Analysis of House Prices in Relation to Ongoing Changes in Society

The goal of this diploma is based on the observed data and current developments in the property market, combined with data showing household income and expenses, to predict future trends in the property market. By comparing the value of real estate, rent prices in selected locations with revenue and costs for different income groups, we find when individual income groups are able to buy or rent property and under what conditions. Result of this work is to describe six future trends.

Compilation of business plan for operating of boarding house

The aim of this thesis is to create the business plan of boarding house with restaurant. The theoretical part of this study describes definition, structure and financial resources of business plan. The next part deals with selection of location and accommodation capacity, which are based on results of elaborated analysis. The main point of this thesis is creating of business plan. The thesis incluedes technical drawing of process layout too.

The analysis of retail network in Hořovice

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the retail network in Hořovice and evaluate whether the number of retail units correspond to the number of the population. It deals with the shopping facilities and retail networks, especially with the assortment of groceries. The first part focuses on theoretical basis, which is necessary for the retail network analysis of the city. There is mentioned retail and its segmentation, the theory of regional analysis and the methods used in it and the characteristic of types of single retail units. The second part describes the region and the town Hořovice. There is a brief history of the city, geographic and demographic data, social and cultural factors, housing situation in the city and some economic data. The third chapter is devoted to research. First there is indicated the location and characteristics of retail units and then are analyzed the results from the own research.

3 Title: Active holiday in the Austrian Alps - Marketing project of utilization pension Appartemens Auf Wind Goals: This work suggests one of the possibilities, how to deal with critical months in pension Appartements Auf Wind. It includes the creation of four trips of active holiday in the Stubai, where the guest house is located. Each trip is designed to make use of the maximum capacity of the house and was able to cover all monthly costs of landlord. Methods: Situation analysis, SWOT analysis. Results: Performed a detailed analysis of the current situation of the pension, discussed the shortcomings of the current state pension and designed four thematic tours to increase clients' pension and pension cover. Inventories of inheritance of the early modem period nobility in the Principate of Opava and Krnov as a source of history of every-dayness (1650-1740)

Inventories of inheritance of the early modem period nobility in the Principate of Opava and Krnov as a source ofhistory of every-dayness The universa! analysis and comparison of nobility's inventories of inheritance is an object of the work. Concemed inventories were built in years 1650-1740, the bottom limit is given by the end of Thirty Y ears' War (late leave of Swedish garrisons from north Moravian and Salesian region) and the top limit corresponds with dividing of Salesian principalities after the lost War of the Austrian Succession. Time definition of the work deliberately ignores year 1620, which is much too stressed as an important marker by Czech historiography. From geographical point of view we cover the region of Czech Silesia, namely historie principalities of Opava and Krnov. The resources' base consists of agenda, which is located in Land archive in Opava, in the fund District executive of Opava-Krnov's principality in Opava 1507-1784. There are over 300 inventory numbers in the aforementioned fund, which contains inheritance and trusteeship cases from the 16th to 18th century. I am interested in 20 inventories of persons, whose houses acted in the area of Upper Silesia: Eichendorf, Vlčkové of Dobrá Zemice, Bokové of Burgvice, Bruntálští of Vrbno, Hodicové of Hodice, Brixové of Moncle and...

Transformation of second homes on the example Pilsen and background

The thesis deals with transformation of the second homes in three diference lokalities, when is hypotezed diference intensity of change objects in each area dependence on traffic availability. First area is city Plzeň, where is research of garden colonies and holiday resort. Transformation is in gradually progress on particular housing development. Trend of particular areas is set with ground plan. Next area of research is town background created by municipality, which is located of town borders. In outskirts of big towns is proceed suburbanization, what influence transformation recreational objects. Last locality is recreation area Hracholusky, where transformation and suburbanization is depended of traffic availability municipality. Theatre festivals in CZ – Summer Shakespeare Festival

This bachelor thesis is aimed at one of the most important theater festivals of its kind in the Czech Republic - Summer Shakespeare Festival. The greatest emphasis is on location in Prague, the major scene of a festival in the premises of the Supreme Burgrave's House of Prague Castle and the overall significance of the festival for the capital city. The beginning is devoted to the history of the Summer Shakespeare Festival in terms of creation of the festival and development of it's program. Many of the area gained marketing, which is essential in any organization of cultural events. You will find a theater festival as a specific product and how to make such a product ad. An important point is the blog and the views of the festival audience. Another chapter is devoted to financing Summer Shakespeare Festival and how to obtain financial and media support. Thesis shows the preparation and conduct of the festival in practice. The uniqueness of this project is to interconnect the theatrical performances and cultural monuments, so another part of the paper alludes to the scene and related matters. Final section is focused on programming plan of Summer Shakespeare Festival in the coming years and comparison of the importance of the festival not only in the scale of the Czech Republic.

The work defines a social exclusion and its specificity. It describes a influence housing policy of state and towns on a origin social excluded localities. It describes subjects, that can influence a housing policy. It describes other factors of origin social excluded localities. It focus on social work with social excluded people. The work thinks over using method of individual social work or social work with comunnities in social excluded location and if Romany social worker can work better with Romany clients than majority social worker. The work describes social excluded localities in the town Chomutov in the practical part of work. It maps housing policy of the town Chomutov and its influence on origin or restriction social excluded localities. It takes notice of a social services, that help social excluded people and people in housing presure.
