Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný systém zaměstnaneckých výhod ve Státním ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv. Pomocí této analýzy je zhodnocena současná nabídka a způsob poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod a jsou doporučena opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení stávajícího systému. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current system of employee benefits in the State Institute for Drug Control. By the help of this analysis, the current offer and the way of administration of employee benefits are evaluated. Recommendation to improve the current system is included.
