Electron-positron pair production in nuclear matter - first data from HADES
Tlustý, Pavel ; Kugler, Andrej ; Pleskač, Radek ; Wagner, Vladimír ; Suk, M. ; Hlaváč, S. ; Žovinec, D.
Study of hadron properties inside nuclear matter at normal and high temperatures and baryon densities represents one of important topics of the present nuclear research. Several models predict change of effective masses and widths of hadrons due to the chiral symmetry restoration at extreme conditions of the nuclear matter. Existing experimental data do not allow unambiguous conclusions with respect to medium modifications due to the limited invariant mass resolution and separation. To improve and extend the existing experimental evidence the new High Acceptance DiElectron Spectrometer HADES was build at GSI, Darmstadt.

Šíření zvukových vln ve stlačitelných tekutinách
Vybulková, Lada ; Bulíček, Miroslav (referee) ; Feireisl, Eduard (advisor)
In the present Thesis we study problems arising in the mathematical theory of propagation of the acoustic waves in compressible uids. In particular, we are interested in problems posed on unbounded or very large spatial domains, where the dispersive phenomena play an important role, and where the local energy of the acoustic waves is likely to decay to zero. We occupy ourselves with problems of small Mach numbers. The latter property is crucial in the study of the incompressible limits, where it provides a rigorous justi cation of \acoustic ltering" amply used in numerical implementations, see [6]. We derive the equation describing the motion of acoustic waves in compressible uids and explore spectral properties of related linear operator. We search situations when its point spectrum is empty, because then we can prove, in the sense of the RAGE Theorem from [7], resp. [1], a decay of the local energy of the acoustic waves as Mach number tends to zero.

Testate succession
Duspivová, Petra ; Dvořák, Jan (advisor) ; Elischer, David (referee)
- 1 - Testate succession - Summary The purpose of my diploma thesis is to analyse testamentary succession in Czech legal order according to the effective Civil Code (40/1964 Sb.) and the newly enacted New Civil Code (89/2012 Sb.), while performing their comparison and focuses on the implications for the recipients. The thesis is not limited to the succession title as a will but analyses other inheritance assumptions and some related legal institutes as well. The thesis is composed of four chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of heirdom and acquisition of property by inheritance. Chapter One is introductory, common to both testamentary and intestate succession and it is subdivided into four parts. Part One takes acquaintance of the concept of Czech inheritance law, including its purpose, use of heirdom and basic terminology used in the thesis. Part two describes the sources and basic principles which the Czech inheritance law system consists in and Part Three deals with inheritance assumptions relevant to acquisition of heritance, especially heir capacity to inherit. Chapter Two consists of four parts, in a row dealing with intestate succession, testamentary succession, heritage contract and other testamentary dispositions and points circumstances of their application. Chapter Three focuses...

Shifted Variable Metric Methods for Unconstrained Optimization
Lukšan, Ladislav ; Vlček, Jan
A family of shifted variable metric methods for unconstrained optimization is investigated. These methods form a basis for shifted limited-memory variable metric methods introduced in second contribution in proceedings of SANM 2003. We describe basic properties of these methods, establish their global convergence and give conditions for the superlinear rate of convergence. Their efficiency is demonstrated by using extensive numerical experiments.

Easements in telecommunications
Hronková, Vladimíra ; Kopecký, Martin (referee) ; Staša, Josef (advisor)
Resume in English. Easement in Telecommunication This thesis deals with the easements in the specifically chosen and therefore dedicated area - in Telecommunication field. The easement has its primary regulation in the Civil Code No. 64/1964 Sb., however the easements are regulated also within the public law area, namely the public law codes e.g. Water Act, Railway Act etc. In its very basic effect they represent the limitation of the property owner. We divide them into two groups easements ad personam and ad rem. The easement in the telecommunication belongs into the public law. They are currently regulated by the Telecommunication Act No. 127/2005 which has it's specific procedure of establishing these easements. Before this Act there were two previous Acts - the Act. No. 110/1964 Sb. which was replaced by Act No. 151/2000 Sb. The Act No. 151/2000 Sb was replaced by above mentioned valid act. Each of the Acts maintained the area of easement in different way. When we take into consideration the first and the oldest Act No. 110/1964 Sb. the easements were considered like public limitation of owner rights until the year 1992, when was the Act updated and specifically renamed the public limitation of the owner rights into the easements. The Act No. 151/2000 Sb. was clear since it's beginning about the...

Statistical aspects of nuclear collective dynamics
Macek, Michal ; Cejnar, Pavel (advisor) ; Kvasil, Jan (referee) ; Mareš, Jiří (referee)
The current PhD thesis presents a collection of selected articles related to the theoretical and numerical study of low-energy collective dynamics of atomic nuclei. The articles were published or recently submitted to international physics journals and were authored or co-authored by the author of the thesis. The eects in collective dynamics have been studied within the framework of two common models-the interacting boson model (IBM) and to a lesser extent the geometric collective model (GCM). The "statistical aspects" in the title relate predominantly to the interplay of ordered and chaotic behavior observed in properties of quantum eigenstates as well as in the classical limits of the models. The main attention was devoted to correlations between the measures of regularity/chaos and the presence of exact and approximate dynamical symmetries. An important subject of the studies were also the relationships between the properties of the classical and quantum solutions of the models both in the integrable regime as well as in the mixed regime containing elements of regularity and chaos simultaneously.

Expropriation of real property
Svoboda, Martin ; Drobník, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Sobotka, Michal (referee)
79 14. EXPROPRIATION OF OWNERSHIP TITLE TO LAND AND BUILDINGS This work is titled "Expropriation of ownership title to land and buildings". An expropriation is one of the special interference of the state to the property right. It not allows only to the deprivation of the ownership title but also the restriction thereof. In the Czech Republic there are legal bases of expropriation established in the Bill of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, which is part of constitutional system. Based on the article no. 11 this constitutional law the expropriation and limitation of property rights is possible only in public interest, under the rule of law and with compensation. The specification of these conditions of the article No. 11 of the Bill of Fundamental Rights and Freedom contain Czech Civil Code and the Commercial Code, which determines conditions for the expropriation of property owned by foreigners. The general rule for expropriation is Act No. 184/2006 Coll.(Expropriation Act), governing expropriation of the ownership title to land and buildings, including the next condition of expropriation, compensation for expropriation and special administrative procedure. One of the main legal conditions of expropriation is existence of purposes of expropriation. The Expropriation Act itself does not determine the purpose...

Vladislav's Jagellonian, king of Bohemia, fiscal situation in the years 1471-1490
Trnka, Pavel ; Čechura, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Vaněk, Vojtěch (referee)
Vladislaus Jagiellon's fiscal situation was problematic from the very beginnig of his reign. The royal sources of revenue were considerably limited. The most important incomes came from the crown property, the escheat of noblemen's estates, the mine regal, the mining undertaking, the royal mint, and the general tax. Initially, the young king was supported by his father, Casimir IV the king of Poland, who granted him probably less than 72 000 Hungarian florins during the years 1471-1473. The crown propety which was part of royal chamber embraced royal towns, monasteries, castles, and domains. The incomes produced by them, especially the so called special tax, were reduced considerably by pawning. This was especially true in case of the monasteries and castles whose importance for the royal chamber was negligible. Vladislaus held permanently only three castles, Karlštejn, the Prague Castle, and Krivoklát. There was about 35 royal towns in Bohemia. The towns paid in chamber the so called town census besides the special tax; despite of the pawning, this all together still was an important king Vladislaus' source of revenue. The towns and partially also the monasteries sought to redeem their own property or chamber payments pawned by the king. The Jews also belonged to the royal chamber, paying to it a special...

Local Agenda 21 and its impact to the municipality development
Janů, Petra ; Khendriche Trhlínová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Havlíčková, Daniela (referee)
This thesis deals with the Local Agenda 21 (MA21) and its impact to the municipality development. The Local Agenda 21 was derived from The Agenda 21, the main document of sustainable development agreed by UN in 1992. It is generally known that society development, population growth and growing peoples needs meet the limited quantities of the resources. Exactly this conflict between unlimited peoples wants and the limited amount of the resources has led to creating the Agenda 21 which was the reaction to unreasonable wastage of the resources and to environment deterioration. Local Agenda 21 is a blueprint paper for local authorities and its main aim is to achieve sustainable development in the particular area. Efficient usage of the resources may be seen as a proper solution. International project Healthy cities (WHO) operates with principles of sustainable development. The theoretical recourse may be found in the first part of the thesis. The practical implementation of MA21 principles (they are derived from principles of sustainable development) in Pelhřimov may be found in the following part. Pelhřimov joined the mentioned project Healthy cities in 2005. It means that these municipalities should respect sustainable development, environment and citizens opinions. Healthy cities also should preserve the environment for future generation.
