The influence of migration on the drug scene in the Czech republic

This paper deals with the influence of migration on the drug situation in the Czech Republic. The main reason for choosing this topic was the effort to compile, at least partially, from a practical and an immediate point of view, a relatively complicated matter of contemporary drug background, concerning ethnic groups living in the Czech Republic. The paper focuses on gradual characterization of these groups in the area of organized drug criminality in the Czech Republic since 1989. It describes ways of illegal drug import into the Czech Republic and the concern of Czech citizens in this criminal activity. The majority of information concerning specific ways of committing criminal activity and current situation of selected ethnic groups{\crq} criminality in this paper is taken from statistic data of the Czech Police, the Czech Board of Customs and the Czech Anti-Drug Squad{\crq}s annual reports. The research was carried out by means of quantitative method, while the results were compared with the above mentioned publications{\crq} data. The aim of this paper is to point out the engagement of foreign nationals and also ethnic groups living in the Czech Republic in illegal drug sale. Another aim is to compare the concern of Czech citizens and foreign nationals in this criminal activity and to find out how the drug criminality beating reflects itself on the price of drugs. In the first chapter of this paper, information concerning selected ethnic groups engaged in illegal drug sale in the Czech Republic are stated. The major part is dedicated to persons of Vietnamese and Romany nationality. This chapter draws upon specialized publications; it also contains paraphrases on particular publications. At the close of the chapter, specific characteristics of illegal drug sale according to particular types of drugs are described. The research includes tables comparing drug delinquency in perpetrators of Czech nationality and foreign nationals. National minority distribution, number of criminal acts concerning drugs in both groups of perpetrators, and concern of ethnic groups and foreign nationals in organized criminal activity are mentioned as well. Results of the research are stated at the close of the bachelor paper. They are in compliance with set hypotheses and met the aim of this paper because it has been proven in what way foreign nationals and national minorities living in the Czech Republic are engaged in drug criminality.

Motivation in mountain-climbing: analysis of motivation in the time Objectives: Based on the literature study to collect knowledge about motivation (basic definition, hierarchy of needs, flow theory, motivational models), narrative psychology, interview management. The main objective is the narrative content-categorical analysis of the development in motivation by the time continuity and interpretation of the interviews with the climbers. Methods: Collected interviews are analyzed by narrative content-categorical analysis. We used the semi-open funnel-type interview, which was decoded and interpreted after the transcription. Motivation is observed in three periods (first motive for sport climbing, the first motive for mountaineering and current mountaineering motive). Each motive is descriptively divided in several major categories (motive: nature / environment, overcoming ourselves, performance, new experiences, social needs, internal "mysterious" power, experience, sport /exercise, adventure). The work provides summarized delineation of the development of Serbian theater and drama from 2nd half of the 20th century till now and still defines the bases of contemporary Serbian dramatic works. It describes its characteristics and specifics based on the analysis of specific dramatic works. The emphasis is both on a breakthrough events theatrical of 80's and 90's of the 20th century also on the major dramatic figures of the period of the late 20th century. The work contains a detailed analysis of the three key texts of modern Serbian dramatic literature.

Title: Opinions on the involvement of conditioning coaches in soccer Objectives: The aim was to survey opinions involving fitness coaches in soccer and also study the role of fitness coach at selected soccer teams. To meet the main goals we have set a subpart of other goals such as assessing the current state of fitness coaches involved in the preparation of soccer teams in the Czech Republic on the basis of an anonymous survey and also compared with those in some European clubs. Another objective was to determine subpart views of soccer coaches in various competitions in fitness training and the possible inclusion of preparatory athletic exercises, the use of specific resources and training tools in fitness training. Methods: The information needed to achieve the objective of the thesis I received reading the literature. After the pilot survey was modified and standard questionnaire sent along with a cover letter first major coaches 1. Gambrinus league, 2. league coaches selected a lower division and youth coaches. The aim of the essay is to describe the administrative-historical evolution and the activities of local people{\crq}s committees on examples of MNV Dolní Bolíkov, Maříž a Vlastkovec between 1945 {--} 1964 on the basis of analyzing extant archive material , taking into consideration contemporary law. The work also includes three inventories of the appropriate MNV archives. The Bachelor{\crq}s essay is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the general evolution, activities and competencies of the local people{\crq}s committees from their institution in 1945 until 1990. This chapter is structured into four subchapters. The second chapter deals with diplomatic and contentual analysis of the documentary agenda of MNV Dolní Bolíkov, Maříž and Vlastkovec between 1945-1964. This chapter is segmented into three parts: books, written documents and accounting material. The third chapter looks at the administrative evolution and activity of MNV Dolní Bolíkov, Maříž a Vlastkovec from 1945 until 1960, respectively 1964, when the consolidation of these local people{\crq}s committees with a major MNV took place. The summary and the list of used literature and sources are supplemented with charts and photographic appendices, three compiled inventories of individual MNVs and the index of used abbreviations .

The reflection of nordic literatures in Bohemia in the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries

The thesis deals with relations between the Czech literature and Nordic literatures in the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The aim of the thesis is the reflection of Nordic literatures in Bohemia - the reflection of translations and the influence on the works of the Czech authors in the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Works of outstanding Nordic authors like Arne Garborg, Henrik Ibsen, August Strindberg and Knut Hamsun affected the development of the Czech literature and influenced literary output of Czech authors like Fra.na Sramek, Karel Toman and Rudolf Tesnohlidek, particularly in the thematic, motific and stylistic levels. The thesis writes major records of Nordic literatures in Czech period magazines down and presents Czech publishing houses focused on translations of Nordic literatures in the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The diploma work employs the methods of traditional comparative science (genetic and typological comparison) and imagology.

The Integration of Children with Communication-ability Problems

Subject of this graduation thesis is the integration of children with communication incapacity issue. Theoretic part introduces existing findings from expert literature starting from generic concept to specialized determination. Each of chapters facilitate the progressive view of the problems of integration, specially of early and pre-school care of handicapped children, process, conditions and forms of integration in preschool age. The major part of thesis is dedicated to integration of children with communication incapacity at all. Practical part presents findings of research intent on the quantity and quality of provided care to the integrated children with special educative needs mainly focused on the integration of children with talk defects during the last five years. Information presented in this thesis could have conduced to expanded view to this issue and to specific positions and thinking about actual process and way of integration of children with communication incapacity. Time factor in the managerś work

The diploma thesis deals with time management in work of three managers. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on study of scientific literature. It is focused on management, managers personality, managers functions and roles. Thereafter, time management techniques and methods are described. Information from theoretical part provides a complex base for the practical part. In the practical part, the organization and managers, who are the subject of this thesis are described. For the time management analysis was used time frame, forms for analyzing interference and forms for identifying the major time consumers. Furthermore, individual conducted interviews with each manager were made. The interview revealed the managers attitude to the importance of the time factor in their managerial work. On the basis of information obtained from analyzes and interview, the shortcomings were discovered. Recommendations for elimination of shortcommings were suggested together with recommendation for more efficient use of time.
