The sibling incest

We wanted to describe the situation of sibling incest in the population of the Czech men and women in the age between 18-30 years old. The questionnaire of 21 items was created for this purpose. The questionnare was located to the Internet and we distributed it to 4 secondary schools as well. Overal! we acquired 1129 completed questionnares. 52 of the informants had an experience with the sibling incest. 46 of them were victims, 6 were perpetrators. We found aut, that the most common sexual acitivity was touching and masturbation, in 1/3 cases vagina! intercoursce was made. The most common perpetrators was the older brother, the most common victim was the younger sister. The average age difference between siblings was 4,27 year. The most of the victims report negative influence of this act (f.e. depression, anxiety, somatic problems, nightmares). These negative influences were temporary in most of the cases.

Postavení městské památkové rezervace Jindřichův Hradec v cestovním ruchu

Práce analyzuje postavení Jindřichova Hradce v cestovním ruchu se zaměřením na městskou památkovou rezervaci. Charakterizuje situaci v cestovním ruchu v Jihočeském kraji s důrazem na kulturně-poznávací turismus a dále památkovou péči v České republice včetně legislativy a financování dotýkající se městských památkových rezervací. Popisuje kulturní dědictví v rámci MPR Jindřichův Hradec a jeho využití v cestovním ruchu. Analyzuje materiálně-technickou základnu a problémy města v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Součástí práce je analýza návštěvnosti Jindřichova Hradce a vývoj v posledních letech včetně definování struktury návštěvníků a jejich požadavků.

Several Aspects of a Foreign Language at a Pre-School Age

The dissertation deals with some of the aspects of foreign languages in preschool education and is based on the practical experiences of teaching in the Czech Republic, England and France. The theoretical part of the diploma work point out the historical context of language education, the specifics of a child's preschool period and poses some of the questions connected with languages in preschool age, such as method of education, conditions, duration of a lesson, qualification of the lecturers, returns, cooperation with the family etc. The practical part of the diploma work presents concrete results of the pedagogical investigation, which is focused on the current situation in Prague's kindergartens and on conditions for languages at preschool age. Some Aspects of Communication with a Blind Patient

This diploma work deals with some aspects of the communication with sight disabled patients. The theoretical part is dedicated to the problems of a sight disability, general definition of a communicational idea and and communicational specialities of sight disabled patients. It describes some particular sight defects, psycho - social aspects of a sight disability and it also deals with a training of generally educated nurses, nurses with a diploma and health assistants for a work with sight disabled people. In an experimental part the diploma work makes an inquiry of sight disabled people when visiting Health Centers and on the contrary the experience of nurses with these patients. For this research work two questionaires were made and used. One of the questionaires was used for sight disabled people, another one for nurses. Two experimantal groups consisted of 104 sight disabled people and 100 nurses working in outpatients department. From this research it is perceptable that all the nurses working at all the health workplaces should know how to work with sight disabled people.The research proved that the problems appear in dealing nurses with patients, these problems concern especially the nurses lack of effort to solve the situation with a companion or an unsuitable accompaniment. The mortgage crisis in the USA

This bachelor thesis focuses on a problem of a mortgage crisis present in USA. It presents main problems connected with the current crisis situation at the mortgage market through standards of issuing new mortgages i.e. prime and subprime. It attempts to get closer look at the process of issuing the mortgages and tries analyze the conditions which have led to improper work of the system. Thesis deals also with the questions of appraisal and his/her appraisal standards. These eased appraisal standards of real estates could be considered also as one of the causes of current mortgage crisis. In the end, american companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are presented with their history and current status. To sum up, this bachelor thesis attempts to grant a look at the conditions of both the mortgage and the real estate market and tries to analyze the causes and reasons which led to the contemporary crisis.

Téma této diplomové práce zní "Islám ve Francii". Islám sám o sobě představuje jedno z nejdiskutovanějších témat současné doby a Francie patří mezi země, které přítomnost tohoto náboženství pociťují nejvíce, vzhledem к poměrně početné muslimské menšině, jež zde sídlí. Islám a Francie, dva pojmy na první pohled dosti vzdálené, přesto jde o realitu dneška. Tato práce podává přehled dějinných událostí, které к této situaci vedly, informuje o současném stavu a snaží se upozornit na hlavní problémy, jež z tohoto kulturně odlišného soužití plynou. Negotiations and processes of dividing of the Czechoslovak Federation

Themes of this thesis are negotiations and processes leading to the division of Czechoslovak federation. At the beginning this work describes common history of Czechoslovakia till the year 1989. This part of the thesis is primarily focused on problems and common issues of both nations present in Czechoslovakia. There is also brief analysis of national policy towards other nations. Second part of the beginning is dealing with the political history of Czechoslovakia between November 1989 and June 1992. This part describes in detail the biggest difficulties both nations had to solve. Special attention is paid to the "dash-war", dispute about competence between republics and federation, negotiations about state agreement and constitutions. From the opening analysis results, that till the election in June 1992 was achieving a compromise between both nations difficult but still possible. Next part of this thesis describes its main theme, the negotiations between political elites of ODS and HZDS, rule parties elected in the year 1992. In this detail interpretation of conferences is revealed role of each of the main politicians involved in the process of the partition, starting with problematic role of Václav Havel, who unwillingly but significantly contributed to the division, continuing with uncompromising...

Assessment of the EU Eastern Partnership and its application in cooperation with selected African countries

The aim of this theses is to evaluate the EU's Eastern Partnership and to make conclusions from the possibility of cooperation with the countries of Africa. The Theses answers the question, how to deal with immigration from Africa in the place of origin. Investigated area includes Eastern Partnership and the problems of Africa due to historical factors. The findings indicate, that although the beginning of approach to the Eastern Partnership of the EU was not suitable, in the final consequence it lead to improvement and benefit from the partnership, for both parties. Historical reasons for African problems are slavery, colonialism and totalitarian regimes after independence. The Eastern Partnership is based on principles, that are currently in needed to correct in African countries. The Theses suggests that the potential partnership would help improve the situation of African countries.

The legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis is focused on the legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic. The main efford is to provide a sufficient review of the up-to-date situation in this field. It examines hospitals by a theoretical standpoint and also its key problems concerning actual situation of the czech health care and lack of finance as the main significance. The top part of thesis focuses on actual legal hospital health care regulation and proposes ways of improvement. Following part assesses proposals of improvement of the hospital care quality. Final chapter presents possible ways of optimal solutions of hospital care as well as health care at all.
