Factors influencing the nursing degree students´satisfaction and behaviour during the practical training
ALTMANOVÁ, Marie
The bachelor thesis named {\crqq}Factors influencing the satisfaction of General nurse students during the practical training{\crqq} is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the practical part it was discovered, that the most common factor affecting the level of satisfaction of the students with the clinical practice is the relationship with the nurses working as their mentors in the clinical department. The hypothesis stating, that students, who are not satisfied with their clinical practice are more often considering a different future employment than that of a nurse, has been confirmed. The results of the questionnaire showed, that students of the 3rd year are generally less satisfied with clinical training than those of the 2nd year. It was also determined, that nurses consider the lack of time as the main negative factor influencing their cooperation with students during clinical practice.

The age related changes in walk stereotype
Vojtová, Michaela ; Vacek, Jan (advisor) ; Babková, Lenka (referee)
1 Abstract: The aim of this study quantify and compare the differences in the dynamics of foot movement compared with static in adulthood and old age, focusing on the midstance phase. A secondary objective is to outline the relationship with the angular distribution of pressure on the sole. For measurements two measuring methods were used. The kinematic analysis named Qualysis was used as a main method and system of plantar pressure insoles Pedar X as a complementary method. The difference in measured distance of 1-MP calcaneus, 5MP - calcaneus and pronate angle of calcaneus was prooved using the statistical calculation, which confirmed the hypothesis of half clear a significant degree. Subsequently, the changes were further specified using the results of the distribution of maximum force and contact time of the soles.

Résumé Name of the Project: Conditional preparation of members of the Police of the Czech Republic The aim of the Project: The aim of this Project is to resume and to evaluate contemporary situation of conditional preparation and its testing applied to the members of the Police of the Czech Republic in the selected districts of the Central Bohemian Region. Methods: I have received information necessary for completion of my diploma work from research of available literature, law and other sources that deal with the given problem. I have analysed documents and evaluated obtained data (results of revisions) to confirm or rebut the specified hypothesis. Furthermore, I have questioned anonymously policemen in the selected districts of the Central Bohemian Region. Afterwards, I have evaluated the questionnaires and have resumed obtained data for final interpretation and final comparison and evaluation. Results: Discovered knowledge presents overall state and testing of conditional preparation and introduces opinions and attitudes of policemen towards conditional preparation. Key words: conditional preparation, physical fitness, movement abilities, motoric tests, lawful rules.

Surname and name: Křížová Blanka Institution: Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Lékařská fakulta v Hradci Králové Project title: Stress and coping of this load on nurses who work on pediatric wards in hospital. Supervisit: prof..PhDr. Jiří Mareš, CSc Defence year: 2010 Key words: children's nurse , children , stress, coping, relaxation, recreation The goal of bachelor's thesis is to analyse stress, mental load and coping of this load on nurses who work on pediatric wards in hospital. In theoretical part I work with expressions of stress - types, cause and manifestation, stress adaptation. Burn out syndrom as result of stress. Possibilities of relaxation and recreation. The quantitative study was carried out to measure effort and working conditions on pediatric wards, according to structured questionary. In a quantitative questionnaire study took part 100 nurses of 9 pediatric wards. Hypothesis no1 and no2 has not been confirmed-stress feelings of nurses are not impressed by neither age nor their own children. Hypothesis no3, no4 and no5 has been confirmed partially. These hypothesis describe major stress and anxiety by which suffer nurses working on intensive pediatric care wards, satisfaction and good feelings of nurses working on standard pediatric wards and interaction between major stress and...

Communication skills of a nurse from the patient´s point of view
HOLENDOVÁ, Jana
The research paper attempted to answer the question whether patients are satisfied with the nurses{\crq} communication skills. The target group of the paper were patients which, during the duration of the study, were hospitalized in department of internal medicine in hospitals in České Budějovice a.s. and Havlíčkův Brod and were at least 18 years or older. 110 informants participated in the questionnaire type survey. Hypotheses assumed satisfaction of patients with verbal communication, dissatisfaction with non-verbal communication and relationship between decreasing satisfaction of patients and their age. Only the firstly named hypothesis was confirmed during the study.

Conduction of low frequency current - TENS - through human tissues
Černíková, Kateřina ; Pánek, David (referee) ; Malá, Jitka (advisor)
Thesis title: Conduction of low frequency current - TENS - through human tissues Name: Kateřina Černíková The aim of the thesis: The aim of this study is to determine, whether applying low frequency TENS cause the conduction of electrical potential to muscle groups outlaying from the point of irritation. And if the frequency has an influence on the conduction. Subjects and Methods: Application of low-frequency current, namely transcutaneous electrical neurostimulation, in the frequencies of 45 Hz, 121 Hz and 235 Hz - on the paravertebral muscles, on the left side of the body. It's a pilot study involving 6 probands (1 man, 5 women) aged 20-30 years. Electrical activity was measured by surface electromyography. Spectral analysis carried out in the Master MyoResearch XP program was used to evaluate the measured data. Results are graphed for clarity. Results: It was confirmed that the condution of electrical potential in the organism exceeds the site of stimulated muscle. However, these are a very low values to be used in clinical practice. This conduction varies according to the applied frequency. With higher frequencies, electrical current gets more to outlying muscle groups. Furthermore, it was found that the frequency of applied current doesn't appears in the used frequency, but in its multiples....

General and specific motoric efficiency of students attending sport athletic classes
Najmanová, Kateřina ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Vystrčilová, Martina (referee)
Name of work: General and specific motoric efficiency of students attending sport athletic classes The aims of this work were to identify developments of general and specific motoric efficiencies of students attending sport athletic classes between 6th and 9th year, and also to determine differences between efficiencies of boys and girl, as well as the addition of efficiencies in each year. Results of certain tests, by which students of the sport classes had been tested, were used to identify the developments of the motoric efficiencies. The hypothesis, that the specific and general motoric efficiency of the students attending the sport classes rises evenly, were not proved in particular. A large increase in efficiency occurred between 6th and 7th year; however, the additions of efficiencies were individual according to the sex and also the type of the skills. For instance, a distinctive growth of efficiency at the strenght skills appeared in boys from 7th year which confirmed a further hypothesis that the efficinecy of boys increases faster than the efficiency of girl. A wide range of factors can influence this effect, including the beginning of pubescence as well as the related physical and psychological changes in an organism. Key words: athletics, general and specific motoric efficiency, sport...
