The benefits of football match for spectators

Title: The Benefits of football match for spectators Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the football match as a product that is offered to direct spectators at AC Sparta Prague stadium in the season 2010/2011 and then using marketing research determine their satisfaction with the benefits that football match brings them. Methods: In this thesis there was used three methods: the observation method, interview and the method of written questioning. Observation method was used to collect information during home matches of football club AC Sparta Prague, interview was used at the meeting with experts from the club and the method of written questioning was used to implement the questionnaire survey. Results: The results of the marketing research showed that spectators are satisfied with the benefits that club offers them and they don't see any major drawbacks. Nevertheless, the thesis attempts to outline some recommendations which should lead to improved spectators' comfort at the stadium and higher match attendance. Retraining in the Czech Republic and its problems

This work deals with several views on the operation of retraining in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is not only to describe the strengths and weaknesses in the functioning of retraining in the Czech Republic, as well as outline opportunities for further development of this sector. The starting point is the development of competencies, because the development of professional competencies and skills upgrading, which is in the performance of specific work indispensable, is the subject of retraining courses. The work describes in detail the institutional support accreditation process, the implementation of retraining courses, monitoring compliance with the quality of courses and associated problems. The research work includes studying the results of investigations carried out provided courses in further education in 2009 and their comparison with data obtained from investigations of previous years. This work offers a number of proposals to improve the quality of the retraining, which should be made to the system concept of retraining so that graduates of retraining courses have the widest possible employable in the labor market, reduce unemployment and to mitigate the impact of the economic crisis on human society.

Pastoral and Social Work in Prison Service

This thesis deals with the pastoral and social work in prison service. In the theoratical part I focus on European trends in prison service in some European countries and in the Czech Republic, on the mission and tasks of prison pastoral services, particularly the sense and practice of pastoral service in prison service. I outline all Churches working in prison pastoral service, the possibilities of their work in prison {--} mainly legislation. I describe the ecumenical process in prison service. The work also describes social work with people under custody or sentence, and finally the Code of Ethics of social workers in the Czech Republic. The practical part concerns the opinions and experience of chaplains working in prison pastoral care.

Corporate education in the sphere of communicability and cooperation (project of research - the primary theoretical bases)

This undergraduate thesis covers proposal for research of corporate education of employees in the communication and cooperation areas. It presents basic theories for quantitative research in the given area. First, fundamental terms, such as corporate education, key qualifications, communication and cooperation are defined. The research proposition is defined as a relationship between corporate education, the size of the company and other corporal parameters. The hypothesis of the work assumes that bigger companies put more emphasis on educating their employees in specified areas, into which they invest more heavily. They also provide more intense education than companies of smaller size. It is also expected that more detailed evaluation of education results means that a company will be willing to make larger investment into further education. This proposal proposes a way of choosing sample companies. A technique for data gathering and questionnaire is also suggested. It includes selected criteria, questions and categories. The data analysis procedure is outlined as well. Conclusion summarizes results the author arrived at and includes recommendations for possible implementation of the proposed research.

The Open Club fopr Children and Youth like a Sustainable Place for Free Time Activities Children from a Housing Estate.

This master's thesis is concerned with free time activities of children and youth, with a special emphasis on open clubs as the NGOs offering a "new" social service and providing a convenient place for children living on housing estates. It also outlines trends in organizing free time activities and introduces a particular open club. Considering the research carried out among children, it proposes some ideas on further functioning of this organization.

Celebrity marketing - Petr Čech in Česká spořitelna's campaign

Bachelor thesis "Celebrity marketing - Petr Čech in Česká spořitelna's campaign" deals with a quite new term from the field of marketing communication, which is celebrity marketing. Celebrity marketing can be characterized as a communication (of companies) using faces of famous people - celebrities. This thesis tries to clarify the questions of this young field, to mediate the experiences of foreign specialists, to explain basic terms and to outline possible ways of using celebrities. Part of this thesis is, of course, the evaluation of the efficiency of ads with celebrities and comparison with ads without them. I am not oblivious to the possible pitfalls, which the marketers can actually face while executing celebrity marketing. I apply gained pieces of knowledge on one concrete chosen campaign. This is a campaign of the most prominent banking institution in the Czech Republic Česká spořitelna, which cooperates with one of the most famous Czech athletes - Czech football team goalkeeper Petr Čech. In this part I first introduce both of the protagonists and then I attend to the analysis of their multi-year cooperation. Finally I deal with the evaluation of current situation on the celebrity marketing's field, with the level of using famous faces and possible future progress.

The main goal of this financial analysis is to consider current financial and economical situation of the enterprise with the help of specific procedures and methods. The financial analysis ephasizes the strenths of the company and reveals potencial financial management mistakes as well. The main information sources are financial statements that enable us to outline future development trends. Results are instrumentals for creating a development strategy, for choosing the right strategy and for its realization. This relates to planning of financial situation itself, which menas for planning the gains and the losses in a various time periods. 6

This dissertation refers to BTL communication of Hellmann's brand from Unilever ČR, which is the leader on the mayonnaise and tatar sauce market for several years. The objective of this dissertation is to analyse questions about below the line communication with the focus on Sales promotion, outline trends in this matter and show application on concrete brand with the highlight of most used parts of BTL communication during execution of chosen activation, evaluation of this activation and proposition of feasible improvements.

Communication strategies in the company

Application-oriented work on the theme "Communication strategies in the company" is solving problems with corporate communications solution in companies. It is a reaction to the ever-present poor and nonconceptual marketing communication whether it's a small or large firm. The aim of this work is to provide an overview of communication tools and to show on concrete company, that for the formation of functional integrated commercial communication is not always required expensive advertising agency. The theoretical section summarizes the essence of communication strategy and business planning process with emphasis on the concept of IMC - integrated marketing communications followed by a list of commercial communication tools, including brief description and examples from practice. Detail is given to new trends in marketing and the issue of online marketing and use of social networks. In the practical part, the goal is to propose communication strategy for newly founded agency. First step is a detailed analysis of the position, target audience and competition. Then I establish a communication strategy corresponding with business goals and results of analysis. After that, appropriate communication tools are identified and design of use is outlined. In the end I also establish benchmarks for success assessment, timetable and estimated budget for implementation of the proposed strategy.

Legal aspects of network industries and natural monopolies

1 Summary Key words: Natural monopoly, network industry, energy industry, regulation, liberalization, unbundling, third party access The present thesis sets out to explore the legal aspects of network industries and natural monopolies. It researches these aspects using the example of the energy sector (i.e. the power and gas industries), which is a typical example of a network industry. In terms of its geographical scope, the thesis focuses on the EU energy law and its specific application in the Czech Republic. The fundamental point of departure for the present thesis is a believe that energy law is closely intertwined with economic policy, and is appropriately interpreted only in the context of the concrete measures, tools, and concepts meant to reflect a nation's energy policy. The main driver of energy policy, and hence also of energy law, is a reform of the energy industry aiming at its liberalization. The key tools for its successful implementation are economic regulation, third party access, unbundling, and public administration by independent regulatory bodies.
