The Application of Marketing Management in CK SANTINI Tour

Thesis discusses the aplication of marketing activities within the marketing management in a small travel agency SANTINI Tour. The first part of the work is intent on the formulation of basic theoretical background. Marketing and process of marketing management is described below with regard to the specific product - services in tourism. In the second part of the work there is briefly described the selected travel agency - SANTINI Tour. The process of marketing management is applied to this travel agency. The main part is focused on analyzing the process of marketing management in CK SANTINI Tour. It is expected, there is not whole spektrum of processes that have been described in theory in so small travel agency. The owner adapted this system during the years to their own needs. At the end of this thesis, there is suggested several proposals, which solved the most serious embarrassment in the process of marketing management in CA SANTINI Tour. The clear and distinct strategy is completely missing. The product is unchanged for a long time. So it does not reflect the new requirements of customers. The absence of control is the major deficiency. Because of that, the travel agency does not have valuable feedback.

Agricultural insurance in the Czech insurance market

The bachelor thesis analyzes the agricultural insurance in the Czech insurance market. It describes the occurrence and form of the risks in agriculture and agricultural insurance as one of the ways of the protection against them. It briefly describes the development of agricultural insurance in the territory of today's Czech Republic and after that the characteristics of the crop and livestock insurance in the last ten years. Another part of the work is focused on the government subsidies on agricultural insurance operated in the Czech Republic. The largest part of this bachelor thesis is focused on describing and comparing the insurance terms and conditions of the three major insurers in the market of agricultural insurance in the Czech Republic (České pojišťovna a.s., Generali Pojišťovna a.s., Agra pojišťovna).

The Analysis of Fixed Assets

The Bachelor thesis "The Analysis of Fixed Assets" focuses on the problems of fixed assets within the scope of the Czech legal enactments. The major goal of this thesis is not only the introduction of fixed assets in general, but mainly the analysis of fixed assets in specific conditions of a company. KÁMEN Zbraslav, spol. s r.o., a stone mining and concrete production company, was chosen for this purpose. The legal enactmets, the company itself, its general characteristics and classification of fixed assets are introduced at the beginning of the work. Additionally the thesis describes all activities that the company has to solve in connection with its fixed assets. It includes the acquisition, financing and evaluation of long term property, furthermore the ranging of individual kinds of fixed assets into the company's business property, fixed register assets connected with the problematic software, bookeeping, depreciation of property and finally the possible ways of liquidation of fixed assets.

Dependance of the fast population growth on budget management in a chosen municipality

This thesis discusses dependence of budget management on fast growth in number of population in chosen municipality. At first there are mentioned theoretical aspects to which budget management in municipality proceeds. It is about expenses of municipal budgets, position of municipal authorities within public service and theoretical aspects of municipal budget setting. In the next step this work puts mind to the chosen municipality, progress in number of its population, analysis of progress of its incomes, current expenses and capital expenses in context of the municipality growth and correlation analysis. Conclusion of this thesis is that just a few of them is fundamentally dependent on the municipality growth and majority of them is just slightly dependent or they aren't dependent at all.

ln my doetoral thesis I pursue magie and superstitious ideas whieh are the integral part of tspiritual life of the Roma. I tried to ob serve the Romany eommunity from another side. Magie and superstitious ideas of the Roma remain foggy from the seientifie point of view. For the Romany population including the Roma élite they are taboo and for the majority of the soeiety including seholars who deal with the problems of the Roma they are of no aeeount or they are not mentioned, they are unknown. The work deals with the present signifieanee, eondition and funetion of the traditions, aets and praetiees eonneeted with magie and superstitious ideas from the field of love magie. This question of the spiritual life of eontemporary Czeeh Romany people was elaborated on the historieally based superstitious and magie baekground whieh was interpreted by the seolars as the individuality of Romany spirituallife. The problem of magie and superstitious ideas in the field oflove magie is seen from the point ofview ofthe woman who is a hol der, a performer and a recipient ofthese eoneeptions. Analysis of Two-year Training Load in the Discus Throw Compared to the Training Load of Gejza Valent

Own analysis of two-year training load in throwing the discus in comparison with the training load of the discus-thrower Gejza Valent Goal Own analysis of two-year training load and its comparison with the training load of the discus-thrower ofinternationa! standing. Method The analysis of persona! training documentation. Quantitative comparison through the use of sum transfer of general training indices (GTI) and special training indices (STI). Comparison of selected training indices with the training indices of the former Czech sportsman in throwing the discus. Results My two-year annual training cycles (ATC) partly approximate in terms of their periodization, structure, extent, intensity and character of training load to general principles. Overall extent of the load was spread in time and its magnitude in given ATC. Its gradual increase and subsequent decrease influenced the sports performance. The intensity of the training load had an influence on the growth of the sports performance in majority of selected training indices (Tl). In light of my performance the optima! relationship between general and special training was selected and it was appropriately adapted to specific actual demands of the training. The health Workers' dealing with members of romany community - peculiarities of communication

THE HEALTH WORKERS' DEALINGS WITH MEMBERS OF ROMANY COMMUNITY - PECULIARITIES OF COMMUNICATION The theoretical part of this work informed about history, traditions, values, and the specific communication style of Romany ethnic minority. Lack of understanding to these factors can lead to unnecessary misunderstanding between Romany patients and health workers. The main targets of empirical part were to find out how the health workers dealt with the Roma and what experience they attained with these patients. Further aim of this research were to learn about their foreknowledge of Romany minority. There were 132 health workers who filled in the questionnaire. The hypothesis of applying an equal approach was confirmed. Over 50% of interviewed had predominantly negative experience. The hypothesis of lack of information about cultural customs of Romany minority was confirmed, but only about 20% of interviewed wanted more information. Health workers should applied an individual approach to Roma patients in accordance with transcultural principles. Better foreknowledge could improve mutual communication and reduce amount of conflicts between the members of Romany community and health workers.

Multicultural society in the countries and regions of the Czech Republic

This thesis describes individual national minorities living on the territory of Czech Republic, under which conditions they can enter the Czech territory and live here and integration process of minorities to the Czech majority society. Each of those minority groups is characteristic by different values, culture, language, color of the skin, religion, and lifestyle and by the ability to adapt new world for them. This integration process is a long-term process and depends also on the Czech society, how those minorities will identify with Czech territory. Already on elementary schools students are getting to know variety of cultures through multicultural education that is trying to build a sense for respecting different cultures and esprit de corps in them. Citizens of Czech society living in abroad are finding a support in allowance organizations called Czech centers, which work also for representing Czech Republic in a lot of countries.

Agroclimatic analysis of perspective changes of starting production conditions for agricultural entities and related impacts to land valuation system

The aim of this report is to evaluate the analyses prepared within the contractual research collaboration implemented within the project number of the EEA-CZ02 1-039-2015-OV-called "Complex planning, monitoring, information and educational tools to adapt the territory to the impacts of climate change with major focus on agricultural and forest landscape management" funded by the EEA Fund 2009 - 2014 program CZ02 - Biodiversity and ecosystem services /. The study focuses on the South Moravian Region (SMR) and follows a report assessing the impact of expected climatic conditions prepared for the above-mentioned project in October 2016. Like the previous study, this part is processed based on the 5 selected global circulation models (GCMs) and for two emission scenarios and the period 2021-2040. Since a detailed description of the scenarios includes a previous report confines itself in this text only on the most important outputs relevant to SMR.

Beer Market Analysis in the Czech Republic

This Masters thesis Beer Market Analysis in Czech Republic describes the brewing industry in the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present. It mainly focuses on the activities of large brewing companies which influence the beer market in Czech Republic the most. Small breweries have been increasing their market position and their activities are presented as well. The number of Microbrewery grows every year. This segment of market reflects a new trend in society where beer drinkers are looking for new beer flavors. The first part introduces the methodological procedures which have been used for understanding the problems of brewing in Czech Republic. The theoretical frame is based on research of professional literature. There are explained the basic manufacturing processes and characteristics of beer production. The basic indicators of brewery and current trends in production and consumption of beer are represented by tables and graphs. The final section is about specific analyzes of branch and main subjects. The analysis included the four largest brewing companies in the Czech market. It monitors how the number of microbreweries grows in time. The customer interest for small breweries is evaluated by the questionnaire. Results of the research are evaluated in the final part of thesis.
