Real-life middleware support for connectors

Software connectors are used in component-based systems for realization of inter-component communication. A connector generator serves for their generation. It is able to create particular connector based on definitions in a high-level configuration file. At design time the connector generator allows for specifying how components interoperate, at run time created connectors are responsible for communication between application's components as it was specified in the configuration file. They typically utilize some middleware for realization of the communication and they can be supposed as a higher level of abstraction which covers the differences between various underlying middlewares. The aim of the thesis is to extend the existing connector generator [1] and provide support for generating and deploying RMI and CORBA-based connectors and also connectors using other communication styles (particularly messaging). Besides the actual implementation of various middlewares in the connector generator the thesis also addresses some advanced topics like passing references and handling of complex types within remote communication.

Standard and non-standard Czech in Tereza Boučková's literary works

The bachelor thesis is focused on research of ratio of standard and non-standard Czech in Tereza Boučková's literary works. Preliminary, it deals with a brief biography of the author, and her position in contemporary Czech literature. The theoretical part disserts on literacy, and non-literacy, which contains commentary on non-literary means, their function, and their development in the historical frame of the Czech literature. The method of analysis of the selected body of Boučková's literary works is presented there, as well. This method is used for particular texts; in the thesis, there are described non-literary means, their bindings to the components of the text (whether they are connected to speech of the narrator or of characters), and function of such means. Differences among single pieces are reflected at the same time. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on comparison of using of non-literary means in literary works, and in the movie adaption.

Importance of robot - assisted tubulisation of the stomach from patient's point of view

The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the obesity issue, with possibility of obesity treatment, with robot operating system ad Vinci. Mainly, it is focused on an operating method of robot-assisted tubulisation of the stomach. Further, it summarizes the pre-operative care of the patient after this operation. It also touches on psychological support and care of the patient after the operation tangentially. The empirical part summarizes the postoperative care of the patient after this operation, contains possible nursing diagnoses. Further, by means of a questionnaire, it finds out the reasons making the patients undergo the intervention, the differences in coping with postoperative care between individual patients. It asks about the type and quantity of early postoperative complications. It finds out, whether the patients tried an alternative method of weight reduction before this operation and what in particular. It also deals with patient's idea of weight reduction after the operation. The sample surveyed comprises 50 patients after the robot-assisted sleeve gastrectomy.

Accounting concept of equity in different countries

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare accounting principles in the Czech and Slovak Republic, to point differences out and to make comments on the findings. The author has found differences between accounting principles of countries compared. A few differences among particular types of entities are described also. For example, cupital reserve of joint stock company in Slovak Republic is created when the company is founded while in the Czech Republic the capital reserve must be created after a company has achieved a profit.

The Vibration Loading of the Human Organism through the Child Safety Seats as a Potential Source of Discomfort

Work title: The vibration loading of the human organism through the child safety seats as a potential source of discomfort Work objectives: Describe possibilities of the detection of the monotonous loading as one of the reasons of the discomfort of the child safety seat. Experi mental comparing of three types fixation of child safety seats: 1. fixation by help of the seat belt; 2. fixation by the help of the system ISOFIX; 3. fixation by the help of both previous systems (safety belt and system ISOFIX) Metod: Experimental measurement of vibrations of the child safcty seat which was fixed by the help of the seat belt, child safety seat fixed by the system ISOFIX and child safety seat fixed by the help of both previous systéme (safety belt and system ISOFIX). And then following comparing of the transfer of these vibrations to passengers bodies which shall show contingent difťerences between various child saťety seats. Results: There are differences of transmissibility of vibrations by various types of fixation. In these experimental study the child safety seat fixed by help of safety belt and system ISOFIX in the same time is the best absorber of vibrations. Procesní řízení organizací a jeho podpora v ERP systémech

V této práci se autor zabývá procesním řízením organizací a podporou tohoto přístupu v podnikových systémech typu ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Autor si klade za cíle stručně charakterizovat současnou situaci procesního řízení na poli IS/ICT, poukázat na požadované vlastnosti ERP řešení vyplývající z procesního přístupu, přiblížením možností a funkcionalit dvou ERP řešení z různých kategorií (b2industry - pro malé a střední podniky, mySAP ERP ? pro střední a velké podniky) názorně demonstrovat zohlednění zmíněných požadavků v praxi a porovnáním zjištěných vlastností ukázat na rozdíly v podpoře procesního přístupu mezi jednotlivými ERP systémy.

The content of this thesis is a detailed analysis of individual types of tax allowances provided to individuals - residents, focusing on selected states of the European Union. Tax allowances are considered deductions, allowances, credits and tax band with a zero tax rate. The author explains the differences between these types of tax allowances, analyzes the types of tax allowances granted in selected states of the European Union and examines the tax yield of the basic types of tax allowances of the taxpayer with an average gross wage.

Web Services in Lotus Notes/Domino

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi poskytování a konzumování webových služeb v systému Lotus Notes/Domino. V práci jsou popsány webové služby, jejich architektura a pojmy, které s nimi souvisí. Dále je v krátkosti představen systém Lotus Notes/Domino a jeho přednosti. Hlavní část práce se zabývá rozdíly v oblasti webových služeb mezi jednotlivými verzemi Lotus Notes / Domino a to ze dvou pohledů: z pohledu poskytovatele webové služby a z pohledu konzumenta webové služby. Na praktických ukázkách jsou demonstrovány základní postupy, pomocí kterých je možné detailně pochopit celou problematiku. Dále jsou popsány problémy, které se mohou vyskytnout, a možná řešení těchto problémů. Poslední část mé práce se zabývá bezpečností webových služeb poskytovaných a konzumovaných v systému Lotus Notes/Domino.
