The common consignment note CIM/SMGS and its use on the route Mlada Boleslav - Kaluga

The diploma thesis is devided into four main parts. The first part describes international organizations participating in rail transport, their focus, structure, current issues and goals. The second part analyses new document used in international rail transport - the commnon consignment note CIM/SMGS. In the third and fourth part is explained by way of example of route Mlada Boleslav - Kaluga, how international transport is under way, when this note is used in it.

How to get crisis under control by pupils of elementary schools

There are many requirements to individual in contemporary time both in proffesional so in private life. New technologies, acceleration in all ways of comunication and also excess of informations, these all can lead to the situations , in where a man is not able to solve them on his own and which could lead into the crisis in the end. The most vulnerable to these situations are children and teenagers. And that's the reason, why we should insist on all preventive arrangements which increase the man's knowleadge and orientation in these problems. It is also needed to show the way how to choose the best solution in case of crisis.This dissertation has analysed throught questionare, how students of primary and grammar schools are able to get crisis situations under control. The most interest was in ability of recognition of crisis situations and get them under control. Also the study took care about the grade of education of possibility of using proffesional help. Data was collected on two primary schools and two grammar schools in Nový Bydžov and in Prague. There were 220 students participated in this study (100 boys, 120 girls).

Users participation on evaluation of social services quality in chozen non-profit organization

This dissertation is putting brain to problematics of user's participation, especially to practical use of its principles in the context of social services quality, how it is defined by the new social services act from the zdar 2006. The purpose of this dissertation is to explore in detail possibilities of participation's application within the course of evaluation and raising the duality from the user's point of view. The practice aim is also to give concrete recomandation for creation of users participation methodology in social services evaluation. This work is concerned to mentally ill users and thein specific requirements in context of participation and feedback giving.

Therapeutic community treatment of personality disorders

The purpose of this thesis is to present therapeutic community treatment of personality disorders. Although in the Czech Republic this model represents a new therapeutic approach to the serious personality psychopathology, its principles were formulated already some 60 years ago by the British psychiatrist Maxwell Jones and are being developed in dozens communities all over the world. The first section of this work summarizes present knowledge in the field of personality disorders. The stress is laid on introducing the different psychological theories of personality disorders which are most often applied in the therapeutic practise. It is claimed that these different approaches do neither contradict nor deny each other. Hence it is useful to understand their contributions complementary. Then there are highlighted some of the specific problems related to the psychotherapy of personality disorders as well as to its empirical research. The concept of therapeutic community represents the subject in the next section of the work. V dnešní době řeší evropské státy zásadní problém, a to jak přistupovat k přistěhovalcům z naprosto jiného kulturního prostředí, jejichž počet v evropských státech stále narůstá. Největší takovou menšinu v Evropě tvoří přistěhovalci z arabských zemí. Počet muslimů v Evropě se odhaduje na 11 - 15 milionů. Muslimové tvoří druhou největší náboženskou skupinu v Evropě. Nejvíce muslimů žije ve Francii, v Německu a ve Velké Británii. Přestože je muslimská přítomnost v Evropě považována za nový fenomén, se kterým je nutné se vypořádat, je třeba podotknout, že muslimská přítomnost v Evropě se datuje již od dob expanze Osmanské říše do Evropy.

Reconciliation of profesional and family life in the Czech Republic

A new model of the labour market and new possibilities of life strategies, which have been triggered of by economic, cultural and political changes after 1989, have brought along with them new conditions of participation in the labour market and hereby a necessity to approach differently the reconciliation of professional and family life. This work is an analysis of socio-political conditions, financial possibilities and time which both families and employers have at their disposal in order to reconcile the professional and family life of their own or that of their employees. The work draws on the available statistical and sociological sources that can contribute to understanding of the current situation and which are concerned with the problems and potential solutions for reconciling work and family.

Contemporary trends in fatherhood in Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the specifics of contemporary fatherhood in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis follows the development of fatherhood in terms of historical stages and then defines fatherhood on the basis of three criteria: the legislative, psychology and in terms of differences between motherhood and fatherhood. Then it focuses on the specifics of the current phenomenon of fatherhood, especially on the theory that deals with increased involvement of fathers in childcare. These theories define a new father who actively participates in childcare, housework and is engaged in emotional relationship with a child. Research part examines whether the fathers in Czech Republic aim to new forms of fatherhood, or remain in traditional patterns. Research shows that in the Czech Republic there is dominance of traditional fathers. On the other hand, we can find the features of new fatherhood in their way of thinking.

At the beginning of the 21st century the international trade gets more important than ever before. The amount of the traded goods rises. There are more and more new small and medium size companies that participate in the international trade but have rather limited experience with it. This brings new threat to the business. It is, therefore, advisable to include one of the thirteen international commercial terms also known as INCOTERMS. These terms are published by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. The terms, however, are not a standard part of a contract and therefore if the parties want to use it, they must clearly refer to one in the contract.
