Application of Dramatic Education Methods and Technigues in Teaching the Czech Language in the 3.Grade of Elemetary School

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the possible forms of active teaching of the Czech language on the first level of elementary school, particularly with the aide of dramatic education methods and techniques. The diploma thesis is divided into two main sections, the theoretical section and practical section. Each of these sections contains four chapters. However, substantial attention is paid to the practical section, which depicts a period of one month during which the aforementioned approaches to teaching the Czech language were applied at the ES. Choral Works by Jan Bůžek

In the diploma work on "Sborova tvorba Jana Buzka" author give information about the life of the composer and devotes the arrangement of his composition for women and children choir, which devides into following categories: choir on the texts of folk poetry, choir on the ancient chinese and ancient japanese poetry, choir on the texts of J.Y. Sladek and choir on the poetry of other authors. Compositions, which are used in this diploma work weren 't, as a whole, published so far. For better understanding and use of Buzek's production, author analyses selected composition. The author firstly focuses on the harmonic and formal aspekt. Author pays attention to the technique of Buzek's composition and his use of modern methods. Author supportes this with a note extract processed in a computer program Sibelius4. As the supplement, the author presents a list of all well-preserved compositions for women and children choir, further then the whole version of individual compositions for practical use on atached CD, where it is possible to listen to every individual composition in electronic version and therefore get better idea of their sound form.

Prospective managers' competence development and employers' requirements

The main problem area covered by the thesis "Prospective Managers' Competence Development and Employers' Requirements" i s based on the fact that employers ha ve for some years expressed concerns that graduates do not have the competences they need and blame the educational system for inadequately providing them. On the base of a survey the thesis reveals how these competences are generated and developed through our tertiary education in the field of economics and management. Its main concern relates to finding ways that could better promote the university students' competence development to improve the match between the tertiary education and employment of graduates.

The Business Environment in the Czech Republic - the Greatest Weaknesses

This Bachelor thesis identifies and analyzes the greatest weaknesses of the business environment in the Czech Republic from the point of view of both the Czech entrepreneurs and an international comparison. We concluded that the system of taxation proves to be excessively demanding and so is the level of administration required that has an adverse effect on the life of the entreprise. The continuous improvements made on the side of public affairs administration and the introduction of electronic communication with the private sector should guarantee better results. The level of corruption perceived remains high and the Czech government increases the attention paid to this issue. Finally, the current economic crisis may change the features of the Czech labour market that can be characterized by its rigidity due to resctrictive labour regulations and low mobility and non-correspondence of qualifications.

Kvalita pečovatelských služeb na Rakovnicku

The thesis "Quality of home help services in Rakovnicko" deals with the quality of home help services in the region of former administrative district Rakovník in the Central Bohemia Region of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretic and empiric. The theoretic part deals with the context of home help services. The changes in old age which develops in seniority are discussed. The attention is paid to social services which above all the seniors draw. In this part the definition, purpose, characteristics and division of social services are explained. Further the thesis deals with founders, providers and clients of social services. The area of home help services is described in more details from the historic and present point of view. The concept of home help services in use practise is integral part of it. The conclusion of theoretic part introduces the problems of quality in social services and quality in general. Tax competition in EU

In this bachelor thesis I pay attention to the problem of tax competition in European Union (between origin members and new members jointed in 2004 and 2007). I study new members countries politics I appreciate, if politics has resulted in tax competition. New members countries have got lower rates of corporate taxes than origin members countries. European Union tries aproaching in all sides then taxes are harmonized and coordinated. I deal with question, if tax harmonization is better than free competition. Actual problem is the taxation of the capital, because one is very mobile. European Union and other world organizations try to contend with harmful competition. We cannot unambiguously say, that competition is harmful or useful. Next course is important for all corporations in European Union a it will touch even citizens.

An Analysis of a Test of School Preparedness in the Context of the Development of Children at the End of Pre-school Age

The thesis concerns various screening procedures applied on pre-school children with regard to their readiness to the school-entry. The chapters with theoretical basis mainly examine children's abilities and skills, like reading and writing, which are thought an essential for the sake of further education. A particular attention is paid to present diagnostic and screening methods, which are aimed at mapping readiness of children for the school-entry. A method that can be in particular useful in pre-school children screening procedures is a newly created Test of school readiness. The test can be used for stopping insufficiently prepared children from entering the school. Moreover, the test is also aiding in finding a suitable way to prepare children for school; and appropriate interventions can be made upon the test results. The actual task was to consider recently prepared method with regard to its applicability and usefulness. It has been compared in the form of sub-tests to previously mentioned Test of school readiness, Orientation test of school maturity (Jirásek, 1970), Compare scheme of school ability (Kondáš, 1984). "Forming of constitution system in Ukraine"

My Diploma Work "Forming of constitution system in Ukraine" is characterised by two directions which are fade into one another. Firstly, I dealt with classification of the constitution system in contemporary Ukraine from the historical point of view, regarding its constitutional traditions during running history and level of influences from neighbouring states to constitution forming. Secondly, I gave characteristic to the certain constitution of Ukraine in 1996 - as the result of political struggles in the country - including the way and the process of its adoption. I also paid attention to constitution mechanisms functioning in practise. In conclusion I have tried to objectively evaluate political system, which was created in Ukraine together with adoption of the constitution of 1996, and also to classify the level of democratisation of present-day Ukraine. Marketing communication of brand L’Oréal Paris

Diploma thesis is focused on marketing communication of a brand Loréal Paris in decorative cosmetics. Marketing strategy and commercial communications mix is described in theoretical part. As well as what brand stands for, what values does is hold and other brand elements. Practical part is aimed on international cosmetics market and analysis of Czech decorative cosmetics market. Thesis also covers introduction of Loréal company and its portfolio. We will have a chance to get to know Loréal Paris brand a bit better, together with its product range. SWOT analysis and competitors analysis is conducted as well. Afterwards current commercial communication of a brand is defined. At the end we pay attention to marketing research focused on perception of the brand. Finally, proposals and recommendations for the brand are developed.
