Use of bioproducts in public catering systems in Czech Republoc and Austria

The paper studied the structure of meals in selected restaurants in the Czech Republic and compared with selected Austrian catering facilities. The analysis shows that Austria is against the Czech Republic ahead of not only the quantity used in organic food, but also in the knowledge that is related to organic food. And not just in public catering facilities, but also in households. In the questionnaire survey was to determine knowledge about organic foods, the principles under which they were prepared, where you can buy at what price range varies. About the quality of organic food, people's interest in organic food, organic food as often used in homes both Czech and Austrian. Were also detected in the possibilities of school catering facilities, the reasons why organic food is often used and more. All of this was examined children's nursery school, primary school pupils and college students and executives interviewed kitchen. The result is that in the Czech Republic are used almost exclusively organic foods at home and rarely. While in the kitchens of school facilities for them is great interest either from the kitchen diners and employees. By contrast, in Austria, organic food is commonly used both in households and in public catering facilities and thein use is considered an asset. SWOT analysis derived from several sources provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, shows the appropriateness of inclusion of organic food to offer menus. Understanding the concept of organic food is gradually increasing, from our survey suggests that this concept students know 72% and 75% of staff kitchen. In Austria, this question knew the answer 100% of the respondents. 13% of respondents would welcome the offer of meals of organic foods in their cafeterias, dining halls in the Austrian would appreciate higher proportion of organic food. 60% of students in the questionnaire said that they can byu organic food in supermarkets, while in Austria prevails buy organic food directly on the farm. Most in the Czech Republic to sign purchase organic fruits and vegetables, in second place as milk and dairy products. In contrast to Austria, where most purchases organic milk and dairy products, fruit in second place and third place is vegetables.

Deferred tax in Czech Republic

This Bachelor Paper describes the deferred tax topic in the Czech Republic. It explains the deferred tax category, the theoretical fundamentals of its establishment, the methodology and the possible approaches to its calculation. The Paper determines subjects obligatory to apply this item in the Czech Republic. It also describes the accounting treatments and the system of reporting. The last part focuses on each of the temporary differences that results in the deferred tax. The Paper contains a variety of practical examples that help to understand this complex topic.

Poptávka po službách lyžařských škol v Krkonoších

Práce popisuje poptávku po službách lyžařských škol. První část je zaměřena na samotné lyžařské školy a jejich postavení v ekonomice.Jedním pohledem je, jakým podílem sektor lyžařských škol přispívá k tvorbě hrubého domácího produktu a druhým pak, jaké jsou výdaje domácností na tuto službu. V druhé části se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé faktory, které mají vliv na poptávku po službách lyžařských škol. V závěru práce je popsána poptávka po službách dvou konkrétních škol, a to LŠ Ski-Baron a SKOL MAX. Ukazuje se zde různorodá struktura poptávky v regionu.

An Analysis of the Time Spectra in the Organizational Work of the Headmasters/Headmistresses of Nursery Schools

Efficient use of time and the right organisation of the work of executives in nursery schools is made possible by increasing the duality of their work in terms of all the organisation and people affected by it. The time management method represents one of the modern tools of executive work. Its knowledge and practical aplication also enables to achieve a greater work effeciency in nonprofit organisations. In the environment of the sample studied, the method is still not very widespread and common. The sample contained organisations of different size und number of pupils. An integral part of the work is the evaluation of the research which covers the awareness the school executives have of time management as well as how they use some of its principies in practice.

Measurement of the Efficiency of Bed Facilities in the Czech Republic

This thesis concentrates on effective providing of hospital health services. It tries to capture basic processes of hospital performance, describe persons who are associated with its activities and reveal reasons which can stand behind different efficiency and effectiveness of hospitals. The first part involves information on bed facilities, specifies efficiency and related terms. It includes an analysis of the utility functions of individual participants on the hospital services market and discusses an influence of different payment systems on the efficiency. The second part is focused on a practical demonstration of the measurement of the efficiency in the Czech hospitals.

Správa dokumentů v souladu s ISO 9001:2000 v malých a středních firmách

Tato práce je vhodným informačním materiálem pro malé a střední firmy, které se potýkají s problémy správy dokumentů. Dále pro všechny, kteří mají zájem získat podrobnější informace možnostech, jakými lze správu dokumentů ve firmě řešit. Poskytuje obecný úvod do problematiky práce s dokumenty a vysvětluje pojem a funkce dokument management systému (DMS). Dále je popsáno, jaké požadavky má na správu dokumentů norma EN ISO 9001:2000. Na příkladu konkrétní firmy, která provádí proces implementace ISO 9001:2000, potom práce rozebírá problémy, které firmě vznikly v důsledku zanedbání rozvoje a zlepšování procesu správy dokumentů a vysvětluje způsoby, jakými lze vzniklou situaci řešit. Ve firmě jsou identifikovány základní problémy, které vedou k růstu nákladů při práci s dokumenty. Firma definuje své požadavky na řešení a je zjištěno, že požadavky firmy na odstranění problémů, které vznikají při práci s dokumenty se v mnohém shodují s požadavky uvedenými v normě ISO 9001:2000. Jednotlivé možné varianty řešení správy dokumentů jsou v této práci rozebrány, jsou popsány jejich výhody a nevýhody a je provedeno srovnání. V závěru je potom vybrána varianta, která je pro tuto konkrétní firmu nejvhodnějším řešením.

The role of mentor in nursing care

THE ROLE OF MENTOR IN NURSING CARE The bachelor`s work is devoted to the contemporary changes in the nurse education, particularly to the student`s practice in a clinic under the supervision of a mentor. The mentor is a guide through the clinical training. He teaches in the environment, that he is fully familiar with, being a permanent part of the medical team and thus knowing well the interpersonal relationships, habits of the ward as well as the patients. The work deals with a new form of education and that is why it comprises also some research, that took place in selected departments. The research tries to test the degree of awareness and the interest of nurses and midwives in a mentor function. The results of the survey give evidence of a very little interest in pedagogical work among nurses in spite of quite good awareness and suitable work condition. Nevertheless, we will surely more and more often meet nurses and midwives in a new role: the role of a mentor.

Payments for goods and services via mobile phones

This thesis is focused on the issue of payment for goods or services by mobile phones. The area of mobile payments is a potential future payment system. To the extent to which the mobile payments in the future be used, however, depends not only on individual applications and technologies but also the readiness of potential users of these technologies and the willingness of users is fully used. The goal of this publication is to provide a comprehensive picture of this issue, analyze the possibility of using different technologies for mobile phone payments, to map the current situation in the segment of mobile payments and provide insight into the possible future development. The work can be divided into three parts. First, the theoretical part, defines mobile payments, says the reader into the introduction of mobile payments and describes the possibility of using these technologies. Second, the practical part, the analysis of the questionnaire. This questionnaire is primarily focused on the use of applications, mobile payments among users of mobile phones in the Czech Republic. When evaluating a questionnaire is given priority to conclude that could be used in the introduction of mobile payments. The third part is an example of mobile payments applications in other fields. Readers of this thesis would have to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the issue of mobile payments, technology and applications of mobile payments. Alternatively, to obtain information about how to use these payments in their business.

Role of social worker in a hospital

The diploma thesis is focused on the main activities of the social workers at the hospitals in Prague, the regional hospitals, and one former district hospital. Within the theoretical section of the abstract there are clearly defined fundamental concepts of social work in health care and its historical transformation. The chapters consist of four sections: ethics code, the quality of social work at the hospital, valid legislation, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration within the hospital. The theoretical part focuses on job description, competencies, skills or personality characteristics of the social worker in the hospital. The last section describes social work in the hospitals by different target groups with whom the social workers can come into contact. The empirical part of this diploma thesis is acquired by the semistructured interviews. The main research question tries to find out the role of the social worker at the hospital. The research targets three surveyed areas: The first examines the qualification skills of the social worker at the hospital. The second refers to the job description of the social worker at the hospital's core business activities. State Social Politics in the Context of the Social Politics of the Roman Catholic Church

Social politics - strong-willed state's, municipalites' and another subjects' activity which goal is improving the living conditions of people, implementation of human rights and development of each person. Social state - which is responsible for social and economic processes. Regarding strict liberal conception, those processes should be kept solely in competency of civil society and its market mechanism. This conception guarantees some social security for each member of the society, the active role of the state in providing social rights. Social security - the Czech legal order contains: health insurance, pension security, pension insurance, social care. State's welfare - represents a system of social benefits, where the state shares the costs of sustenance and the other basic children's and family's exigencies, this system is addressed, which means that some benefits depend on the income of the family. Encyclical - pope circular note addressed usually to the bishops, which contains consequential questions of faith and morality. It defines the social politics of the Church as well.
