54 Resumé The topic of thesis is "Termination of participation in the partnership of a limited liability company." The reason why I chose this topic is my interest in the commercial companies especially limited liability company. A limited liability company is one of the newest forms of commercial companies. In spite of this fact is one of the most used companies, not only in the Czech Republic. A limited liability company ranks among the corporate enterprises, although includes personal elements. This theme is very closely linked with the practice of commercial companies. If there is participation in the partnership of a limited liability company, then there must be the basis of the termination of the participation in the relationship. The aim of the thesis is the particular termination of participation in the partnership of a limited liability company. It isn't limited to enumerate the various types of termination of participation in the partnership, but the interpretation is complemented by views of jurisprudence and legal theory. Solution of Traffic Noise in Perspective of Neoclassical and Liberal Economics

Basic concepts used in the bachelor theses are defined in the introductory part, in particular noise and indicators applied in noise assessment. A brief description of current state of noise situation in the Czech Republic takes up. It focuses on overstaying of noise limits and determination of territory affected by noise. The next part of the theses is devoted to potential solutions of noise issues in neoclassical and liberal economics. In terms of neoclassical economics, especially economic evaluation of noise and cost -- benefit analysis are dealt with. Within liberal economics, attention is paid to civil law suits and judicial verdicts in noise causes. The closing part of the theses compares both neoclassical and liberal approaches and submits advantages and disadvantages of their solution of noise issues.

Managing interest rate risk

Main interest of this bachelor thesis is a management of interest rate risk from the ALM point of view. The goal is to provide a reasonable insight into management procedure as a whole i.e. from theory and measurement to evaluation of interest rate risk. Due to the limitation of extent, hedging of interest rate risk is not treated in the thesis. Real data analysis of interest rate risk is an essential part of the thesis. In the analysis the approaches to measurement of interest rate risk are being used on real data simulating real life interest rate risk measurement procedure.

Language and National Identity. The Case of Language Policy in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The main objective of the thesis: "Language and National Identity. The Case of Language Policy in Bosnia and Herzegovina" is to demonstrate how language has been used as an instrument of national identity formation - ethnic or territorial - on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is achieved by the description of laws, foremost constitutions, concerning the use of language and by putting these laws into the context of the debate on the relationship between language and national identity in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the principal assumptions in the thesis is that this debate is closely linked to a similar one which was developing in former (socialist) Yugoslavia and even in the 19th century. The thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter one introduces the theoretical framework for the description of the language-national identity relationship. It defines the concept of nation, nationalism and national identity, their division into ethnic and territorial and describes the influence of language on development of such identities, especially in the case of language-based ethnic nations. Ways and opportunities of restoration human-harmed areas

Bachelor thesis under the name "ways and opportunities of restoration human-harmed areas" focuses on methods and types of restoration that can be used for the areas harmed by raw material extraction and mainly for the waste dumps restoration. Except the description of the methods and types of restoration activities the thesis summarizes technological procedures, processes and conditions that are fundamental for the particular types of restorations. In the practical part of the thesis is introduced waste dump in Radim -- its history, current status and plan of the restoration after the first fase is closed down. Last but not least the thesis informs about economical aspects of appropriate types of restoration -- it quantifies the restoration expenses depending on the type and methods used for the respect restoration project. It brings examples of many economical aspects that are advantageous mainly for municipality that can based on this fact realize extra investments for their citizens delight.

Psychological aspects of the role of stepfather

Diploma thesis Psychological aspects of the role stepfather aims to map out the expanding phenomenon in contemporary society, which is the presence of stepfathers newly composed families. The theoretical part is based on foreign resources, and tries to bring the theoretical framework of the issue. First, from a wider perspective on the family in contemporary society, divorce and the impact of these changes on the family constellation. Subsequently, much more closely focused on the very topic of stepfathers. This task is not so easy, due to the limits of available information and realized studies dealing with this phenomenon. For this reason, it follows the empirical study aiming to outline the current situation of stepfathers. This study is based on interviews with respondents and points to the aspects of this particular family constellation.

Accounting and tax view of the limited liability company

The object of this work is an application of accounting, tax and legal enactments to the limited liability company with the view of introducing reader to the problems and making a comprehensive survey of information advisable to know. The work contains explanation of company establishment including the initiation of book-keeping, intoduces to closing of books and to financial statements including related statutory duties, or shows operations within the equity of a company. Problems with transactions among related entities make significant part of this work.

Estimation of the Location of Zeros of Regression Functions

The main interest of this master thesis is the estimation of location of zeros of the regression function and its derivatives by the parametric and nonparametric method. The first section includes either linear and nonlinear regression model of the parametric methods. The estimators are then based on the estimates of parameters. The second part includes nonparametric regression model - kernel estimators of the regression function and its derivatives investigated by Gasser and Müller. Especially, the limit distributions of the estimators of zeros and the choice of smoothing parameter and kernel function are studied. Confidence bands for zeros of regression function and its derivatives are constructed in both sections. Models are studied with independent as well as correlated errors. This master thesis o®ers examples to particular sections that are computed with software R and also sources of some programmed functions.

Vývoj a Využití Skóringových Modelů pro Kreditní Rozhodování

Usage of outputs from credit scoring models within decision-making process is often neglected in the existing literature. Nonetheless, it is a critical component of a successful lending process. This thesis introduces the concept of credit scoring and discusses steps typically employed within model development process. This thesis then provides an overview of how modeling outputs are typically used in lending. The thesis primarily focuses on definition of cut-offs points, policy and business rules, limit assignment and risk based pricing. The introduced approaches are modeled in the last part of the thesis.

Finanční a technická analýza zemědělských komodit

Cílem zpracované diplomové práce je poskytnout čtenáři informace o světovém trhu zemědělských komodit, přiblížit dění na trzích pěti vybraných zemědělských komodit v posledních letech a analyzovat možnosti použití různých strategií na datech za několik desetiletí do současnosti. Teoretickým základem pro objasnění významu trhu zemědělských komodit je analýza zpráv mezinárodních institucí. Pro praktickou část jsem nejprve zvolil Nejprve strategii Larryho Williamse. Zabýval jsem se v ní použitím indikátorů Larryho Williamse, který je považován za jednoho z nejlepších komoditních obchodníků na světě, jehož myšlení je zaměřováno především na fundamentální analýzu. Následně jsem se pokusil aplikovat systém Woodies, jehož autorem je Ken Wood, jako analýzu technického rázu, která je obyčejně používána pro intradenní obchodování. Jako poslední jsem zvolil konzervativnější strategii spreadů, která je i doporučována pro trh zemědělských komodit - sice nedává možnost značných výdělků, ale zároveň je zde omezeno riziko ztráty. Práce má přidanou hodnotu nejen ve volbě netradičních typů strategií, ale i jejich variací.
