INTERNET AND COMPUTER CRIME (SUMMARY) The purpose of this thesis is to provide an introduction to the basic problems of Internet and computer crime (furthermore also "cyber crime"), which is a type of crime that is still relatively new, but fast developing in a similar pace as the information technologies. The thesis contains seven substantial chapters. First chapter is an introduction of this thesis, which focuses on its structure and summary of the content. Second chapter presents the most important concepts and issues concerning Internet and computer crime, describes its special features, such as independence on the physical world, high latency, specifics of cyber criminals in comparison with other criminals, or perception of cyber crime by the society. Third chapter deals with Czech substantial criminal law concerning cyber crime. It mentions both criminal code, which is in force and effect at the date of finishing this thesis, and past criminal code, which was repealed at the end of last year (2009), after almost fifty years of being in effect. Fourth chapter consists of several separate subchapters, each of them concerns one selected type of cyber crime. While selecting the computer crimes for chapter four, the author's aim was to introduce a few types of cyber crime that currently belong to the most...

Volfová, Martina ; Bartůněk, Dušan (advisor) ; Neuman, Jan (referee)
Title: Analysis of preparation and content of summer camps with the possibility to apply game series Objective: ln the thesis we address the analysis of preparation and content of summer camps with the application of game series. We make comparision on the reflexions of children from the summer camps with the game series and sport workshop. Methods: We have verified in practise serveral game series in childrens· summer camps. We have used questionnaire and oral evaluation in order to obtain the feedback. Results: The results of the research indicate that summer camps are appreciated by the children, they help making new contacts and developing communication among children and obtaining new knowledge and increasing independence. We conclude from the results that the priority precondition for success of the summer camps is enthusiasmus, endeavour and effort of the instructors to create the right atmosphere that is able to fascinate the children and to drag them into the camp events. The instructors bear the responsibility for the positive effect, final experience of children, course and the overall result of the camp. Bibliographical identification Title of Bachelor work: The amount of motion activity within a week's routine of football players at grade level Place of work: UK FTVS Author: Michal Hojdar Field of study: Physical education and sport Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn Defence year: 2012 Generalization: The Bachelor work "The amount of motion activity within a week's routine of football players at grade level" focuses on acquisition of new knowledge concerning an extent, intensity and content of adolescents' motion activity who regularly apply themselves to an organized form of motion activity. A theoretical part comprises knowledge dealing with motion activity, its organized form and relation to adolescents' health development. The amount of motion activity was charted with the help of acceleration metres and written recording. In the closing part of the work there are verified hypotheses with the results of completing or not completing the health recommendation. Key words: an adolescent, an acceleration metre, an expenditure of energy, football, organized motion activity

Distribution of mitochondrial uncoupling proteins in selected tissues from mice and rat
Alán, Lukáš ; Flachs, Pavel (referee) ; Ježek, Petr (advisor)
Mitochondrial uncoupling proteins (UCPs) belong to the superfamily of mitochondrial anion-carriers. The longest known is UCP1, predominantly expressed in brown adipose tissue, where it takes part in nonshivering thermogenesis. In the late 1990s were discovered other sequence homologs of UCP1 with tissue specific distribution. The Function of these "new" uncoupling proteins is still uncertain. It is assumed that each of the isoforms has a specific function depending on the type of tissue. This thesis showed differences in tissue transcription pattern between rat and mice using RT-PCR absolute quantification. Significant differences in pattern were found in lungs, brain and muscle. In each case UCP expression was higher in mice tissues. Mice lungs express mainly UCP2. The difference in mice brain is caused by ucp4 and ucp5 genes transcription and finally in muscle is highest content of UCP3 mRNA. We investigated whether any of ucp transcript can complement ucp2 transcripton in spleen or lungs of ucp2 -/- mice. We did not find any difference which can explain, that in isolated lung mitochondria of fasted ucp2-/- mice were uncoupled in state 4. In the last project, we found relationship between ucp2 transcription in insulinoma INS-1E cells and oxygen levels of the cultivation atmosphere.

Nanokrystalické diamant/amorfní uhlík kompozitní vrstvy připraveny MWCVD
Popov, C. ; Kulisch, W. ; Boycheva, S. ; Jelínek, Miroslav
The aim of the present work was to prepare nanocomposite films in which both phases are composed of only one element - carbon, i.e. nanosized diamond crystallites embeded in an amorphous carbon matrix. In our study, emphasis was laid on the investigation of both the crystalline(e.g. crystallite size) and the amorphous (e.g. sp.sup.3./sup./sp.sup.2./sup. ratio, H content) fractions of these new nanocomposite films

Analysis of ability to compete between printed and electronic media
Pilous, Jan ; Molnár, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Nečas, Miroslav (referee)
This thesis deals with currently discussed question of survivance of printed media in position of being drawed by new media, mainly by internet. Finally complement problems with situation abroad and compile analysis of customer expectations. That is form by questionnaire inquiry and by interview with branch specialist. Technological factors of SLEPTE analysis is compile minutely like the answer for secondary aim of thesis. That is try to fully collect different publication forms of reporting the content through the internet. In reality, set all possible ways how publishers offer their content to customers.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on optimizing the content of information literacy tests regard of requirements on university students. The thesis includes analysis of internation requirements ECDL on basic level and qualitative investigatoin by interview with teacher at university. The collected data servers as a base for creating new or modifying existing tasks for student testings. Tasks are not assembled into fixed versions of test, but they are flexible for assembling into random versions of tests. Thesis also include testing two variants of test on a selected group of students, but not with IT specialization.
