The composition of the team at the intensive care and its optimalization.

The thesis is devoted to the issue of the number of nursing staff at the intensive care unit. The theoretical part deals with general characteristics of the team, which also specify the environment of nursing at the intensive care unit. The specification concerns with the representation of the individual nursing professions, their education and jobs skills. I try to map out legal and non - legal regulations determining or recommending the number and the composition of nursing staff at the intensive care and resuscitation units. The last chapter of the theoretical part is concerned with the issue of optimalization of the nursing team. The practical part is focused on analyzing data collected from the research on the topic mentioned above. To obtain the data I chose the method of quantitative research using a structure questionnaire. The aim of the practical part is to determine consistency or inconsistency between the legal and non - legal rules and their implementation in practice.

The position of senior employees in employment relations

The Summary The Status of Senior Employees in Employment Relationships The aim of this work is to map out the legal status of senior employees and to draw attention to interpretation and application problems. For this purpose, I compared the old and the new legislation, and also took into account the historical development of various legislative changes as well as forthcoming changes and their potential impact in practice. The thesis is divided into four chapters, each of which discusses separately various factors relating to the employment of senior employees. The first chapter defines the basic concepts of labour law, for example: "employer", "employee" and "employment relationship". It also deals with the relationship between civil and labour law. It is further subdivided into three parts, in which those concepts are discussed in detail. The last section is devoted to the definition of the senior employee. The concept of the senior employee was evaluated from the point of the old Labour Code in comparison with the new Labour Code and with Swiss law as well as and views of the proposed legislative changes. Daily deal sites as a new marketing tool in the internet environment

This work deals with the new phenomenon of daily deal sites in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the internet environment into which the first successful daily deal sites began penetrace in 2010. It continues in an extensive chapter, where is described the basic characteristic of the daily deal sites. Further, there is analyzed marketing of daily deal sites and at the end of this section there are mapped advantages, disadvantages and dangers that daily deal sites can bring about to sellers and customers. The final chapter of this work is own research among customers of daily deal sites. The research is based on previous chapters and its aim is analysis of research problems focusing on selected dangers of daily deal sites. At the end of this part, results of research are compared with the previous chapter and also there are presented some recommendations. Integration of paraplegics in society

The theme of the submitted Baccalaureate Thesis is as follows, ``Integration of Paraplegics in Society{\crqq}. The theoretical part of the work maps the current state of the given subject from different points of view. It concentrates on rehabilitation as a whole and description of the individual factors for example: medical rehabilitation, social rehabilitation, pedagogical rehabilitation as well as rehabilitation at work. Further on, the role of ergo therapy and psychotherapy, not only in rehabilitation centers, is briefly analyzed. One of the chapters is devoted to the important process of incorporating paraplegics back into society, which means socialization and integration. The following chapters deal with analyzing actualities concerning psychology in the lives of people with physical handicaps and the importance of exercise and sport. In the text we shall also find reference to various employment possibilities of handicapped citizens including the use of computers in incorporating them back into work environment. The issue of social services is treated in the thesis as well. In order to evaluate the importance of long-term rehabilitation, questionnaires that had been filled out by paraplegics themselves, are analyzed in the practical part of the work.

Space of Zakarpattia in the Czech literature

This thesis deals with the phenomenon of Carpathian Ruthenia, or Zakarpattia, which is one of the most discussed issues in Czech literature. It expands the traditional view of the issue with a chronological survey of works by Czech authors who were inspired by Carpathian Ruthenia, and maps their writings created from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 21st century. It focuses on their interpretation, with particular reference to the topology. The first chapter presents the terminological problems associated with the territory of the Transcarpathian region and briefly summarizes its history. The next chapter submits an account of the exceptional nature of this area (its contrasts, periphery, regionalism, myths, exoticism, idylls and adventures), and attempts to characterize its uniqueness (backwardness, belief in superstitions, Jews, alcoholism, poachers, enchanting countryside and outlaws). Carpathian Ruthenia appears to be a place of secrecy, where hypothetical characters grow. The topology of the mountain is also an important element. The following chapter, the longest, presents most of the works by the Czech authors who were inspired by this region. Bachelor thesis deals with women's websites in the Czech Republic. Several chapters are devoted to the history of the Internet and websites in the Czech Republic, the Internet as a mass and communication medium and the psychology of Internet users. The thesis is primarily devoted to mapping the Czech websites aimed at girls and women. For each website it examines the operators, founding year, average daily number of real users and the time that users spend at website. The thesis also deals with topics and its division at websites, connectedness with social networks, websites desing, when users of the websites can publish their own contributions and how they can communicate with the websites. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the most popular women's websites, most dedicated topics and characterize the type of women who use women websites.

Fenomenom of the Living History in Bohemia

This thesis explores in the Czech Republic little explored phenomenon of living history. The motivation for this topic is the author's long-standing interest in this issue and his active participation in similar activities. The thesis aims to characterize the concept of living history and specify this kind of leisure time activity participated by a part of the population in the Czech Republic. It also examines the question of whether living history is a subculture. Therefore, it also describes the concept of subculture through according literature. It also seeks to map or outline and present some living history associations as a sample of the phenomenon based on research. Field research, participant observation, conducted interviews among the members, spectator and active participation in the events and presentations organized by them, and web analytics are used for this. The first chapter deals with the clarification of the concept of experimental archaeology and living history, since the difference between them is essential. The Comparative Analysis of the Mapping of Deprived Urban Areas

The dissertation is a comparative analysis focussing on the issue of deprived urban areas in two EU member states - the Great Britain and the Czech Republic. The common link is the mapping of these areas. The dissertation is structured into two main parts - Theoretical and Empirical. The Theoretical part is divided into four main parts, called the thematic blocks. The first block is devoted to the terminology and definitions concerning the deprived areas. The second block focuses on an European-wide project concerning the deprived areas and their mapping, called the European Learning Network (LNet). third block where the mapping of deprived urban areas, the government policy and the examples of good practices are described, is devoted to the Great Britain. The fourth block is aimed on the Czech republic, with the same structure as the chapter before - mapping of deprived urban areas, government policy on this issue, good practice examples and finally the survey carried out among the relevant institutions and its outputs are presented. The Empirical part is the comparison of the Great Britain and the Czech Republic approaches to the issue of deprived urban areas.

Infectious Occupational Diseases, Their Development and Prevention

This work aims to map the occurrence and development of infectious occupational diseases (INZP) in 2001-2006 and the possibilities of prevention in selected INZP listed in the list of diseases occupational (NZP) under 1, ie interhumánním transmission. Occupational disease is a disease listed in the List of Occupational Diseases, which is part of Government Regulation No. 290/1995 Coll. The disease referred to in this list are divided into six chapters. Infectious and parasitic diseases are given in Chapter V. It is divided into three items. First transmitted diseases and infestations. They are included here with interhumánním disease transmission. Second Diseases transmitted from animals to humans either directly or through ports.
