The use of UHPLC with various types of detection in the field of environmental and food analysis Abstract The aim of this work was to inform about possible use of UHPLC instrumentation in connection with various types of detection when chromatographic separating of substances in the field of environmental and food analysis is performed. The next aim was to search and study a number of articles referring to UHPLC methodology, which are at present available in the internet databases ScienceDirect and Web of Science. On the basis of the information from the articles there is a graphic summary in this work relating to the number of found articles and the groups of analysed substances within years. In the introduction of the work van Deemter's, Gidding's and Knox's theories about the efficiency of the chromatographic system are mentioned. These theories are substantial for understanding the principle of chromatographic separation. Following chapters deal with the problems of the development of chromatography in the last decades, especially concerning the length and type of analytical columns, the size of filling particles or the temperature and pressure in the chromatographic system. Banking system of The Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia

The dissertation deals with economic situation of The Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia with a view to banking system. The first chapter is dedicated to the brief characteristic of the era of the Second Czechoslovak Republic to explain the situation when Germany affects progress on our territory. The second chapter is concentrated to succeeding era -- occupying of Czech countries, origin of The Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and integration to big German economy system. The next chapter is heart of the dissertation. It is about organisation of bank system in The Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and it's detention to German economy, about activities of central bank and commercial banks and monetary policy, about Germany interest in Czech bank's shares in industrial companies and in central bank's gold reserve and about origin of customs union. The part of dissertation is also dedicated to exile government in London and it's task in preparations of monetary system reform.

Profile of Synods of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren after the year 1990

This thesis looks at the general character of the synod of the Evangelical church of Czech Brethern (ČCE), based on archival documents since 1990. (The) first chapter describes how the Synod functions within the church and briefly mentions the issue of coping with communism, especially how some pastors got involved politically. I also touch on the events of the Velvet Revolution. The next chapter focuses on an analysis of the Synod's work based on classifying the synod's resolutions into different catogories. The results are given in three diagrams. The goal of this analysis is to show which types of resolutions dominate and which types are more unusual. The third more extensive chapter deals with the most important topics being resolved in the synod. It describes the origin of …, its progress and consequences for the church. To show the character of the ČCE Synod, I highlight its internal discussions regarding church law, the practical and theological discussions on …(church education, ordination and baptism…). Then I discuss the ČCE Social Welfare organisation, a free standing topic, as well as subjects that have revealed the Synod's views. This third group address the church's outside concerns. Tourism of handicapped people

In first part of thesis there is a brief characteristics of handicapped people. Afterwards there are introduced various projects, plans, programmes and legislative norms focused on support of travelling of handicapped people. Results of survey finding out if handicapped people in Czech Republic travel, which tourism services are used by them and their satisfaction with tourism services, are an important part of the thesis. In last part of the thesis there is a SWOT analysis and a summary of the whole topic's analysis.

Electronic registries

This bachelor thesis deals with questions of electronic registries in the Czech Republic. The fundamental terms that we have to familiarize with to understand rightly all the aspects, which relate to the problem, are described in the first part. Special chapter is dedicated to the electronic signature. The second part is a summary of legislative norms closely associated with electronic administrative actions. In the third and the last part we deal with analysis and comparison of solutions for electronic registries that are offered in the market in the Czech Republic.

Diseases caused by ionizing radiation and their prevention

3 SUMMARY The text summarizes some of the newest knowledge about effects of the ionizing radiation on various levels of the biological systems and recent recommendations for radiological protection. First chapter of this diploma work gives a brief definition of ionizing radiation, possible sources, summary of its interactions with matter and description of the dosimetric quantities. Second chapter focuses on biological effects of the ionizing radiation. With development of micro-beam technology, the newest research has finally confirmed the assumption of DNA as the main target cell structure for ionizing radiation damage. Apart from well known stochastic effects (cancerogenic and those, causing hereditary and chronic diseases) caused by non-lethal cell damage and organ and tissue reaction (formerly known as non-stochastic or deterministic effect, eg. acute radiation syndrome, acute local damage, chronic radiodermatitis and cataract) caused by lethal cell damage also issues like low dose threshold, in utero exposure risk and newest recommendations for weighting factors are discussed here. Last chapter is dedicated to targets and principles of radiological protection for patients, workers and other population.

XML specification proposal of electronically signed documents with timestamp.

Cílem diplomové práce bylo vypracovat návrh XML specifikace elektronicky podepsané zdravotnické dokumentace s časovým razítkem. V úvodu práce jsou definovány základní pojmy a principy digitálního podpisu. Následující kapitola obsahuje popis klasického obecného archivu. Archiv zdravotnické dokumentace se však od toho klasického liší. Dokumenty nejsou archivovány natrvalo avšak pouze po dobu specifikovanou legislativou. To je základní specifikum. Zdravotnická dokumentace má však další specifika, ze kterých je nutné vycházet. Dokumenty budou do archivační skupiny neustále přibývat, bude proměnlivá doba archivace zdravotnické dokumentace v závislosti na událostech v pacientově životě a dalším problémem je i fakt, že neexistuje závazná specifikace formální podoby zdravotnické dokumentace. Navrhovaná XML specifikace vychází z rozšířené základní syntaxe XML podpisu o elementy pro oblast archivace (XAdES-A) a ze specifikace základních metadat popsané ve standardu Dublin Core. Specifikace byla tvořena s cílem maximální univerzálnosti pro použití v oblasti zdravotnictví.

Personnel costs in business

Autor čtenáři přibližuje problematiku osobních nákladů v podnikání. V první části práce se věnuje obecné charakteristice těchto nákladů, vymezuje základní pojmy, jako je mzda, její funkce, průměrný výdělek a další. Následující kapitoly řeší otázku zdravotního a sociálního pojištění, které v českých podnicích tvoří nezanedbatelnou nákladovou položku. Není opomenuta ani problematika některých zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich daňových dopadů na zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Diplomová práce je pro názornost a snadnější pochopení tématu doplněna praktickými příklady a účetními schématy. Práce by měla čtenáři ukázat, že otázka osobních nákladů, a tedy také mzdového účetnictví a dalších souvislostí je velmi komplikovaná, vyžaduje znalost řady právních předpisů a jejich neustálou aktualizaci.

The master thesis is a proposal of the business plan for building-up solar photovoltaic power plant. The first part includes presentation of businessman and industry analyses. Theoretical basis are offered in the second part of this thesis. The next part analyzes conditions of business sector, legislative conditions and then current situation of the company is evaluated by financial indicators. After that proposal of investment in photovoltaic power plant, economical parts follow. At the end of the thesis an evaluation of the proposed solution is presented.
