History of women's football in the Czech lands

This bachelor thesis deals with the history of women's football in the Czech lands. The thesis is divided chronologically from the very beginnings of football as a collective sport and traces the involvement of women in the game. It defines the first sporting activities of women in society and their official educational physical education process in Europe. Provides the earliest references to women's football in Great Britain and Bohemia. Describes the most important things that have happened in women's football in the Czech territory, in a chronological sequence from the founding of the first women's team, the structure of the first regular competitions to the current structure of women's football in the Czech Republic. The most famous teams are mapped and the most important personalities of women's football in the Czech Republic and the world are described. It describes the development of the Czechoslovak women's national football team from its first official match to its isolation under the Czech flag. The chapters are enriched with contemporary interviews and public reactions from available theses, periodicals, books and websites. Title: Playing skills in floorball (evaluation criteria). Target: To create a list of playing skills which an ideal player should demonstrate. Find and verify the evaluation criteria of these skills and inspire trainers to develop these skills in the best way. Methods: Informal interviews, individually structured interviews, analysis and verification of data, pilot testing. Results: Defined playing skills in floorball, developed scale of values of floorball playing skills, creation of exercises serving to develop playing skills in floorball. Teaching sport games in primary schools in the selected region

Aim of the thesis The aim of this study is to gain insight and information about teaching of games on the 2nd grade of elementary schools in Ústí region and in Prague. Methods used To solve this problem, I used a questionnaire that I sent to teachers of physical education in elementary schools. Through questionnaires, I found some differences in the approach to teaching sports games. Results The results of this study can serve as a basis for more extensive research. Opinions of pupils from primary school on inclusion of sports games in physical education classes with a focus on basketball

The thesis is about the opinions of pupils from primary school on the inclusion of sports games in physical education classes with a focus on basketball. The thesis's target group are students from second and fifth grade, their teachers, and kids from sport summer camp. The goal is to find out about student's favorite sports games at secondary grammar school and see if basketball fits their preferences. Furthermore, through quality scaling see at what level are basketball skills such as dribbling and shooting. The theoretical part concludes didactic aspects in PE, sports games, and basketball itself. For the research purposes, the questionnaire was created specifically for students and teachers. For quality measurements of dribbling and shooting a chart was created to find out the right technique. The outcome of data was used as a method of a quantity which was then further shown on the graphs. The type of graphs was either showcased as pie charts and bar charts. For quality, measurements were used as a detailed statistic of more precise measurements on the chart and the arithmetic mean. The analysis of the age structure of floorball teams at the World Championship and at the Czech elite league

The aim of the thesis is to perform a content analysis of professional literature dealing with floorball, sports training and age of top performance of athletes. Furthermore, to find out and analyze the age structure of teams at the World Floorball Championship and Czech elite league. Team roasters of the three best foreign teams and the Czech national team at the World Championships and three best teams of Czech elite league were collected for this objective. A lower age of male and female players of the Czech team was found in comparison with the best placed foreign teams in the World Championship. In the male category, the average age of the three best foreign teams is 26.7 years, the Czech national team is 25.1 years and the three best teams of Czech elite league is 24.8 years. The increasing value of the average age of the teams at the World Championships was observed, but not in Czech elite league. In the female category, the average age of the three best foreign teams is 25.3 years, the Czech national team is 23.6 years and the three best teams of Czech elite league is 23.4 years. The increasing average age over the years has not been observed.
Power yoga as a compensation excercises for players selected team sports

Thesis on Power yoga exercise flexibility as compensation for players selected sports games will be dedicated to power yoga and its use as a compensation practice. Power yoga as compensation will be used for floorball players and football players. The main intention is to conclude whether it is power yoga as suitable compensatory exercises flexibility for floorball players and football players. To compare the values obtained from a battery of exercises before and after practice power yoga and conclude that the sport is power yoga beneficial, or vice versa. Furthermore, this work will deal with the influence of power yoga on the overall health of players and points out that the importance of compensation. The theoretical part will be explained and adequately describes the necessary concepts- power yoga, compensation, flexibility, sport games, floorball, football, training, training schedule. In the practical part will be used batteries five selected exercises. The scope of these exercises will be measured before and after practicing power yoga, change how the results will be recorded in both the floorball players and for football players. Then to establish a conclusion whether it was power yoga suitable as compensation for the sport. In the final part will be compared with the results of floorball...
