Determinace rizikových oblastí při auditu účetní závěrky

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of audit in companies. The aim of the thesis is to identify risk areas in the audit of financial statements. In order to achieve the goal, an audit of the company X was done. In the thesis,a questionnaire survey was carried out in connection with the determination of risks in the audit, when the respondents were auditors. The results of questionnaire survey were checked and they were discovered the next risk areas in audit. At the end of the thesis there have been described risk areas of the financial statements. This result was made by communicating with employees of different companies. All the results of the work were summarized and also it was made a suggestion to solve problems such as errors and fraud in accounting and audit areas.

Pre-school education and tendence of its development

The thesis deals with the development of pre-school education in the Czech Republic with a focus on the time period of school years 2005/2006 - 2015/2016. This period was chosen because the author's intention was to assess a longer period of time based on data in the CSI Annual Reports. The annual report for the last school year was available at the time of writing. The aim is to identify and evaluate tendencies in pre-school education within a given time frame. The text is divided into several parts, dealing with pre-school education in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part outlines the development of pre-school institutions and the external conditions of pre-school education. It describes the status of individual segments that are part of pre-school education. It brings the analysis of curriculum documents, mentions the current situation in the training of pre-school teachers and gives a tendency in this area. Another area is devoted to view of pre-school education in some European countries. Due to the fact that in the research part the thesis deals with headmasters, there is offered a view of the specifics of performing this function. Evaluation of teaching at medical faculties

Students assessment of the quality of teaching is part of the quality assessment of the university and as well it's the management tool used to manage the educational process at the university. The dissertation focuses on student evaluation of teaching process at medical faculties of the Charles Univerzity in Prague. The target of the dissertation is to find out student's and teacher's opinion about the student's teaching evaluation to be one of the quality assesment tools to rate universities, describe teaching evaluation at medical faculties being researched and to analyze annual reports and long-term purposes of selected medical faculties from the student's teaching evaluation point of view. Theoretical part of dissertation is divided in two chapters. The first one is defining the term college and deals with the quality at universities and finally deals with the annual reports of universities.Second chapter elaborates in detail the issue of students assessment of teaching at universities based on the study of professional literature.
