Title: Criteria for selection a personal trainer by woman clients of fit center. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine the significance of the individual criteria according to which the clients of the Living Well hotel fitness center select the personal trainer and compare the conclusions with the theoretical knowledge stated in the relevant literature. Methods: The thesis is divided into the theoretical (descriptive analytical) and practical part. Within the theoretical part, a literary research is performed by a descriptive analysis of professional literature dealing with active lifestyle, quality of life and meaning of physical activity. The importance of fitness centers as private business entities based on the individual needs of clients is analyzed. The practical part is a qualitative research carried out within the framework of the Living Well Hotel in Prague 8, which aims to determine the order and weights of individual criteria according to which the clients choose their personal trainer and the motivation to practice with the selection of a personal trainer. Title: The level of physical activity and physical fitness in school age children Author: Bc. Luboš Soldát Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: Chart the level of physical fitness and level of physical activity at younger school children. Discover the strength of the relationship between physical fitness level and physical activity level at children of this age. Methods: The research group consisted of third, fourth and fifth grade pupils (n = 77; 9.8 ± 0.6 years). To determine the fitness level, the Unifittest (6-60) was used and weekly measurements using Actigraph GT3X accelerometers were used to determine the level of physical activity. Results: The average daily time spent on activities at medium to very high levels of physical activity exceeded the recommended health standard set at 60 minutes a day. The average daily number of steps did not exceed the recommended health standard of 11000 steps per day. At physical fitness tests 29 % of children achieved to average results, 36 % of children to below- average results and 35 % of children to above-average results. Title: The influence of physical activity on changes in body composition and quality of life of seniors - students of U3V. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is evaluating the influence of a 3 months interventional motion program on body composition parameters and a quality of life of seniors - students of U3V. Methods: The body of the thesis is consisted of quantitative and qualitative analysis. It is a quasiexperiment. Descriptive and statistical methods were used for a complete evaluation. Bioimpedance methods were used to obtain the body composition parameters and results were evaluated in a statistical program IBMSPSS Statistics 22. A maximum grip strength was determined by a handheld digital dynamometer. A subjective evaluation in a form of survey was used to assess the quality of life. Results: A specific group of seniors - students of U3V tend to lead an active lifestyle, which is reflected on the results of body composition parameters. During the three month motion program highly significant changes regarding improvement of FFM parameter were observed within a younger group of seniors. Physical activity as means of prevention and rehabilitation of vertebrogenic disorders

This thesis deals with vertebrogenic children's and adults' disorders. The theoretical part focuses on a statistical review of vertebrogenic disorders, their causation and possible forms of prevention. The practical part consists of two case interpretations of patients with vertebrogenic disorders. To each of them an intervention physical activity plan based on their health history and physical activity history has been prepared. The result of this thesis confirms that a well-chosen physical activity can be used as prevention and is also a basis for most rehabilitation programs for patients with vertebrogenic disorders.
Effect of 6-months exercise program and a diet modification on body composition and posture of overweight middle-aged man

Title: Effect of 6-months exercise program and a diet modification on body composition and posture of overweight middle-aged man Objective: The main objective of this work is to verify the effectiveness of an individual, strenght-focused intervention program on body composition and posture in overweight person without previous exercise experience. Methods: Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) was used to determine the body composition. As a complement to this method, waist circumference was measured. To determine the postural stereotype, method of Klein, Thomas and Mayer was used. Rough assessment was also performed by selected functional tests and basic posture analysis conducted by a physiotherapist. All measurements were made before and after the program. The training program was performed as a circuit training during the first month (2 times a week). In the following months strenght training in series (3 times a week) was performed, supplemented with low intensity aerobic exercise. Results: After 6 months of intervention, changes in body composition were detected, showing a 5% loss of adipose tissue and a total body weight reduction of 9.6 kg. Healthy Lifestyle of Secondary Schools Youth in Teplice

The diploma thesis addresses the lifestyle of the high school students in Teplice; in particular their healthy lifestyle. In the theoretical part, basic information about a healthy lifestyle is summarized. At the same time, the lifestyle information is introduced, which relates to healthy diet, eating habits, fluid intake, motion activity and sleep. Furthermore, the determinants harmful to human health are introduced in this part; i.e. alcoholic beverages overconsumption, smoking or excessive mental strain. The practical part is aimed at mapping the major factors of the high school youth's lifestyle in Teplice and to ascertain whether the taught subject focused on health and healthy lifestyle influences the students and their attitude to a healthier lifestyle. I evaluated the questionnaire survey by means of self-made evaluation methods based on the healthy lifestyle principles. The reason was that none of the discovered methods for poll evaluation corresponded with my needs. The results are clearly arranged in the attached tables and demonstrated in the charts. Monitoring of blood glucose level in patients with diabetes in patients with diabetes in specific situations

The correct providing of the selfmonitoring by the diabetic patients can lead to the sufficient offset of the diabetes. Continuous monitoring of the glycaemia belongs among its most modern methods and thank to it is possible to detect even four times more serious glycaemia deviations than if we use the standard glucose measure methods. This bachelor thesis deals with the continuous glycaemia monitoring of the first type diabetes female patient. Main goal of this thesis is to describe the glycaemia changes in the case of the specific physical activities depending on the diet and daily regime providing the analysis of changes and prediction of the glycaemia. The theoretical part of my thesis summarizes the basic information regarding the diabetes mellitus disease. Subsequently, thesis is mainly focused on the acute complications of diabetes, glycaemia monitoring and options of the insuline modes. Comparing the eating habits of children in the Czech republic and Slovakia

Dle studie HBSC, děti z České republiky Slovenska konzumují nadměrné množství slazených nápojů, sladkostí a naopak jedí málo zeleniny a ovoce, nesnídají, mají málo pohybu a tráví dvě a více hodin denně u počítače nebo Teoretická část je věnována příčinám rozvoje obezity v dětském věku, její diagnostice prevenci. Další část je věnována vývoji stravování v ém dětství, pohybové aktivitě doporučeným zdravým stravovacím návykům. praktické části byly použity dotazníky, které byly rozdány ve čtyřech základních školách v České republice (Základní škola Campanus, Praha 4 a Základní škola T. G. Masaryka, Velim) a na Slovensku (Základní škola Sídlisko JUH, Vranov nad Topľou Základní škola Sečovská Polianka). Zkoumaný soubor dětí z ně základní školy České republice (ČR) a Slovenské republice (SR) byl rozdělen na děti s děti s nadváhou nebo obezitou. Skupiny dětí z I. a II. stupně z obou států byly porovnávány mezi sebou, byly zjišťovány rozdíly v nápojů. Současně bylo zjišťováno, zda snídají, jak často se věnují pohybové aktivitě a hodin denně tráví u počítače/TV. Studie ukázala, že české obézní děti konzumovaly více ovoce a zeleniny, ale měly ily více času u počítače/TV. Slovenské obézní děti konzumovaly dostatek ovoce, ale mnohem méně zeleniny než české děti, ale naopak měly více...
