Children's motor abilities in dancing disco dance

The aim of my thesis was to find out and compare a motion ability of children dancing Disco Dance in age bracket from six to ten years. The testing of motion abilities was carried out by means of a test battery called Unifittest (6-60) within two schools. In a top-level dancing centre Beethoven D.C. Chomutov, Municipal grammar school and primary school. The aggregate of tests was being made personally, individual performances were written down into tables and subsequently transformed into graphs. On the basis of these graphs we could later compare definite two groups of girls. In addition, I was finding out a relationship of the girls to other sports activities by means of a regulated interview.

Year of Thesis Defence: 2012 Abstract: The master's thesis deals with the issue of the preparation of young volleyball players who are not able to master either basic ways of playing or individual game activities in volleyball. The children are between six and ten years old which corresponds with the lower primary education. Volleyball is a kind of sport where the basic individual game activities are considered very difficult. For playing volleyball well, children must firstly reach a certain degree of physical abilities. If we start too early, then we achieve an early specialization, which has mostly a negative impact on young sportsmen. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Aim: To find and compare the level of physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players (U13 and U15). The next aim was to determine the relationships between physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players (U13 and U15). Methods: The object of the research was a group of girls aged from 11 to 15 years. Out of them were 14 girls actually playing for U13 and another 14 for U15. The daily motion aktivity of this group was tested by 14 accelerometers Actigraph GT3X. The length of testing period was one week. The level of motion abilities was examined by testing battery UNIFITTEST 6-60 through four different exercises. Both somatic test and UNIFITTEST 6-60 were realized during a camp. Results: The results show that girls playing for U15 are generally more active than girls playing for U12 (4 171 133 counts > 2 809 934 counts). It proves a fact that older girls make daily on average 15 462 steps compare to 9 764 steps of younger girls. By this result U13 team does not meet the recommendation of 11 000 steps in a day. Athletic preparation in tennis

Title: Athletic preparation in Tennis Objectives: The aim of work is to show up how important is to add athletics exercises to preparation of tennis players at all age categories. Creating a list of exercises, which will help coaches to prepare an athletic training lesson for tennis players. Methods: A literature review was conducted. Information was obtained from the Czech and foreign literature, consultation with selected specialist's lectures, complemented with the author's own experience as a coach. Results: Although we can find many researches and literature about fitness training for tennis players, the importance of athletic training as part of conditioning is mentioned in literature very spontaneously. To build an optimal training lessons, it was necessary to use general literature and to use coaching experiences of the author of this bachelor thesis. Athletics in elementary school physical education

Title: Athletics in Elementary School Physical Education Objectives: The main aim of the thesis was to measure the level of basic fitness of older elementary school children in 2013. The results of this measurement were compared with the results given by the sport centres of the Czech Athletic Federation (from here onwards referred to as SpS ČAS) for year 2012. Methods: The thesis uses the method of observing and the method of testing. The verification of chosen fitness tests was carried out during Physical Education lessons at the Elementary School Pacov, Za Branou and the Elementary School Pacov, Náměstí. The aim of testing was to determine the level of fitness abilities of the second stage boys. The author of the thesis chose four most commonly used testing tools - the 50m run, the standing long jump,the medicine ball throw and the 12 minute run. Results: The fitness of the SpS members is markedly better in comparison with the elementary school students. The students reached worse results in all applied tests. PhDr. Jiří Suchý, Ph.D. Objective: The aim of this thesis was to design and implement a training program for development of motor skills of junior ice hockey players and it's subsequent verification in practice during preparation period 2011/2012. This thesis is based and builds on author's Bachelor thesis, in which the author analysed fitness preparation of juniors in preparation period 2010/2011. In the thesis are both fitness programs compared and analysed. As for scientific research, the author worked with hockey team HK Dukla Trencin. Conclusions and hypothesis are listed in the conclusion of the thesis. Methods: In thesis was used method of research, the method of observation, methods of literary sources, method of interview and method of measurement and testing. Results: The obtained results should form a basis for further development of fitness plans for junior ice hockey players' preparation periods.
