83 VIII. RESUMÉ International Protection of Industrial Rights Intellectual property is a dynamic area of law, flowering especially in the age of information society. As intellectual property becomes more interconnected with other fields of law its importance keeps rising and so does the role of international regulation. Literature overview: The overall negative impact of OM is mentioned and the complex pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, incidence and factors influencing both OM and GVHD are described. The histological features of GVHD and classification of it are mentioned, too. Conventional and reducedintensity conditioning transplant regimens, including FLU/MEL are presented. 2. Methodological section: Prospective observational study of 117 patients after allogeneic stem cells transplantation with BU/CY2/±ATG (26%), FLU/MEL (60%), FLU/CY (9%), Bu/FLU/ATG (2%) and HD-CY/ATG (2%) conditioning regimens. OM assed according to WHO criteria, GVHD assessed according to NIH criteria accepted by the EBMT. Multivariate analysis used in OM risk factors assessment. 3. The subject of this master thesis is to design a pedestrian bridge supported by cables. There are three variants of studies created for this case and for most suitable one, all documentations were produced. The primary focus of this work is on static design solution with an output of several drawings. Static model for results from load cases included construction stages and was created in Midas Civil. Design and checks were performed by hand calculations, complemented by checks of several sections by IDEA StatiCa software. Analysis and calculations are compliant to up-to-date codes and respect the fundamentals of analysis due to limit states.
