Entrepreneur´s decision making: accounting or tax records

The Bachelor thesis describes all possibilities of a depiction of a business activity of an entrepreneur, which is allowed by the Czech legal legislation. If a sole proprietor chose options at the beginning of his (her) entrepreneurship and he (she) would recognize in the process of the entrepreneurship that option does not suit to him (her), the Bachelor thesis depicts, which way enables to pass to a tax records from an accounting and vice versa. A synthesis of the information and examples facilitates determining which kind of evidence is appropriate for a small and a middle enterprise.

Collective administration in digital era

The aim of the present thesis is to examine an impact of reproductive and recording technique and of the global network of the Internet on the institute of collective management of copyright and related rights which forms traditional part of the system of copyright law. Firstly, the thesis embeds an issue of the institute of collective management into the appropriate legal framework and historical context. The delimitation of collective management's purpose follows; an emphasis is placed on the position of the collective manager of copyright as an intermediary between the competing interests of the right holders and interests of users. It is explained that the change of manners of communication of the work to the public from "point-to-mass" to "point-to-point" tends to weaken such position. The real and legal monopoly of collective management is scrutinized and conclusions of academics drawn from the coexistence of copyright management companies on the market in the United States are contrasted in the following part of the thesis. The issue with licenses is addressed. TITLE: Management functions and their delegation in the nursery school. AUTHOR: Iva Amin DEPARTMENT: Charles University Prague Faculty of Education Education Management Centre SUPERVISOR: Mgr. et Bc. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to define some terms and theoretical theories concerning the issue of management, managerial functions and some knowledge, skills and responsibilities of managers adhere to the principles of a successful delegation of tasks and selecting the appropriate delegate. Whether the director of the kindergarten can select the appropriate taand delegate to observe the principles of a successful delegation, showed the results of empirical research. Method for empirical research was a survey. The questionnaire was designed for stand-alone nursery school director with legal personality. It addressed a total of 100 managers from kindergarten in Usti region, the return of questionnaires was 57%. The results of the survey were analyzed and processed into graphs. The outcome of this work is a set of views, recommendations and methods that managers use to manage specific activities (so- called management functions) and their delegation in kindergarten. Statutory and economic transformation of the Czech philharmonic orchestra

The target of the study was an analysis of the current legal environment of the state contributory culture organizations in the Czech Republic and the options for their transformation into non-profit non-governmental organizations. This was demonstrated on the case of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, a contributory organization. Apart form the analysis of the documents, mainly analysis of semi-structured expert interviews, inner observations and informal expert interviews were applied in the qualitative research. These methods were the tool for a conclusion whether the current legal form of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra is appropriate or whether there is a more suitable alternative in the current Czech legal environment. The result of the research is its practical application demonstrated on a model transformation of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra into a non- profit organization (a specific type of a Czech non-profit non-governmental organization serving the public interest and/or common good), according to the Act on non-profit non- governmental organizations in its amended version.

Cooperative and non-cooperative ownership of a flat

The aim of the thesis is to analyse a legal enviroment about the ownership of a flat in various forms. The goal is to provide the reader with advantages and disadvantages of each of that forms. The thesis is composed of five main chapters. First two chapters are devoted to a short summary of both the cooperative and non-cooperative form of ownership of a flat. After the evaluation of existing legislation in historical context, the following text is focused on fundamental and also application-often problematic legal institutes. View of the academic and judicial community is provided as well. Chapter three analyzes the procedure of transformation of a housing stock after the velvet revolution in 1989, when the economic and political situation has significantly changed and all legal relations has to adopt to new times. This chapter explains the legal way of transferring flats from cooperative to non-cooperative ownership and conditions to be fulfilled. Chapter four compares these forms of ownership on the background of major legal institutes and highligts or warns on the other hand about challenges arising in connection with the appropriate form of ownership. There are many various reasons for ensuring broad access to environmental information. Apart from necessity of open and transparent government and the general right to know condition of the environment people are living in, the access to environmental information is also recognised as one of the regulatory instruments of the environmental policy. The access to relevant information is a vital assumption for public participation in environmental protection activities, as only broad awareness of environmental matters can develop deeper understanding of the issue and influence the future behaviour and decisions of general public. The Reform of Social Services System in Czech Republic

The Diploma Thesis deals with the reform of the social services system in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part includes the definition of the basic terms and describes the reasons leading to the reform of the social services system. The aim of the Diploma Thesis was to ascertain which problems relate to the application of the legal regulation concerning the home care allowance from the point of view of the subjects involved: the home care allowance recipients, the social services providers representatives and the municipal authorities workers of the municipalities with extended powers. When analyzing this problem it was necessary to ascertain the views of the particular subjects on this allowance, next the purposes the home care allowance is used for by its recipients in particular dependence levels, which form of social services they utilize most often, and which effect the form of the home care allowance payment can exert on the way of its utilization. The empirical part of the Diploma Thesis utilized the quantity research and the quantity questioning method. The Diploma Thesis conclusion, on the basis of the results processed, brings the appropriate precautions, which can be used in practice.

Tutorship (as type of guardianship). The thesis deals with a guardianship, with the most important historical milestones in a guardianship evolution and with the guardianship legislation in the Czech Republic taking into account guardianship legislation in the Federal Republic of Germany. Through the guardianship is provided alternative legal protection of legally incompetent minor lacking necessary legal protection. The aim of the guardianship is ensuring an appropriate alternative legal protection of ward's legal matters. The thesis is dividend into two parts and eight chapters. The first part is devoted to the most important codifications which in my opinion influenced the development of the guardianship on our territory the most. The first part deal with guardianship legislation in the Roman law, provincial and municipal law, in the General Civil Code and marginally about guardianship legislation contained in the Act of family law and in the Family Code.
