anglicky This bachelor thesis -"Delegationof Activitiesat Secondary School Central Management" - deals with school management and its aspects, that are connected with the proces of delegation of competencies as seen from the position of the Secondary school headmaster. Generally, the management is divided into three levels, but in this thesis the main attention is paid to the central management. This thesis focuses on the status, role, competencies and activities of the central management. It also describes the personality of the executive and his influence on central management in the proces of delegation of competencies. Whereas the headmasters today are overburdened with lots of administrative and legislative activities, this thesis tries to provide the instructions how to exploit the potential of the co-workers, who are part of the central management. The research is based on the personal discussions with the teaching staff of the secondary schools. This work may be used as a guideline in the proces of delegation at schools. School rules as a tool for school management

Title: School rules as a tool for school management. This bachelor thesis attempts to answer the following question: What features must the document of school rules have to be an effective tool for school management? It is assumed in my work that the school rules can serve as an effective tool for school management. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of literature and related terminology. It aims to search the areas, in which it is possible to support the efficiency of school rules. In the practical part of this thesis, then, the defined hypotheses are subjected to criticism, which is based on both a questionnaire research elaborated among the principals of elementary schools and on an analysis of chosen examples of particular school rules. The results can serve as an interesting input and reflection for the school management in the issue of functioning, as well as benefits of school rules. Key words: school rules, school management

School management from the perspective of parents

The bachelor thesis "Primary school management from the perspective of parents" deals with current parents' attitude and their criteria for assessment of primary school management and its functioning. This bachelor thesis predominantly focuses from the parents' point of view on assessment in the field of school functions, pedagogical process, communication and cooperation between the parent and the school. The theoretical part of the thesis brings a description of the history of primary education, the current primary school, its function and pedagogical process, the forms of current family and types of families and parents. Next there are briefly defined rights and obligations of the parents toward the primary school, communication between the parent and the school and mutual cooperation. The theoretical background is based on expert publications, articles and significant studies. The practical part focuses on quantitative research in particular with the use of questionnaire survey applied on parents of children from primary schools established by the town of Most. The results are interpreted with the use of graphs and tables with average scores. Cooperation of teachers on small school with composite classes: case study

v anglickém jazyce ABSTRACT This thesis aims to analyze and describe how the cooperation of pedagogical workers in selected a Little Class School, how cooperation works in practice. The theoretical part deals mainly with characteristic of Little Class school in the Czech republic, further focuses on teacher's personality, on the school climate and its environment where pedagogical employees work together. In the last chapter of theoretical part, cooperation as a topic is mentioned. It defines the basic concepts that are related to cooperation between educators. These concepts include Little Class school, teacher personality, professional development, climate and school environment, cooperation. In the theoretical part, cooperation between teacher and teaching assistant is also mentioned. The empirical part of the thesis contains a case study of a selected a Little Class school and how the cooperation takes place at this school. In the diploma thesis, these collection methods were used: observation, interview and questionnaire. Following is an analysis of the data collected and an assessment of the situation. Management of kindergarten - strategic plan of school

This diploma thesis is focused on the process of making a strategic plan for kindergarten development. In the theoretical part, I defined basic terms of management, especially the educational and strategical one. Then I characterized particular parts of the strategic plan of kindergarten development emphasizing issues of strategic analysis. In the practical part, I focused on the process of making a strategic plan for the specific kindergarten. Based on the chosen strategic analysis I identified important factors of the external and internal school environment and made a strategic plan of development of Mateřská škola Letců, a public-benefit corporation.
