In my bachelor's work I concerned with problem of employee's cere. First part is about teoretical knowledge about care, in practikal part these knowledges I tried to apply for company OVB Allfinanz, a.s., where I explored situation about worker's care. On the basis of these knowledges I named weaknesses of employment policy and suggestioned my own decision.
How to recruite and retain quality workers in the ICT business

The thesis is focused on describing the procedures through which organizations can acquire and retain high-quality long-term workers in the ICT sector. Most of the described procedures can be easily transfered to other industries. Brand new approaches that can be applied in the process of recruitment, are discussed as well, specifically, the possibility of using online social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Outsourcing is another, fairly new option of acquiring employees. An example of such a service is oDesk. The following part of the work describes the processes that are used in recruitment and retaining the skilled employees in the Unicorn company, which is the major producer of software in the Czech Republic. Despite Unicorn`s long-term achievements and experience in implementing the various human resources management and other related activities in order to acquire and maintain high-quality employees, the author was able to formulate specific proposals and recommendations that may contribute to their further improvement and streamlining. These recommendations are subject to the final part of the thesis.

The aim of bachelor's work is the analysis of the current system of employee benefits in Raiffeisenbank a.s. The theoretical part of the work defines the concept of employee benefits, describes and classifies the individual employee benefits in terms of significance for both the employee and the employer. The main purpose of the practical follow-up analysis is the system of employee benefits by using questionnaire survey. The results of the examination are designed to provide insight into the importance of employee benefits and preferences of employees in this field.

The aim of bachelor's work is to characterize and to sum up the system of employee benefits in ČSOB, a.s.. In the first part of the work are generally described forms of remuneration, characterized employee benefits, aims and forms how they are provided, options of their classification and current trends in this area. The second part introduces the company and its system of employee benefits. By the help of questionnaire survey realized in the company was analysed the system of benefits and satisfaction of employees. In the last part are summed up the preferences, positions and satisfaction of employees in ČSOB, a.s. with the current system of employee benefits in company.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce current reward and employee benefit system of Citibank company. The thesis not only uncovers what benefits are preferred by employees, but it also monitors whether employees are well-informed about these benefits. The paper depicts pros and cons of current employee benefit system. Considering expenses, it tries to set suitable and motivating type of employee benefits which should suite employees' wishes and needs. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical section. Theoretical part precisely defines the term employee benefits and it is grounded on the human resource management definition. Futhermore, this part deals with segmentation, financial demands and tax advantage of employee benefits. Understandably, employer and empoyee's points of view are considered. Practical part briefly introduces Citibank company. It tries to diagnose the market position of the company in the Czech Republic. Moreover, it characterizes its employee benefit policy. Particular benefits are introduced and on the basis of thorough examination preferred ones are detailed. It also monitors employees' awareness of these benefits. Furthermore, suggestions of improvement offered by employees themselves are involved in practical part as well. To collect all the data anonymous questionnaire was used, the results of this research were used as key facts for further analysis. Conclusion of the bachelor thesis offers possible improvements which should satisfy needs of employees. However, considering economy of Citibank company.

Employee benefits in the Czech Republic are a part of Human Resources Management developing dynamically. Companies begin to realize they should not treat their employees just as factors of production, but rather as partners they can cooperate with to achieve their goals. First part of this thesis deals with a theoretical analysis of employee benefits, describes the situation in the Czech Republic along with few examples of employee benefits packages offered by companies operating within the Czech Republic. It also focuses on Google - today's No. 1 company in employee benefits. Second part contains description of employee benefits in attorneys at law offices coupled with proposal of employee benefits package for a small attorneys at law office in Prague. It also contains some suggestions of actions to be made in order to remedy unsatisfactory situation in the company.
