Innovation of built-up crankshaft for minibike engines
Doležal, Lukáš ; Mazůrek, Ivan (referee) ; Hanuš, Stanislav (advisor)
The present diploma thesis deals with innovation of built-up crankshaft of Blata minibikes. Minibike is the type of a small two-stroke motorcycle equipped with an internal combustion engine of the volume 40 or 50 cm3. The machine is designed for racing circuits; not only for young riders but also for seniors. The innovation is in the design and verification of pressed connections in the imposition of major pins in the arms of the crankshaft. Pressed connections are designed on the basis of the analysis of force interaction on the crankshaft at maximum revolutions. The proposed solutions are verified by FEM calculations. Based on the results, the best option is selected. For the selected option, the impact of force interaction at maximum machine performance is studied. Finally, on the basis of these facts, designing, technological and economic analysis of feasibility of new production technology is carried out.
Design of magnetorheological clutch.
Nováček, Vladislav ; Dočkal, Aleš (referee) ; Roupec, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of the magnetorheological (MR) clutch. The extensive literature research with particular conclusions to each design variant of MR clutches or brakes has been done in the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis describes the design of the actual MR clutch based on the results of the analytical calculation of the magnetic circuit. Finally, the experiments verifying the function of the key segments of the clutch, and the whole clutch are summarized in the third part of the thesis.
Design of cutter head with Harmonic-Drive application
Tkadlec, Dušan ; Dosedla, Michal (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This master´s work deal with design two axis cutter head with possible variants drive of axis. The part of this work is also technical– economics valuation of single variants, calculation torque and force from motor head and design taking head in two axis. Cutter head should be applicated to boring and cutting headstock given to type with posibility of adaptive exchenges spindle.
Project of worm gear for lift mechanism
Otisk, Jan ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This graduation thesis dwells on a worm gear design for an elevator mechanism in an already existing wheel case with actuator unit S3 for elevator type BOV 320/0,63. The work includes dimensional and control calculation for the worm gear and as an attachment you will find spiral worm and worm gear drawing documentation, including its specific location.
Speed and Torque Automated Measurement Systems
Vávra, Josef ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
The objektive of this thesis is acquaint with ways of speed sensing and torque noment sensing in automated systems and apply to chosen instruments to the real laboratory work, witch sould by instrumental for education in laboratory of drives.
Change in the Production of oversize Components of the Pump
Kratochvíl, Zdeněk ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The thesis proposes a method for implementing structural changes on the compression flange of the main circulation pump, at the time of its overhaul during the unit outage. This structural modification consists in Annular groove of the groove to a diameter of about 850 mm. It is necessary to choose a suitably radius of maximum made possible smoothly rounded grooves without notches to reduce the stress of the concentration at the corners of the groove. Possibilities for making this adjustment are considered in this thesis and then the technology is selected with control torque calculations. The selected technology consists in the sizing of grooves with the mobile numerically controlled machining lathe EFCO TDF-2 NC, which is documented in the Annular groove of the axial grooves. In conclusion there are described other possibilities of using of this mobile machine in the primary circuit of a nuclear power plant.
Modern technologies of friction disc clutches design and production
Chaura, Václav ; Zháňal, Lubor (referee) ; Fojtášek, Jan (advisor)
The work is summing up the knowledge about different types of clutch, describes its function and fields of the use. Further is focused on the analyses of specific parts and describes possible constructional solutions. Second part of the work is focused on design and manufacturing. In conclusions is outlined the further development of car clutches.
Description and Evaluation of Fastener Torque Characteristics of Screw Connection
Větrovec, Ondřej ; Roupec, Jakub (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the description and evaluation of the torque characteristics of screw connection in plastic parts in headlight. The evaluation was compared with the same screws from three different suppliers. Compered was the course of torque when screwing. The work also includes analysis of the current state of knowledge in the use of plastics in the automotive industry and joining plastic parts. There is more emphasis on shaping joining screws.
Optimization of the existing construction of magnetorheological clutch
Bedřich, Miroslav ; Růžička, Bronislav (referee) ; Roupec, Jakub (advisor)
This work deals with the reconstruction of magnetorheological (MR) clutch. The extensive research on the use of magnetorheological technology in practice was developed in the first part. The function of MR dampers, MR brakes and MR clutches were described. Some parameters of MR clutches were listed and compared. The second part concentrates on construction modifications to improve some parameters of MR clutch. The experiments verifying improvement of operating parameters of MR clutch were carried out in the third part.
Povertrain development of Grand Prix cars
Kratochvíl, Petr ; Novotný, Pavel (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis concerns evolution of Grand Prix cars' powertrain during interwar period. The thesis is divided by historical milestones, mainly concerning changes of racing cars' construction rules. Many examples of racing cars' powertrains and their gradual evolution are presented.
