Cropping management influence on epigeic arthropods´ biodiversity
Michalčíková, Lenka ; Barták, Miroslav (advisor)
Soil biota is critical for many functions Agro Ecosystems, provides various ecosystem services. Has an impact on the water regime of soil, detoxify contaminants like. These processes (and organisms that control) determines plant growth and thus maintain long-term productivity of ecosystems Agro. Soil also hosts many invertebrate herbivores, microbial pathogens and rhizosphere organisms that have a direct impact on the growth of crops. Modi fi cation of vegetation and soil themselves agricultural activities affect soil biota, which has retroactive effect on plant growth and nutrient turnover. Indirect influence of soil biota in agriculture lies in the manipulation of plant cover, which affects the quality and quantity of organic inputs to the soil (Bartak, 2002). Just as property of the soil by soil organisms, employee participation, and vice versa soil organisms react sensitively to any changes of soil environment (Barrios, 2007). This view of individual species allows us to analyze the composition of Agro biota. For many systematic groups agrobiocenóza formed predominantly species of group 2, thus representing a degradation stage agrobiocenóza original cenózy in other taxa in turn is substantially represented group 3. Specific agrobiocenózy composition also depends on the type of culture and forms management (Barták 2002). Traditional technology tillage. Basic tillage involves plowing, plowing, and their treatment, deepening topsoil, undermining and deep soil loosening. Tillage to regulate the conditions for plant growth and development. Further modifying the physical state of the ground, regulates the ratio between water and air in the soil, acts on the activity of microorganisms and invertebrates; tillage accelerates mineralization of organic substances affects Humicola fi cation processes in the soil. The level of tillage is strongly reflected in the development of plants during all vegetation (Faměra, 1993). According Suškeviče (1997) is essential in conventional agriculture obdělávacím surgery and one of the most important measures agrotechnical plowing. Minimizing tillage systems Reducing tillage intensity, ie. Minimization system and direct the mean substantial benefits for soil fertility. The intensity of tillage has a big impact on her fertility and maturity. Such as soil fertility is understood its long-term ability to procreate, while the maturity of the soil is a measure of soil structure supporting the right fertility. The key indicators of soil fertility are the aggregation of soil particles (density, clay and humus complexes), porosity and water content and soil nutrients. The high humus content, high biological activity and low erosion are the determining factors behind the high fertility of the soil. Minimization and soil conservation systems, these factors promote (Köller and Linke, 2006). Many previous studies comparing the biodiversity of farmland under different management systems. These studies cover a wide range of taxa. Hole et al. (2005) 76 worthy of such studies. Regarding cultivation practices, there is work comparing biodiversity much less. For example Schier (2006) considers the soil conservation tillage of the soil behind friendly environment which is favorable for arthropods, particularly insects.

Environmental Management as a Voluntary Tool for Environmental Policy
Forejtová, Lucie ; Hadrabová, Alena (advisor) ; Remtová, Květa (referee)
Environmental management is one of the voluntary tools for environmental policy, which provides instructions to organizations, how they can coordinate their products, activities and services to minimize their negative environmental impacts. This work describes and compares two basic approaches for environmental management system (EMS) implementation - ISO 14001 Standard and EMAS II Regulation in terms of requirements for an organization. Attention is paid to advantages and disadvantages of EMS implementation in an organization too. In analytical part of this work, environmental management is analyzed in light of a number of certified and certifying organizations, after that follows cost-benefit analysis of EMS focused on organizations and SWOT analysis. The goal of this work is to find out on the basis of the results of these analyses, whether environmental management system implementation is a competitive advantage of an organization, or not.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the specificities of Czech market with organic food which will help the Jacoby Company to adapt its marketing strategy on Czech market with organic food and beverages. The main tools of the thesis are the research of the purchase behaviour of Czech customers and the research of competitive organic beverages in the main retail chaos in Czech republic.

Intellectual property protection by Customs
Drahoňovský, Tomáš ; Uhlík, Milan (advisor) ; Tomáš, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to detect the causes, extent and means of breaching the intellectual property rights, including its negative consequences from the point of supervisory activities of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. Also to suggest possible measures to enhance the service and to eliminate any imperfections in the legislative, its abidance or in organization and work management if found. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains, according to the author, the most important international treaties, conventions and agreements, as well as the European Union law and the national legislation. In the practical part the author states his opinion on the legislation concerning the protection of intellectual property rights, brief classification of the intellectual property rights and it introduces the controlling authority including the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and its procedures towards the goods that breaches the intellectual property. Furthermore, it presents the statistic data concerning the seized goods. The thesis states the penalties for breaching the intellectual property rights, for both the administrative delicts and criminal offences. It also contains a questionnaire carried out within the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic which purpose was to find out their opinion on the legislation, organization and work management in the field of intellectual property. The results are analysed in the conclusion of the thesis and it presents the imperfections in the areas stated above. The author suggests suitable adjustments to eliminate these imperfections according to his best judgement even though he is not a lawyer. Finally the author reviews the issues mentioned throughout the whole thesis and summarizes the aim of the thesis.

Personality Protection and Camera Systems
Široký, Oldřich ; Cvik, Eva Daniela (advisor) ; Pavla, Pavla (referee)
The thesis deals with the protection of individual integrity and camera systems, through the lens of valid and effective law regulation. The content of this work is formulation of theoretical basis, an analysis of relevant laws governing the issue of individual integrity protection of natural persons (especially their privacy) and camera systems, specifically for each type of camera system: the camera system with recording, camera system without recording, comparison of both types of camera systems and an account of legal instruments available for protection of individual integrity of each person, whose universal individual integrity rights were violated due to the operation of a camera system (regardless of it's type). The theoretical basis is followed by the main body of work, which explores researching camera system usage within a specific public authority agency. The operation of camera system is subjected to critical legal analysis, where particular aspects of a specific public authority subject's practice is evaluated as part of the findings of the thesis and qualified as compliant or non-compliant with the law. At the end of the work, the author formulates specific recommendations to the public authority agency, aiming to improve the approach to operating a camera system from the legal point of view.

Current changes in orientation of the German economic diplomacy
Dírerová, Daniela ; Peterková, Jana (advisor) ; Zemanová, Štěpánka (referee)
Diplomacy is a unique tool of foreign policy for enforcing its interests among other actors in the international system. However, this means is not in an existential vacuum and thus has to react on dynamic changes in international environment for its effective functioning. Raising interest of international trade liberalization and growing importance of private sector in creation of foreign policy forms further development of the diplomacy. Thus, the economic diplomacy is becoming more important with an aim to implement country's vision in economic area. This topic is the main subject of the presented bachelor thesis. In 2012, German government published document "Shaping Globalization - Expanding Partnership - Sharing Responsibility". The primary aim of the thesis is to examine the influence of this new strategy on the German economic diplomacy. The key part of the thesis is dedicated to the strategy itself and is divided into multilateral (macro) and bilateral (mikro) objectives. First aspect pursues economic priorities on a level of international organizations. Bilateral part analyses reasons why Germany decided to orient economically on so called new players, why is Germany interested in their mutual commercial relations and which challenges result from it for the economic diplomacy. The secondary aim is to explain the structure, tasks and decision making process of the German economic diplomacy, because this information is not provided in detail by neither Czech nor Slovak scholar publications.

Hormonal Aspects of Antler Growth Regulation
Kužmová, Erika ; Bartoš, Luděk (advisor) ; Petr, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kierdorf, Uwe (referee)
Hormonal aspects of antler growth regulation Erika Kužmová Abstract Deer antlers are the only mammalian organ that completely regenerates and therefore they became an object of rising interest as a potential model for bone growth and development. In recent years, it has been confirmed that annual regeneration of the antler is initiated from the stem cell niche localised in the pedicle periosteum. Antlers grow to the length at the tip. Only a little is known about endocrine stimulation of antler growth and some discrepancy has arisen between in vivo and in vitro studies over the decades. As the secondary sexual character, the antler cycle timing and growth are linked to seasonal levels of testosterone. Since the levels are at their minimum during the antler growth phase, according to many mainly in vitro studies, insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) tends to be accepted as the "antler stimulating hormone". Since the conclusion about the role of IGF-1 was contradictory to previous opinions and also in contrast with our own experience, we aimed to verify the role of IGF-1 in vitro. Our ex- periments were based on existing in vivo studies demonstrating the importance of testosterone, even in its low levels, and on the hypothesis that testosterone should be the "antler stimulating hormone". We performed in vitro...

Current situation and trends in sheltered living and following services for adults with mental handicaps
Krupičková, Petra ; Tomeš, Igor (advisor) ; Vodáčková, Daniela (referee)
RESUME (ABSTRACT) Sheltered living is quite recent service. It occured as an alternative to services of institutional care that was beeing the most common service untill early 90's. Nowadays this service is suitable complement to the range of other existing services for mentally disabled people. It helps to improve their situation in the society. This thesis is reflecting experience resulting from the practise in DUHA (a nonprofit organization ) providing sheltered living care. The thesis is devided into five main parts. Each of them is trying to outline some important aspects of a mental disability problematic. The first part is applying to general aspects of the topic (mental disability) as well as to it's socially conditioned specifics. Social status of mentally disabled people is influenced by stereotypes. The actual trend of caring for handicaped people is very closely conneted with a problematic of their personal rights. The second part of this thesis is suming up the most important documents and rules of law which are beeing applicated whithin both, national and international law. Presentation of several concrete institutions in the Prague region and the introduction of services they provide is a main topic of the third part of my thesis. Since the consecutive services (it's variety and quality) are...

Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival’s Industry Programme and Its Benefits For a Producer
Šilarová, Hana ; ŠVECOVÁ, Marta (advisor) ; Tabakov, Diana (referee)
The present thesis explores the industry programme of the Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival, as well as the ways producers benefit from it. This festival has a long-term tradition organizing programmes for film professionals. The individual components of the programme are conceived, respectively, for participants of various professions, for instance festival directors or film directors, with its main section, Emerging Producers, aimed at starting European producers. The first part of the present work describes the history of Jihlava IDFF and the individual sections of its industry programme, while the second part compares the festival to two other ones of similar size, namely CPH:DOX and Visions du Réel Nyon, whose conceptions differ to a significant extent from Jihlava’s. The last section of the thesis, drawing in part on online questionnaires administered to Emerging Producers participants and to the producers of films competing at the festivals in question between the years 2012 and 2016, examines the contribution industry programmes bring to producers.
