by the immunity system. Pathological symptoms will appear in an individual after they have been exposed to allergy inducing food which starts an immunity reaction. Allergy is a pathological state based on a hypersensitive reaction caused by an allergen of a foreign character. Food allergens are able to cause atopic or non-atopic reactions among which belong the allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, atopic dermatitis, allergic gastroenteropathy, anaphylactic shock or angioedema. The symptoms may range from light to very sever and in cases of severe reactions, it is necessary for the individual to avoid the allergy inducing food completely. Among allergy inducing food may belong all food which contains protein. Reactions manifest themselves to a different degree and by a different symptom in every individual. The diagnostic methods are demanding and not always accurate. Therefore, it is necessary for the patient to keep careful records of the food they consume. Almost all food allergens are proteins, but it is the protein parts contained in food, that induce allergy. However, there are some groups of food which cause allergic reaction more frequently than others. Among these belong the cow milk proteins, fresh fruit, eggs, fish, crustaceans and peanuts. It is also necessary to take cross allergies between both related and unrelated food into account, since they cause considerable health issues, for example, the oral allergy syndrome. Prevention of a food allergy is possible only by complete omission of allergy inducing food from the diet of the individual.

Rosela breeding species in European Climate Conditions
Hanzlíková, Dana ; Zita, Lukáš (advisor) ; Ledvinka, Zdeněk (referee)
Summary The bachelor thesis focuses on breeding of rosellas. The genus Rosella belongs to the family Psittaculidae and to the order Psittaciformes. The first part of the thesis deals with rosella´s wildlife. Rosellas are Australian endemics, they can be found in rainforests, sclerophyl and savannah forests. As a result of human influence on changing their environment, they adapted to the agricultural landscape. The nesting biology is similar for all genus. The breeding season starts in spring when males court females. Couples choose hollows inside trees for nesting, the most frequently in the eucalyptus near to a water source. Only the female sits on eggs, the male takes care of her for the whole time. Both parents take care of hatched nestlings. In the next part, there is discussed the issue of rosella´s nutrition. The correct feeding is important for parrot´s comfort and health. The composition of the appropriate feed is derived from their natural food. In the next part, there are summarized current knowledge of breeding rosella. It is recommended to breed only one couple of rosellas, not to combine them with other species at all because of aggressive behaviour of this genus. The breeding in outdoor aviaries is perfect for rosellas in human care. They need enough space for flying. The reproduction is suitably supported by the outdoor environment. Most species are adapted to the European climatic conditions and tolerate cold periods. They will be satisfied with the shelter which is not needed to be heated and where they can hide from frost, rain and wind. Rosellas love water, they should have a bowl for this purpose. Mostly they nest without comlications, the problem can come with creating a suitable breeding pair. Rosellas are not too demanding in the case of nesting boxes. The next part highlights the importance of hygiene and disease prevention. There are mentioned the most common diseases and ways to take care of sick parrots. The representatives of the genus rosella are characterized in the last part of the thesis. The thesis concentrates on the western rosella and other less common species.
